Hi! I’m Maddie – your fruity cocktail loving, tattooed, nature and flower loving Event Planner who occasionally drives racecars. I am all about emotional connections to ensure you feel best supported on your wedding day. I can’t wait to meet you either over coffee, in a bookstore, or even chatting about your event over margaritas!

Anyone can make a timeline. Our goal is to help you actually enjoy your event. At Wild Sky Event Co., we believe planning your event shouldn't feel like a second full-time job. We provide hands-on planning, coordination, and included rentals to create beautiful, stress-free celebrations without the luxury price tag. Our goal isn't just to make your event look amazing. It's to make sure you actually get to experience it. The tattoos and sarcasm usually speak for themselves. I'm a little fiery, a little quirky, and far from perfect, but deeply passionate about helping bring your vision to life.

    Wonderful experience

    Maddie was amazing to work with and she did an incredible job with our wedding, from planning to decorations to making sure everything day of ran smoothly. We hired her for day of coordination but ended up adding on a rehearsal dinner package, a design package, and a floral package. Maddie was extremely skilled at putting together absolutely beautiful florals and made our venue look magical. We didn't have much of a vision and didn't know how to put together something that would look nice, and what Maddie brought together exceeded what I could have imagined. Day of coordination went super smoothly. I did not feel stressed at any point during the day because Maddie took care of problems before I even realized they existed. Overall she was a pleasure to work with in the months leading up to our wedding. She was kind, chill, patient with our lack of vision or organized planning of our wedding, and truly went above and beyond.

    Wonderful Planner!

    Maddie with Wild Sky Event Co. has worked with me as an assistant planner for multiple events and I can truly say she knocks it out of the park on every event we work, so much so, she's been promoted to Lead Planner within my company! Maddie is attentive, organized and comes over prepared for anything that may arise. When talking to clients, she is level headed, kind and reassuring in every matter. She handles everything thrown her way with grace and works fast on her feet! If you are a client looking for a kind hearted, confident and organized planner or coordinator, Maddie is going to be a great addition to your vendor team!
