“Choosing Averi of Jasper and Lane Events to plan and design our wedding was the best decision we made, which set us up for an amazing day. Averi made sure we had everything we needed with only 6 months to make it all happen. She has an impeccable eye for design and executed the vision we talked about in our design call perfectly. It had right amount of playful, fun touches, while also being elegant and absolutely beautiful. Everyone made a point of commenting on how unique and stunning the wedding design was and how much it felt like us as a couple. Averi kept us on track throughout the planning process and had great vendor recommendations (our DJ, photographer, and florist). She took over all the pre-event and day of coordination with vendors and made sure everything ran smoothly for us. We were able to enjoy every moment of our wedding day because of Averi’s hard work and the support of her team (shout out Jackie!) and connections to great vendors. “I used both the wedding coordination and floral services from Breezy Day and both services went above and beyond, making our wedding day perfect. Courtney was our wedding coordinator and she made the process so much easier. I was so stressed about the wedding planning process until I met Courtney, I wonder if we would have even had a wedding if I didn’t meet her to be honest! From the initial phone call, she explained the wedding planning process and reassured me that we could have a great wedding within our limited budget. She had a list of vendors she recommended which I picked all of my vendors from and it made the process of selecting vendors so much easier. Courtney was always able to help answer my questions throughout the whole year of planning and always responded in a timely manner. Then, on the day of the wedding, Courtney made the entire day so smooth and it went just as planned. I cannot recommend Courtney and the wedding day of coordinator services more. I don’t know what I would have done without her! The florals from Breezy Day Weddings were also incredible. They were more beautiful in person then I even expected. I chose the a la carte options from the Shoppe and the florals were so beautiful. Heather was great and very responsive when I asked questions about the process. The florals were seamlessly delivered to the venue on the day of the wedding and Courtney set the centerpieces on the table for me and placed the florals on the cake and it was so stunning. The service from both the day of coordination services and the florals were 10 out of 10! I cannot recommend them enough. They were affordable, professional, efficient, friendly, reassuring, and just amazing all around. If you’re getting married, you need to hire them for your wedding! “The best decision my wife and I made in the entire planning process for our wedding was hiring Carolyn and Fete Events. I can’t speak highly enough of Carolyn — she was professional, impeccably prepared, ingenuously creative, and a genuine pleasure to work with across the board. She made our wedding a beautiful, seamless experience and her help was truly invaluable. Carolyn was involved in discussions a couple months out from the event, providing guidance and a detailed timeline. “I'll be honest: I almost didn't write this review because I figured my wife would handle it. But Angela deserves to hear from the groom too. Wedding planning is one of those processes where you don't fully appreciate what your planner is doing until something goes wrong... and with Angela, nothing did. At least not that we knew about. That's the point. From our first interactions, it was clear Angela was more than just organized. Any planner can be "organized." Angela was *meticulous.* The timeline she built for our wedding was one of the most impressive planning documents I've ever seen: detailed, comprehensive, and thorough enough to even include outstanding balances and due dates for every vendor. She knew every contract detail better than we did. Maybe even better than the vendors who wrote the contracts! Looking at it, I remember thinking: "ohhh, this is why people hire planners." Angela didn’t just execute. She had taste and judgment. When our programs didn't fit the napkins as planned, she didn't just solve the problem. She came up with a solution that looked better than the original. When the rental company showed up with one too few tables, she rearranged things so seamlessly that no one noticed. As the groom, I can tell you: I felt completely taken care of. I could exhale and enjoy my day. I cannot overstate how *valuable* that was. Angela has this rare ability to run everything on a precise schedule while improvising masterfully when the moment calls for it. Equal parts conductor and jazz musician. “We truly can't recommend Taylor and her team enough!! I thought I could do it all without a coordinator and ended up hiring her a little over 60 days before our wedding, and I am SO glad I did!!! From the moment we booked, Taylor was incredibly knowledgeable, organized, and reassuring. Every time we had a question, she had an answer, and she made the entire planning process feel so much less overwhelming. About a week before the wedding, I remember asking her on our final planning call if there was anything I still needed to do or if I needed to reach out to any vendors. She smiled and said, "Nope, everything has been taken care of." Looking back now, I can't imagine trying to manage all of the last-minute details while also communicating with every vendor, confirming timelines, and making sure everything came together. Taylor handled it all behind the scenes so we could actually enjoy the final week before our wedding instead of stressing. On the wedding day, Taylor wasn't feeling well (she even got an IV!), but you never would have known it. She was absolutely incredible from beginning to end. We didn't have to answer a single vendor question because she had everything under control. She bustled my dress, helped fix my hair before the after-party, made sure we always had food and drinks, kept us on schedule without ever making us feel rushed, handled every setup and cleanup detail with her amazing team, and brought our vision to life exactly as we imagined. Because of Taylor and her team, we were able to be fully present with each other, our family, and our friends instead of worrying about logistics. If you're debating whether to hire a wedding planner or coordinator, do it, and hire Taylor! “Working with Korina was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the first time I met her, I knew she was the right fit for us. She is so warm, relatable, genuine, and easy to talk to, and our styles aligned so well. We chose the partial planning package, but Korina truly went above and beyond for us throughout the entire year. She was there for every question, decision, and detail. From the moment we booked with them, I felt completely supported, cared for, and confident that our wedding was in good hands. The planning process: Stephanie is very professional, organized, and knowledgeable. She was always one step ahead and made what could have been an overwhelming planning process feel manageable and enjoyable. One of the biggest advantages of working with her is how well-connected she is within the San Diego wedding industry. Her package included monthly check-ins and access to Aisle Planner, which kept us organized and on track throughout the entire planning process. Her packages also include using decor in her inventory which was another huge perk! The wedding day: Jenn and Steven were amazing to work with. I DIY'ed all my florals, and I greatly appreciated their help in executing this (i.e. efficiently transporting 100 floral arrangements from my hotel to the venue the morning of the wedding as well as arranging them at the venue). I also want to highlight Jenn's calm presence and exceptional problem-solving skills. A few unexpected issues came up involving our vows and my dress, but Jenn quickly stepped in with thoughtful solutions. I can confidently say she saved the day multiple times. Stephanie and her team truly went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. Their dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care for their couples were evident in every interaction. I am so thankful for everything they did to make our wedding day feel seamless, beautiful, and unforgettable.”

During a season that can feel overwhelming, that kind of communication is everything. We planned a destination wedding in Hawaii on a tight budget, and Zoe made it feel effortless. “Planning a wedding from across the country felt overwhelming at times, but working with Olivia Johnson at Amor Atelier made the entire process so much easier. We booked her 90-day coordination package for our wedding at Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego, and it ended up being one of the best decisions we made. From our very first consultation, Olivia stood out. She didn’t treat the call like a sales pitch — she took the time to genuinely get to know us, understand our vision, and learn what mattered most to us. We immediately felt like she cared about making our wedding special, even though we were only booking the 90-day package. She also has a fantastic eye for design and quickly understood the overall look and feel I wanted for the wedding. Throughout the planning process, Olivia was incredibly organized, proactive, and responsive. She helped guide us through decisions when we were feeling indecisive or getting close to deadlines. Even though vendor sourcing technically wasn’t part of our package, she still went out of her way to help us find both our florist and my makeup artist. Her recommendations were spot on — especially our florist, who was able to execute our vision beautifully while staying within our budget. On the wedding day, Olivia and her team handled everything seamlessly. She managed the timeline, coordinated vendors, oversaw setup and breakdown, and shielded us from any stress so we could fully enjoy the day. When plans had to change on the spot, she stayed calm, flexible, and kept everything moving smoothly. At one point during the wedding I wasn’t feeling well, and Olivia immediately stepped in to support me and help come up with solutions so the day could continue comfortably. She also helped us make thoughtful decisions in real time — for example, when our photographer and videographer started going over their scheduled time, she clearly explained our options and helped us extend just long enough to capture dancing footage without adding unnecessary costs. By the day of the wedding, I trusted Olivia completely. She and her assistants were always available for whatever we needed, and everything ran incredibly smoothly because of them. She even made sure all of our personal items were carefully packed and brought back to our room after the event. Our venue required us to hire a planner, and initially we planned to choose the least expensive option because we felt confident handling most things ourselves. I’m so glad we didn’t. Olivia filled in so many gaps we didn’t even realize existed and brought creativity, problem-solving, and a calm professionalism that made a huge difference. If you’re considering working with Olivia, I cannot recommend her enough. She was thoughtful, organized, calming, and truly invested in making our wedding day the best it could possibly be. We genuinely could not have done it without her.”

“Rachel is a lifesaver! She's there for you from day one. We booked her for partial planning and I am so glad we had her through the whole process. Rachel is honestly more than just a coordinator. She got to know us and befriend us; I even got the cutest dinosaur plushie gift from her when I told her I was a paleontologist! She's on top of everything; she'll send payment reminders, reach out to vendors, give great advice, help you through rehearsal, and make you feel taken care of. “10/04/25 Krystal and her assistant ;) , were our “day of” coordinating team, even tho Krystal was putting in work weeks before the day. The second they arrived, my stress level decreased by 10000%. They walked in the room and said, hey we’re here! And got started. This was a diy wedding basically so they had to deal with all the coordinators I had booked plus the timeline of the day. Without them idk if anything I planned would have work lol! 10/10 recommend. They were also fun additions to the day as people and I enjoyed hanging out with them ! “Miranda was absolutely amazing. We worked with her for a year to plan for our Sonoma wedding. She was recommended from a friend whose wedding she also planned and it was stunning. Even though she was not from the Sonoma area, she did an amazing job finding everything from the venue, to the vendors, photographer, and DJ. She has great attention to detail and really makes you feel at ease in the planning process. We had absolutely no idea what we wanted or what we were doing, but she made both me and my husband way less stressed on every matter. We even had a last minute DJ issue and she found us a new one right away. She helped set up food tastings and made sure we were on track for the big day in terms of seating charts and other small details. The wedding was perfect and she did a fantastic job telling us exactly what to do and where to be. She even helped my brother, the officiant, with what he was suppose to say during the ceremony, as this was his first time officiating. She did the signage, decor, literally everything and alleviated all the stress and jitters on our day. I couldn’t recommend her enough to plan and help on your day. I’d hire her again ten times over!
