Hello! I started this venture after leaving a career in Healthcare Accounting & Operations, so I could spend more quality time with my family, along with following my passion. While working in Healthcare, I assisted at The Plantation House from 2010, which is where I grew to LOVE weddings and helping couple enjoy their day to the fullest. I take pride in providing quality wedding/event coordinating and making sure everyone can have a stress free event. Plus I love making new friends and hope to be a friend to you, rather than just your planner/ coordinator.

Besides weddings, I love to be creative, craft, and help others in anyway that I can. Also a some fun facts: My nickname is Norm, I cheered in College at Nevada, & I make wine cork signs and décor on Etsy.

Moments, Milestones, and ALL the Memories
What can we say about Heather at Moments and Milestones!! We both feel that we made a personal friend. ;) We will never forget her because there was no other planner in the world that was more perfect for our small wedding. Heather made us feel so much more at ease planning our day. She is very organized and we had lots of check in meetings to get on the same page, answer our silly questions, and laughed with us through out it all. I even have a story that I will always remember with her! :P Heather you were soo great for us! I can't emphasize that enough.

Working with Heather for our April wedding was one of the best decisions we made. Leading up to the day, her communication was always prompt, clear, and reassuring, which made the entire planning process feel so much less overwhelming. When rain became a concern on our wedding day, she handled everything so calmly and confidently that I never felt stressed. She helped make it possible for us to still have the outdoor ceremony we had hoped for, and everything came together beautifully. Throughout the entire experience, she made me feel supported, organized, and able to actually enjoy being engaged instead of worrying about every detail. I truly couldn’t recommend her enough and am so grateful for everything she did to make our day so special!

Heather was an amazing coordinator and ensured that everything went smoothly for our wedding. I would strongly recommend anyone who has an upcoming wedding to work with her. She is great to work with and makes sure all the checklists for the wedding are completed. She professional, flexible, and very friendly based on our experience.

We worked with Heather for our April 2026 wedding at the Garey House. We used her Wedding Management package. Heather was absolutely amazing and was everything we needed to coordinate our wedding. We had constant check-ins to make sure we were staying on top of everything and getting things done in a timely manner. We said multiple times throughout the process that Heather was the biggest steal of our wedding, and we felt like we got so much help for the money we spent. On the day of, Heather was great at getting everyone where they needed to be and made sure we were able to entirely focus on our wedding. We had to move our ceremony inside due to weather, but we were not stressed at all, because we knew Heather was on top of it. Heather knows the Garey House in-and-out, and she made everything much easier. We would highly recommend Heather for any wedding, but especially if you're getting married at Garey House, book Heather!
