“I cannot say enough about working with Brittany S Events for special event coordination! We hosted my baby shower at the Bedford Village Inn for 80 guests and needed additional help with set-up and timing to ensure the event ran smoothly. Brittany was instrumental in both the development of the timeline for the big day and executing the decor and program day-of. She was the perfect person to gut check how long speeches, games, food service, etc. would take and create a timeline for the event that put our guests enjoyment first. Brittany arrived right on time for set-up and flawlessly followed the intricate decor plan we had crafted. Having her there made the shower more enjoyable for me as I was able to relax as a guest and know that she was handling any backend questions that popped up with the venue team. “I could not have asked for a smoother wedding day. When we first decided to have our ceremony and reception at two separate locations, and eventually realized we would be working with around ten different vendors, I didn’t fully understand how essential an experienced day-of coordinator would be until late in the planning process. Looking back, I’m so grateful I had the foresight to book with MB Events. I worked with Caroline, and she was truly my rock on our wedding day. She communicated clearly and consistently and brought such a calm, genuine presence that immediately put me at ease. We had a few last-minute changes with some guests who were unable to attend while another one was added at the last minute. Caroline handled everything by coordinated directly with the venue to remove chairs and add name cards without needing any prompting from me. I was extremely stressed leading up to the wedding, but in hindsight, I really didn’t need to be. Caroline had everything completely under control! We met four times before the wedding: an initial Zoom meeting, another Zoom call about three months out to review the timeline and vendors, a venue walkthrough, and the rehearsal. She was incredibly detail-oriented and always thoughtful in her approach. “Working with Jo and For Every Joccasion was the best decision my husband and I could make for our wedding day! My husband and I are very simple people who are usually "go with the flow", so planning and executing a wedding was not an easy task. We reached out to For Every Joccasion and Joelene was quick to respond. We worked together over many months to plan our perfect wedding down to every last detail. We collaborated on a theme, colors, special events for the reception, etc. Joelene even offered to do most of the "heavy lifting" for us! She talked with vendors to find the best match for our ideal plan. When our wedding day actually rolled around, Jo made the day fly by with ease. As a bride, I never had to worry if projects would be done in time, tables and chairs would be placed correctly, and if my party would arrive on time.
