I grew up as one of the youngest cousins in a big extended family, and holiday gatherings have always been a lively affair. At the dinner table I learned that my favorite part the season was hearing stories be told and watching my family laugh & cry. Since then I've been dedicated to helping others tell their stories, at first with my academic pursuits, and then with my love of cameras and the magic they can create.

I'm known for my documentary compositions, and individual attention to my edits; I'm particularly passionate about balancing vibrant colors with accurate skin tones. I love to take clients aside for the more artistic, composed shots, but I think my job is to take as little time doing this as possible - you're spending all this money on a party, you should get to celebrate! I dress like a guest, get to know your friends & family, and aim to put folks in ease in front of the camera.
