She planned everything down to the minute, kept us on track with timelines and follow-ups, communicated with all of our vendors, did venue walkthroughs, and made sure every detail was handled. Her communication was incredible the entire time, and she consistently went out of her way to relieve our stress and make us feel confident everything was under control. MBK Events was truly the heartbeat behind our wedding day. From the very beginning, Morgan kept us calm, confident and organized through every step of the planning process. She coordinated with our vendors flawlessly, ensured our timeline ran perfectly, and handled every little detail with so much care and precision, like it was her own wedding! On the day of the wedding, she was everywhere we needed her to be—quietly making sure everything went smoothly so we could simply be present and enjoy the moment with our friends and family. She came into the bridal suite and checked with me to make sure I was ok or if I needed anything. She made sure the groomsmen were on schedule and focused on what they needed to do. The rental company didn’t bring the right items and even forgot silverware and instead of bothering me with it or making me try to figure it out in the midst of photos, she handled it and made sure everything to delivered (That situation alone should make you want to hire her)! Through every aspect of the planning process, I knew Morgan had everything covered. She listened intently to our wishes and executed them perfectly! We hired Emily a few months prior to our wedding and I cannot how imagine how our wedding weekend would have gone without her! Her month of coordination package was perfect for our needs and she quite literally handled all the details to bring our dream to life. She was extremely patient with some of our more non-traditional wishes, diligent running the rehearsal, and her behind the scenes decorum was phenomenal. I was actually able to relax the whole wedding day because of Emily and I am so thankful for that. As long as she was around, I knew things were being handled and she kept me grounded during some of my nervous/excited moments. She has that calm and confident demeanor that is required when dealing with high stakes planning events. As an added bonus, her and her husband captured fun video content for us. 10/10, would definitely hire her again, although I am not planning to have another wedding lol.

She worked with us to find details that fit our budget and went above and beyond. The day of our wedding, we worried about absolutely nothing. From creating group chats with our entourage for open communication to creating a minute by minute schedule of the event. She was PERFECT! Sandra and her team were an absolute dream! I am quite a perfectionist and type A person and I can honestly say I was at complete ease our entire wedding weekend, Sandra made us feel so at ease and so prepared, I had no concerns or any questions on our wedding day. Sandra helped us for a year in planning the absolute most perfect wedding I could’ve ever dreamed of. I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without her help throughout this entire process. Ali is literally the best wedding coordinator a couple could ask to have. From the moment we first spoke with her, she made us feel comfortable and confident that we would have a smooth wedding planning experience and stress free wedding day. Although the stress is inevitable, Ali lifted a ton of weight off of our shoulders the entire last month leading up to our wedding and the wedding day was more beautiful than we could’ve imagined. Our only regret was not choosing full service planning with Ali and only going with month-of! We can't imagine the process going smoothly without Ali and her team and highly recommend her to all of our friends and family.
