We had an initial call when I was inquiring (over a year ahead of the wedding), then we had a venue walkthrough close to the wedding date where she took notes and asked questions, had a final call just before to go over any final details, and took my decor photos/notes to ease my mind on how I wanted things to look. The day of, she handled everything and didn’t need me for a thing - coordinated the vendors, set up the decor, and was our main point of contact for everything, broke down everything at the end. We also rented a few items from her that had to be hauled down to the venue. Everything was perfect. I cried when I saw my vision come to life. We approached her in the fall with the crazy idea to throw a music festival wedding at the end of June at a riverside park- where we needed her to coordinate 3 bands AND bring in everything from restroom trailers to a food truck to mobile bartending. Not only did she rise to the challenge, but the day was more perfect than we could have ever imagined. She had a plan (and back-up plan!) for everything, and she coordinated with no less than 15 vendors to make sure that we didn’t have to worry about a thing during the wedding. She had a ton of local vendor suggestions, as well, for everything from flowers to misting fans. On top of that, she is a truly lovely human who was a JOY to work with.
