Even though we hired her for our wedding day only, she started having calls with us around a month prior and began organizing day-of logistics with all of our vendors. We had planned a weekend at camp for 200 people, and Steph stayed the whole weekend to make sure everything went smoothly. She even carried over 100 pints of cider to a freezer in a cellar with me when I realized that they couldn’t sit in guests’ cabins at room temperature!
