Anytime I recommend Bre to a future bride, one thing I always say is that when you consider how much money is going into a wedding - you should also make an investment in making sure your day runs smoothly. Bre met with me a year prior to my wedding, helped create a spreadsheet to keep track of all vendors, gave amazing recommendations on vendors, did a walk through of the venue with me, created timelines, helped with o ur rehearsal & so much more. All of that was done BEFORE the wedding day was even here. Bre goes above and beyond to coordinate all your vendors and puts so much effort in making sure your vision comes to life. The day of my wedding I, nor anyone in the bridal party was bothered with vendor questions which really allowed everyone to just be able to relax. When arriving to our venue Bre had helped set up the decor and everything was stunning. Because I live close by her she even came and picked up my welcome sign prior to the wedding day along with the marriage certificate so I truly had nothing to worry about the day of the wedding. Bre helped everyone stay on track with timing, helped everyone throughout the ceremony know where to stand, when to start walking, etc - which is so helpful when you’re trying to get a bunch of people in a bridal party to listen. Once the wedding was over Bre packed up all of our decor making sure everything was extremely organized and she even took home my flower bouquet since I was having it preserved and helped coordinate that to ensure the bouquet would be safe at the end of the night. If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator - just do it. You truly will not regret hiring Bre, she was the best vendor/decisions I could have made for our wedding!”

“Lauren was a dream to work with! I went into planning not even thinking about hiring a day of coordinator - but l am so glad I did! My venue recommended it and after doing some research I found I Do Memorable Occasions. Lauren listened to all of my requests and feedback, was extremely accommodating, and matched me with the perfect person. Christina was amazing and to any bride on the fence about getting a day of coordinator I say -DO IT! It was 100% worth the investment (which was reasonable compared to a lot of other vendors) and allowed me to enjoy my day while limiting the stress. I was able to be fully present and have a go to person for anything I needed on my big day and I fully contribute that to her! She even checked into our hotel for us and packed up all the decor into my car so that at the end of the night my new hubby and I could directly leave, allowing both our families to also enjoy every moment with us. When we got to the hotel we were welcomed with a gift and photos taken by our coordinator throughout the day which was so nice because we still haven't gotten anything back from our photographer yet! “We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. Their communication style was super responsive, and the quality of their work was truly professional, valuable, honest, and transparent. Traci and her team were amazing - they put everything together seamlessly and saved our wedding day. When my wife's maid of honor accidentally left the wedding veil at the hotel, Traci's assistant sprang into action, getting an Uber and rushing the veil to the church, delaying the ceremony by only 11 minutes. Traci knew my wife couldn't walk down the aisle without it, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She's not just a wedding planner, she's a true professional who gets things done. I can't recommend Graceful Weddings And Events highly enough. I cannot tell you enough how amazing Traci was throughout the entire process. She was there every time we needed her. Absolutely no restrictions on phone calls, meetings messages, whether in person or not. She actually truly cares about her clients and does not make commission off of any venues or vendors in fact, quite the opposite, she is a master at negotiation and that’s how you can tell that she’s in this Because it’s her passion. She goes way above and beyond for all of her clients and I could tell by working with her throughout the process for the entire year along that we worked with Traci. To be honest we actually miss her because she was solving not only wedding problems, but other issues as well Put it this way Traci will make sure that you have exactly what you want but she will go and take it 10 steps further! I would recommend her to anyone I know having any type of event!”

“Destination 2 I Do made our Aruba wedding an absolute dream. Planning a wedding at an all inclusive resort felt exciting instead of stressful because we always knew what to expect and felt fully supported. “Veronica is truly the best wedding coordinator out there. She and her team went above and beyond and my wedding day was absolutely perfect!! Veronica was involved with the wedding planning months beforehand (unlike most wedding coordinators I spoke to!) and she was so detailed and organized that she truly put my type-A personality at ease!!! I knew I was in the best of hands after our first conversation and on the wedding day I was completely relaxed because I knew I could trust her to handle any hiccups. She also did my floral arrangements and was present at all the meetings with the venue and caterer to make sure that everyone was aligned on my vision. When she showed me the reception hall before my guests arrived it took my breath away-- it was even better than I envisioned!!! Her eye for detail is incredible and my reception decorations were breathtaking. I also have to acknowledge Veronica's assistant Sharae because she too was the best ever-- I definitely walked away from my wedding weekend with a new best friend. Sharae kept me calm and laughing on my wedding day and made the entire pre-ceremony experience SO MUCH FUN!!! Honestly, my wedding day would have felt much different if Sharae wasn't there. I actually got emotional saying goodbye because she was such an important part of my day too. I never thought I would grow so close to a wedding vendor, but I now consider Veronica, Sharae, and the entire Exquisitely Designed Events team like family.
