Hi, we're The Moon Units! We're known throughout California for our 650+ song list, our authentic on-stage chemistry, and performances that clients have called "better than the original bands" that recorded the songs. And because we're a real band, we offer prices that are just a fraction of what corporate booking agencies charge. We can't wait to play for you!

Five things set The Moon Units apart from other wedding bands. 1. Versatility: We know over 650 songs in all sorts of genres, and add new ones all the time. 2. Talent: Our players and singers hail from top music programs like Berklee College of Music, UCLA, and CalArts. 3. Authenticity: Ever go to a wedding and think the band was so ridiculously cheesy? Not The Moon Units! We're as authentic as a band you'd see in live club or theater. 4. Fun: How does fronting the band during live band karaoke sound? You can do it! It's available with all our packages. 5. Respect: We treat our clients with respect and never slap them with hidden fees.

You will not find a better wedding band than The Moon Units! (and it's way better than a DJ, trust). We chose them because we heard them at our friends’ wedding, and it was the best wedding band we had ever heard. They played songs that weren’t the typical songs you always hear at weddings (and get bored/sick of), and they sounded EXACTLY like the original version of the song - incredible musicians and vocals. My now husband is a former professional musician, so the music at our wedding was extremely important to us, and we knew they were the only choice. From their communication throughout our planning, to their extensive song list, to the option for them to learn specials songs just for us (which they crushed), The Moon Units were nothing short of spectacular. They are also all very kind people, which is the cherry on top and makes such a difference on a wedding day!! They will also be playing at another friends’ upcoming wedding soon too (that’s how impressed everyone is with them). We had so many people come up to us after our wedding to tell us the music was the best out of any wedding they have been to, and everyone had so much fun dancing! 100/10

Oh my gosh - words/pictures/videos can't do these guys justice. They added magic to my wedding. Talented, easy to work with, great song list, and every guest was raving about them. Would work with them every time!! Shout out to Dylan for being the best contact and so easy to work with!

The Moon Units: Weddings & Events were absolutely incredible to work with for our wedding. Their communication style was very easy and timely, which made the planning process a breeze. The quality of their work and the value they provided was mind blowing and perfect. We can't imagine our wedding day with any other band - they captivated every moment perfectly with their energetic and polished performance. The dance floor was packed all night thanks to their seamless transitions and song selection. We received so many compliments from our guests about how amazing the band was. The Moon Units were amazing to have at our wedding! They sounded so good and they made every step leading up extremely easy on us. If we could go back and relive the day with their music - we would. 11/10 job and we cannot recommend them enough! Dylan (who is part of the band) coordinated everything seamlessly and was easy to reach any time we had a question.
