We are two wedding photographers specializing in vintage film for the modern wedding & couple. We offer a true documentary approach while still achieving magazine worthy editorial inspired imagery. People hire us for our laid back yet commanding approach. We know what we're doing and we create beautiful photographs for you and your loved ones.

We specialize in film photography while still shooting plenty of digital for a healthy mix. We shoot 35mm, medium format, and lots of vintage Polaroids. What sets us apart is our true documentary approach and our fly on the wall presence at your wedding.

I first discovered Aly’s work months before I even got engaged. She had done a shoot with a hot air balloon — the entire wedding party gathered around it — and I remember thinking, wow, I want my wedding to feel like this. Fast forward to the night I got engaged: I immediately filled out Aly’s interest form. She mentioned she had two openings in the fall of the following year, and we said, “We’ll take it!” almost instantly. (We didn’t even book our venue until months later — a very risky move, but that’s how much we wanted Aly.) A few months before the wedding, Aly came to New York to shoot our engagement photos. From the moment she arrived, she felt like a longtime friend visiting us. We wandered around DUMBO, grabbed a hot dog from a nearby cart, followed by ice cream, and ended the day with a beer. We had just moved to Long Island and asked if she’d be comfortable taking a few photos of us in our new home with our dog. She was immediately game — and even stayed with us. That evening we shared dinner, lots of laughs, and conversations about family and life. The next morning, over coffee, she captured some of the most beautiful photos of us in our home. (While I treasure our wedding photos beyond words, those quiet morning photos are incredibly special to me.) Then came the wedding day — October 2025. Aly and her assistant, Sidney, arrived at the venue and immediately got to work. Aly blended seamlessly into the day in exactly the way you hope a photographer will. She was there to capture, not to distract. I felt comfortable and fully present the entire time while she moved almost silently in the background. She has a rare gift for observing and capturing the most meaningful moments in the most magical way. And now, the photos. First — she was fast. We received our gallery two weeks earlier than promised, and there isn’t a single photo from the day that I don’t love. With so much pressure today to have an “Instagram-perfect” or overly curated wedding, my husband once asked me how I wanted our day to be remembered. My answer was simple: with love and fun. Aly captured that perfectly. She gave us images that will become family heirlooms. I can’t thank her enough. Not only did she make our day unforgettable, but she’s become a true friend to both my husband and me. I can’t wait for her to capture all the future milestones in our lives.

Aly is a joy to work with. She’s incredibly professional, but she’s also really kind and charming. Photographers need to be multi-skilled in many ways, including technical ability with social skills. She’s just fun to be around. She knows how to direct her subjects. And she takes photos of my husband and I jumping in a pool. Aly is rad.
