I honestly don't even know where to begin with Heather because there are not enough words to explain how incredible she was throughout this entire process. She helped me with every aspect and every little inch of our wedding. She was there through all of it. There were definitely moments when I felt overwhelmed, and Heather was the person who kept me going, motivated, and positive. She kept everything moving, handled changes quickly, and was always on top of everything. No matter what came up, I knew she had it handled. Somewhere along the way, Heather became so much more than our wedding planner. She became family. She was such a huge part of this entire journey, and I truly cannot imagine our wedding without her. She made my dream wedding day come true, and I will forever be grateful for everything she did for us. I genuinely have no words for how great she is. What can we say about Heather at Moments and Milestones!! We both feel that we made a personal friend. ;) We will never forget her because there was no other planner in the world that was more perfect for our small wedding. Heather made us feel so much more at ease planning our day. She is very organized and we had lots of check in meetings to get on the same page, answer our silly questions, and laughed with us through out it all. I even have a story that I will always remember with her! :P Heather you were soo great for us! I can't emphasize that enough.

We hired Heather for our son’s wedding this past weekend. 10/10! but they only let you give 5 ⭐️. Both sets of parents were in different states and we needed someone on the ground locally to manage all the things: venue; catering; music; flowers; day of; etc. it is overwhelming to this parent just thinking about it. Heather has a million contacts with ALL the different vendors, and shoots you straight when it comes to her opinions - when asked. We began the process over a year ago and Heather has to be the most organized person I’ve ever met. Her use of technology tools to plan, track progress and communicate with the group was phenomenal. Throughout the entire process Heather remained calm and collected especially when dealing with all the unforeseen challenges that just seem to pop up. She managed the Bride, the parents and the in-laws professionally, and with good humor. On wedding day she appeared to be the most calm person there! We had rain all weekend and she dealt with the uncertainty firmly and made the call to move indoors in a timely fashion. The wedding went off seamlessly. She was in charge of everything and we had to worry about NOTHING. She even dealt with obnoxious relatives (mine) in exactly the right manner. All of this with grace and a great sense of humor. One of our vendors lost their license? somehow in the middle of the planning and Heather went above and beyond to come up with workable solution with minimal involvement on our part. If you are planning a wedding and want someone else to do ALL the work - get Heather NOW!!!!
