    Tyler and the Cage and Aquarium crew were absolutely INCREDIBLE providing DJ services for our wedding. From start to finish they were there every step of the way, ready and willing to address any questions or other considerations we had to make everything absolutely perfect on our big day. Tyler even took it of his own accord to bring an extra lighting setup day of, which added some perfect ambiance to the dancefloor. He had folks rockin from open to close, and we had the BEST TIME! I’m a DJ, and IYKYK…the music for your big day can’t be trusted to just anyone! Thanks so much to Tyler and the Cage & Aquarium crew- hire them and you’re guaranteed a rockin’ party

    From the very beginning, our experience with Cage and Aquarium was seamless and personal. We met with Tyler, the owner, during our initial consultation and were immediately drawn to the story behind the company and their thoughtful approach to pairing couples with the right musical fit. They made the process incredibly easy — from selecting our ceremony musicians (yes, we got our Jurassic Park string moment!) to matching us with the perfect DJ for the reception. The whole process felt curated, organized, and genuinely fun. If you're looking for a unique and personalized music experience for your wedding, we can’t recommend them enough. …And speaking of the perfect DJ — we were lucky enough to be paired with DJ Henny through Cage and Aquarium, and he truly brought the party to life. DJ Henny absolutely nailed the vibe of our wedding. From the moment we started planning, he was professional, communicative, and so in tune with what we wanted. He took the time to understand the flow of the evening and helped create a soundtrack that reflected us perfectly. His MC-ing on the day-of was seamless — he guided us and our guests through each moment with ease and energy. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ and hype man!

    We held our wedding in San Diego and requested DJ Mykol (Michael Rodriguez) who was referred to us by a friend. DJ Mykol did an amazing job from start to finish. Throughout the planning process, he provided sound course corrections for our ceremony so that all of the music flowed well together. For our reception he guided the dance party’s energy through very thoughtful song selections while observing the room. I would happily work with him again and trust him with any of my friends or families future events.

    DJ Stack was awesome!! She watched the crowd and adapted to what people were vibing with—she really made the dance floor come to life! I use they/them pronouns and had specific requests around language at the wedding; DJ Stack honored those requests perfectly! We tried a new dance (the “how long have you known us dance”) and the crowd loved it. There were 2 technical difficulties when it came to the music, but it didn’t dampen our day :)
