Great music, great service, great DJ
From our first conversation with Cage Aquarium, we knew we'd made the right choice. Cage Aquarium made the whole planning process smooth and stress-free. After filling out a survey, we were matched with DJ Demchuk (Daniel), who was excellent to work with. He was responsive to every question and truly listened to what we wanted, even sourcing songs from bands we wanted played from around the world. He played all of the songs on our do play list and stuck to the brief, while also playing some other great songs. On the big day, he kept the energy going all night with his artistry behind the decks, and we've gotten so many compliments from guests about how great the music was. We had a wedding with guests from various countries, and DJ Demchuk played a broad range of hits to keep them all happy and dancing. Working with DJ Demchuk and the whole CA team felt like partnering with someone who genuinely cared about making our wedding special. We'd recommend Cage Aquarium in a heartbeat.

Saffrahn Wedding
From our first conversation, Cage Aquarium made the planning process smooth and stress-free with their efficient communication and professional approach. Luis was a phenomenal MC and DJ who kept the dancefloor packed all night and made sure to honor every song request we threw at him. Damen's saxophone added an extra layer of energy that got our guests excited and dancing. The whole team showed up on time and ready to go, and their groovy sound was exactly what we needed to make our reception feel alive. We couldn't have asked for a better hybrid DJ/Saxophonist to celebrate with us, and we'd recommend them in a heartbeat to any couple looking to get their guests moving.

Nathan and Cage are great!
Nathan, our DJ with Cage and Aquarium did a fantastic job with our recent wedding reception. Music is extremely important to us, and the music for our reception was the thing we wanted to get just right to fit our very specific tastes. We had very specific asks as far as our cocktail hour, entrance music and dance vibes. Nathan was able to accommodate our requests, and make some great artistic calls/suggestions. He kept the dance floor engaged literally the entire night, which is something that we do not see at any weddings we go to. We were truly blown away and he did a great job at making our night special.

DJ Ligo was incredible!
Working with Cage was easy and great! We had listened to their Chicago-based DJs and decided that DJ Ligo aka Nathan was our guy. He’s a popular DJs for weddings so we were nervous he might already be booked but lucky for us he was available! Everyone from Cage were really nice to work with and they were very accommodating. Nathan (DJ Ligo) did an amazing job at reading our dance floor, being an emcee, and keeping the vibes high all night. We didn’t think we’d be on the dance floor all night and figured we’d need breaks and would mingle with our guests more but, honestly, Nathan kept the dance floor so alive and we just never left it! We had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Nathan and the rest of the team!
