I cannot say enough wonderful things about Karen. She was not only our day-of wedding coordinator, but she was a sounding board when moments felt overwhelming. From the moment she stepped in, everything felt calm, organized, and completely under control. She offered to review vendor contracts and provided helpful feedback on areas that needed to recused. She handled every detail seamlessly, kept the timeline running smoothly, and solved problems before we even knew they existed. For example, I had no idea who would light the candles at our tables, and Karen assured us she would make sure it was taken care of. Because of her professionalism and attention to detail, we were truly able to relax and enjoy our wedding day without any stress. She worked effortlessly with our vendors and made sure everyone was where they needed to be, coordinated vendor parking and meals, and even stepped in to fix my hair before making our grand entrance to the reception. Our day was absolutely perfect, and that would not have been possible without Karen. We highly recommend Karen to any couple looking for support and ease on their big day.

I don’t even know where to start — working with Karen was hands-down the best decision I made for our wedding. She is truly exceptional at what she does. From the first call to the last goodbye at the end of the night, she handled every detail with this magical mix of calm, confidence, creativity, and “don’t worry, I’ve got it.” She thought of things I never would have considered, kept everything organized, and somehow made me feel completely taken care of the entire time. Every vendor loved her, my family adores her, and my entire wedding day went off flawlessly because of her. What I loved most is that she didn’t just plan — she cared. She made the whole process actually fun and stress-free, and she genuinely wanted the day to feel like us. And it did. It was perfect. If you’re thinking about hiring her — do it. Truly. Karen was an absolute dream to work with! We decided to elope at a beautiful botanical garden, and with my soon-to-be husband’s unpredictable military schedule and an upcoming six-month deployment, there were so many moving pieces to plan on short notice. Karen handled everything with such grace, flexibility, and calm confidence. She reassured me that everything will work out, and it truly did. She anticipated needs before I even mentioned them and made what could’ve been a stressful time feel effortless and joyful. She is well organized and easy to get a hold of.
