Hi! I’m Emily, the owner of Soulmate Celebrations, and I love planning weddings. Even after witnessing a hundred ceremonies, I still get teary-eyed listening to vows. I’m just a sucker for true love stories. A few things about me: 🌸 I’m fueled by good coffee and organized checklists. 🌸 My Pinterest inspiration boards are always growing and evolving. 🌸 I love refreshing my home decor with each changing season.

My main goal is to help couples enjoy the planning process from start to finish and to make sure their special day is a stress-free, joyful celebration. If you ever have questions, need a sounding board, or just want to chat about your plans, you can always send me a text! I’m not just here as a wedding planner. I'm here to be your steady support and problem solver, so your wedding day feels truly yours.

This service is perfect for couples who have enjoyed planning their wedding but want professional support to ensure everything runs smoothly as the big day approaches. Starts 5 weeks before the wedding date.

    Hire Emily!

    If you are debating getting a wedding coordinator, here is your sign to absolutely get one and hire Emily at Soulmate Celebrations while you are at it! We hired Emily a few months prior to our wedding and I cannot how imagine how our wedding weekend would have gone without her! Her month of coordination package was perfect for our needs and she quite literally handled all the details to bring our dream to life. She was extremely patient with some of our more non-traditional wishes, diligent running the rehearsal, and her behind the scenes decorum was phenomenal. I was actually able to relax the whole wedding day because of Emily and I am so thankful for that. As long as she was around, I knew things were being handled and she kept me grounded during some of my nervous/excited moments. She has that calm and confident demeanor that is required when dealing with high stakes planning events. As an added bonus, her and her husband captured fun video content for us. 10/10, would definitely hire her again, although I am not planning to have another wedding lol.
