We are so thankful we found Events in a Crunch as our day of planner for our wedding - Adaobi and her team made the process much easier. We had planned to manage the day-of ourself using friends & family, and we are so glad we didn't! We did the middle package "Crunch Planning" which starts 4 months out. Adaobi helped us manage the budget and find vendors that worked within our budget that still fulfilled our vision of the day. The day of help was tremendous - they worked with the vendors to confirm details, ensuring furniture and games arrived & were set-up as directed. They also made sure the various tables were set-up just as we had laid out. Even the little details like sneakily fluffing my wife's dress just before we walked down the aisle - very appreciated. We had a wonderful day and highly recommend Events in a Crunch!

I got to work with Natasha and Taiya for my November 2025 wedding. This team is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend them to any couple who is preparing to host a wedding. TL; DR: However you want to celebrate your wedding, and whether you want to be super involved in planning or not, J4U is going to prioritize making your vision come to life. I actually came to J4U after a bad experience with another wedding planner we'd booked. In our introductory conversation, I found Natasha's cool confidence and willingness to listen to be refreshing. I also appreciated her excitement for my and my husband's wedding, something that was important to us as we wanted to work with someone who'd treat our special day with care. The J4U team has extensive experience running weddings effectively, which is certainly what you want. But you can also rest assured that these planners are committed to ensuring you and your partner aren't shoved into a mold of what your day is "supposed" to be. J4U has so many vendor contacts and organizational tools for its couples. They recommended a wonderful florist (Papparazi Glam), a DJ (Leonardo Event Group), a mariachi band (Mariachi Allende), and a bakery for us (Sweet Boom Bakery). Natasha also worked so well with the vendors that my husband and I found ourselves. Our photographers (The MacMeekens) repeatedly remarked how amazing Natasha is and that they loved working with them. So, however you approach building your vendor team, know that J4U will keep them organized. Finally, I want to gush about the timeline they created for us. So many people said our day would fly by, but J4U put a schedule together that felt so relaxed it could have been a normal Friday. My husband and I got to spend so much time together that day. It was a wonderful gift to be able to enjoy our special day. Throughout the entire planning process, my husband and I never felt rushed or pushed to make a specific decision. I can't thank J4U enough for the grace with which they handled the entire process.

Ivory & Sage Weddings was an incredible month of wedding planning team to work with. Maeghan was very responsive and she was always open to communicate on any questions we had! They were reliable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire planning process. Holly and Maeghan were the ones who were there on our wedding day, and we are very happy with our experience. Holly was very quick to get everything started the day of, she jumped right in and handled everything that needed to be done. Maeghan was the owner who I had been in contact with since the beginning. Maeghan is very helpful, well honestly them both! Maeghan knew what she was doing and what she needed to do for us to have a smooth day! They knew how to quickly fix any issues that came up, and were very responsive on the issues that came up, not letting my husband or I stress, even though we are both very type A. I used Ruth as my decorator for my wedding and she was amazing!! She definitely made my vision for the wedding venue come to reality. She really understands the importance of being flexible for calls and texts, and responded promptly whenever I needed to get in touch with her. She was punctual, arriving to decorate the venue on time, as well as returning for clean up/ removing decorations. She provided my bridesmaids and I with beautiful bouquets as well as boutonnières for the groom and groomsmen. She executed my decorations flawlessly. She had great communication skills and paid close attention to every detail, which really put us at ease during the planning process. She checked in with me regularly to get updates and completely listened to all of my ideas, doing everything she could to make sure our special day ran smoothly. We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!
