After shooting weddings throughout high school, I set my camera down when I went to college. I thought I would go, get a corporate career, and just take gorgeous photos of my kids (currently 2 cats and 2 dogs) one day. Three degrees later, the corporate life was draining. Steve and I met in March, 1999 on Match.com. We were married on September 2, 2000 at the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon. We became a photography team in 2007. I had already been photographing weddings on my own, but someone was missing. I am not complete without Steve. My photography is the same. I love working with my husband. We can be on opposite sides of a ceremony, look at each other and just know what the other will do. Many of our couples love our height difference. I'm 5'1". Steve is 6'4". You will literally get two very different perspectives for the exact same moment.

Hey there, I’m Virge Simone and I want to capture your love story. One of my favorite photos is one of my late grandfather holding my now 19 year old daughter when she was just a few days old. The photo was taken by me and I would guess with a basic point and shoot camera so the quality is not the best, kinda blurry, the colors are washed out but I LOVE that photo. That photo signifies to be to always be present and in the moment, because that’s the last photo I was able to take of my grandfather. As a photographer, that photo tells a story, its dated, its memorable and its timeless.

You just have to live and life will give you pictures. The first time I saw the photographs of Henri Cartier-Bresson, I knew photography was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life!
