Kristina and her staff were easy to work with. The bride and groom for this wedding were from out of state and booked via FaceTime. She was able to take their vision and bring it to life. She arrived early and was very communicative throughout the day-which was helpful because it had rained a lot the night before and areas of the venue were still wet. She kept the family on their timeline and helped with jobs she didn’t have to including putting away chairs. We appreciated her work ethic and kindness to other vendors. Would recommend!

Events by Lisa was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding! Her communication was 10/10 - Lisa was so easy to reach out to and the connection was definitely there. The quality of their work and value was unmatched, as Lisa went above and beyond. She thought everything through and even when little things went wrong, she took care of them so quickly without worrying me or anyone else. For example, Lisa made sure to call all the vendors ahead of time to confirm, and turns out one vendor had the dates mixed up, but she got that figured out on the wedding day without even telling us so we wouldn't worry. She also had extra makeup on hand which was so helpful for touch-ups throughout the day. I think everyone needs to invest in a day-of coordinator, and Lisa was such a life-saver - I can't imagine how bumpy our day would have been if she wasn't there!

I could not recommend Glennie and her team more! They worked behind the scenes to make everything run smoothly during our wedding and leading up to the event! From creating group chats with our entourage for open communication to creating a minute by minute schedule of the event. She was PERFECT! She also coordinated with all vendors and helped solve problems without having to involve my husband and I!

Working with Sandra Cooper (Love Within the Details) was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, Sandra stood out—not just for her warmth and professionalism, but for her deep experience, creativity, and attention to detail. She is truly incredible. We are so grateful for Sandra—she not only made our wedding day fabulous and beautiful, but she was also such a steady encouraging guide throughout the whole planning process. We had an at-home wedding and initially thought we just needed just a day-of coordinator. When we spoke to Sandra, she encouraged us to bring on a part- or full-time planner—she was clear (in the most respectful way) about what it actually takes to pull off a successful at-home wedding. She also wouldn’t even move forward with us until she had visited the property to feel confident that our vision was achievable. Her honesty, thoughtfulness, and professionalism at this early stage really won us over. Sandra’s past life as a CPA definitely shows—she is on it when it comes to the details. She has a unique ability to hold both the big picture and the small stuff in perfect balance, kept us super organized along the way, and thought of truly everything. Beyond her excellent event execution, Sandra also has great style and a creative eye—she really understood our vision and had such fun, unique suggestions along the way. Sandra was also a supportive partner throughout the planning process—Sandra kept us grounded, helped us make decisions, and held us lovingly accountable when we started to second-guess ourselves (we’re still grateful she talked us into sticking with the blue tablecloths!). And on the wedding weekend, Sandra was calm and focused yet adaptable in the face of unforeseen challenges. For example, a few hours before our welcome party, there was a change in the weather and we needed to switch locations at our venue. Sandra handled everything herself and simply kept us updated along the way, and it even turned out better than the original plan! Another example, the train of my wedding dress ripped and was causing issues before guests arrived at cocktail hour. Sandra calmly used a sew gun to reattach the train, without elevating anyone’s stress level. These examples capture everything about who Sandra is: unshakeable, solutions-oriented, and deeply committed to making sure the day feels joyful and seamless for everyone involved. Sandra was so much more than a planner—she was a partner, a coach, a fixer, a guide, and a friend. If you’re planning a wedding—especially an at-home one—you want Sandra in your corner. Full stop.

Cindy was exceptionally good at managing the logistics for our wedding - she kept all of the vendors on-track and informed, and caught a lot of potential issues that we would definitely have missed. Our wedding day was perfect - she did a great job of running the show, both with the wedding party and with the guests, and was able to accommodate our last-minute changes as well. Would highly recommend working with her for your wedding.

Working with Ali was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. We did full planning with her, and from day one she made the entire process feel easier, more organized, and honestly way more fun. Ali is incredibly kind, caring, and just so easy to get along with. Her attention to detail is amazing, especially when it comes to design and timeline. As someone who does not naturally have a strong eye for design or a super type A personality, I relied on her a lot, and she totally delivered. She took our ideas and turned them into something beautiful and cohesive, all while helping us make decisions in a way that felt clear and not stressful. She also took so much off our plate, especially with vendor communication. We were so incredibly with the team of vendors we worked with and it all came from Ali's recommendations and incredible knowledge of the NorCal wedding industry. What really stood out was how much she listened to us. She took the time to understand what actually mattered to us, from budget to priorities for the day, and built everything around that.
