“From the very beginning of the planning process, Rhiannon at Heartbeat Events was incredible to work with. She’s thorough, organized, and communicates clearly, which made every step leading up to the wedding feel dialed‑in instead of stressful. As a DJ myself, I really appreciated that she’s also a DJ and built a timeline that was genuinely DJ‑friendly – easy to read, easy to follow, and clearly structured around what the music and audio would need to do throughout the day. She understood the flow of the event from a DJ’s perspective, so when the wedding day came, I always knew what was happening next and what she needed from me. The weather did not cooperate and the wedding was heavily rained out, but Rhiannon took special care to keep everything moving and to protect the couple’s vision. When we ran into a challenge with the microphones, she immediately brought in help from her friend Craig. Together they helped troubleshoot the situation and shared suggestions that have genuinely made my future weddings better because of the live‑sound knowledge they brought to the table. “Hiring Ashley at Rose Event Co as our Day of Wedding Coordinator was definitely one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. I thought I was going to be able to manage planning our entire wedding myself, but as the day crept closer and closer, I realized that I was definitely going to need a hand. We spoke with a dozen different coordinators, and Ashley just stood out SO strongly amongst the rest. To put it as simply as possible, she saw our vision, she understood it, she stood in and shared in it with us. She knew exactly how to support us in making it happen, and she was easily able to make us feel that. We initially had concerns about her being located so far away from us (we're in Oakland, CA), but she put those concerns to rest so quickly! Throughout my months of planning after hiring Ashley, she was always there to answer my questions, and provide support and reassurance in all of the little things that I just wasn't sure how to handle myself, and she did so with such grace, patience, and an air of calm that was so extremely helpful and reassuring. When the month of our wedding arrived, Ashley quickly got to work on communicating with and organizing all of our vendors and laying out the structure for the day. She traveled to Monte Rio to be with us the day before our big day, walked us through the ceremony, went over all of the details, and left us so confident and comfortable in her extremely capable hands. The day of the wedding, Ashley handled EVERYTHING and EVERYONE with such care and tranquility. All of our wedding vendors absolutely loved her, and we never stopped hearing about how great she was to work with! Ashley is an absolute BOSS in all of the best ways that you can imagine! She is supportive, encouraging, communicative, active, helpful, caring, the list just goes on and on. She wants you to succeed, and you can FEEL it. She remembered and double checked on all of the little details, before, during, and after our wedding, and words simply cannot express our gratitude. She did so many things automatically, that I hadn't even thought to discuss with her, but was so grateful that we had her there to do. Thank you Ashley!! She did so many little things that I didn't even realize until I started looking through all of our photos, and noticed that they had all been done. On top of all of that, she basically packed up the entirety of our decor with the assistance of her extremely helpful husband, which was such a huge relief for us and for our wedding party who had put so much into the day. “TLDR: Zoey helped us plan and coordinate a destination wedding from San Diego to the Grand Canyon with a Flagstaff reception. With Zoey’s help we are probably one of the few couples in modern wedding history that can say our big day went off without a single problem. Meat and Potatoes: Venue- We had a 30 person AirBnB in Flagstaff which would serve as wedding party lodging for a weekend and the site of our reception. We rented a charter bus to drive the wedding party to South Rim of GC and back. Decor- We wanted the natural surroundings to take center stage and to not clutter the venue nor reception site with excessive setup or decor. Zoey helped maintain a classy and magical atmosphere without imposing on the natural surroundings. Our table layout was essentially a U and at each end of the U moving towards the center we had multiple themes and showing important aspects of our lives. Zoey helped with table spacing and design. She even provided some personal decorative pieces to help tie together different themes. Music- We did not have a DJ. We instead made multiple playlists for different stages of the day and Zoey managed each of the playlists seamlessly. Food- We hired a local chef who provided staff for serving. Zoey simply made sure their needs were met in order to provide smooth service. Logistics- Zoey met with us on multiple Zoom calls to hear our vision. At each meeting, she gave us the right amount of food for thought/homework to do without becoming overwhelming. Zoey was even able to get us in contact with a photographer who was also amazing. Reception Dinner/final prep- After the reception dinner, the immediate wedding party and Zoey all reviewed roles to insure efficiency and timeliness. The Big Day- Zoey helped manage two separate locations with 50 guests seamlessly. We did not fall behind at any point of the day and it in no shape or form seemed rushed. Other than enjoying ourselves, Zoey made it to where on the day we just coasted. Zoey was amazing, we are truly impressed with her logistical skills. We are forever grateful to her. Thank you so much! Can 100% recommend Zoey to bring your ideas to life and make your event a cherished memory.”

“I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding planner. Looking back on our wedding day, we could see all of her hard work, dedication, and attention to detail come together, and it was absolutely beautiful. From the very beginning, she was so kind, patient, understanding, and loving not only with me, but especially with my kids. She made them feel comfortable and included, and that meant so much to me. She also made me feel like the entire day was truly about me. She listened to what I wanted, made sure the decor reflected my vision, and made sure the details and rules that were important to me were followed. She never made me feel like I was being difficult or asking too much. Instead, she made me feel heard and supported. A lot of our planning was done long-distance, with meetings and calls over Google, which could have easily made things stressful or complicated. But she was patient and communicative throughout the entire process, and somehow, when the big day finally arrived, everything came together beautifully. At some point, she stopped feeling like just our wedding planner and truly became a part of the event and our special day. Everyone who interacted with her could see how phenomenal she was. The Greatest Adventure Weddings And Elopements

“I had the privilege of working with Erika and Ryan of the Greatest Adventure for not one but two weddings! The first, an elopement during the pandemic in June (we used her for day of coordination), and the second a full wedding in December (we used her for full planning). Divorce sucks, but you know what doesn’t? Having the certainty the second you got engaged again that you needed Erika hired before anyone else. Having done this process twice, I can say with full confidence that Erika has the best recommendations for vendors, some I got to work with twice! Planning a wedding can be so challenging and she simplifies things for you based on what your vision is. Erika is the reason your wedding day will not only be amazingly beautiful, but also enjoyable for you too! We got married in a snow storm and I spent the morning of the wedding grooving out to music with my HMU artist and eating breakfast by the fireplace while everything else was getting taken care of. Do you want to worry about coordinating a flower set up in a snow storm? How about making sure that your guests who have special dietary restrictions get their food? Or being the person that all vendors and family/friends can ask questions to while your head is literally spinning? At one point during our rehearsal she asked me a timeline question and I told her, “I’m going to need you to just tell me what to do every hour of this day”--and she did! She also was 100% supportive of our vision to get married outside in the snow in December on top of a mountain. I can’t tell you how many family members asked us how this would work, but it ended up being the most magical day! Erika will also be the reason why the lead up to your wedding will be stress-free. I graduated from grad school in the summer, put in an offer on a house in the fall, and hosted Thanksgiving for 20 people the week before the wedding. If I had a dollar for every time someone asked us how this was possible, I would be rich enough to pay Erika back for her services. Never, at any point during the planning process, was I stressed that things were not going to work out or get done. I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Erika for all you do!”

“Abby and her team were amazing, we were SO lucky to work with her and Roxy! They made our special day effortless, literally the best thing I spent money on. Abby worked so hard the 30 days prior to our wedding understanding all of the details and our wishes, then executed beautifully! Our parents, wedding party, and guests were able to enjoy the day and not worry about set up, clean up, dealing with our weather chaos, etc. Anytime I had any concerns, questions, or request the day of, I knew exactly who to go to and they were so helpful. “My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Haley in two different capacities for our wedding – both as our day of coordinator and our florist – and she knocked it out of the park on both counts. She was so easy to work with, kept us on track with the planning process without making us feel stressed, and was incredibly organized with checklists, regularly scheduled calls, and detailed notes every step of the way. She asked our other vendors all of the questions that we never would have thought to ask and handled communication and coordination with all of them effortlessly. On the day of our wedding, she was so calm, collected, supportive, and on top of every little detail – the name of her business fits her work perfectly! And then the flowers! Initially I had only a vague idea of what I wanted: mostly neutral-colored, with some greenery and a pop of color. Haley asked all the right questions to narrow down exactly what I was looking for and sent along lots of example photos to help me make some decisions. She took all of those inputs and put together the most beautiful bouquets (and boutonnieres and corsages!) that I have ever seen. She truly has a talent for floral arrangements. If you have any question about whether you need a day of coordinator: you do. And you would be lucky to have Haley as your guide!!!”
