Haylee Madison Weddings is a premium, full-service wedding planning company known for creating elevated, heart-forward celebrations for New England couples. We are based in Maine and Northern Vermont, but are always excited to travel! When you choose Haylee Madison Weddings, you’re choosing to truly experience your wedding day — not just host it. We’re passionate about giving you the best wedding day you and your partner could imagine, which means always going the extra mile to ensure it’s unforgettable for you, your family, and your guests! 

I originally discovered my love for weddings in Nashville, Tennessee, where I worked alongside renowned planners and coordinated weddings at a historic all-inclusive wedding venue. What began as a fun weekend job quickly became my true calling, and I recently returned home to bring my passion and experience back to my New England roots! I’ve recently taken the leap into planning weddings full-time and I couldn’t be more excited to do what I love every day! I truly LOVE what I do, and you will not find anyone more dedicated to making your wedding day the best it can be than your dedicated wedding coordinator (me)!

Full Wedding Planning and Design is for couples that want professional guidance every step of the way — from selecting a venue to onboarding and coordinating your vendor team, to curating a comprehensive design plan that reflects the vision of your dream wedding day. This service is our most inclusive service, providing a high priority, end-to-end planning experience for you and your fiancé.

This service is designed for couples "from away" who are traveling to New England for an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime wedding weekend experience. We provide full-service planning for your entire wedding weekend, complete with a thoughtfully designed weekend itinerary of must-do's from a local's perspective! Every detail is tailored to your vision, ensuring a seamless, meaningful, and truly memorable experience from arrival to departure!

Wedding Design & Coordination is for couples who can handle the majority of planning their wedding solo, but could use the organization, clarity, and support of a professional during the final processes. Your Planner steps in six months ahead of wedding day to offer refined guidance, vendor management, planning guidance, and a cohesive wedding design plan to transform your inspiration into an elevated wedding experience.

For couples who have the ability and excitement to plan their own wedding, but want to put an experienced wedding professional in charge on the big day. Your HMW Wedding Coordinator will step in 8 weeks before your wedding to finalize logistics, coordinate with vendors, and ensure all details are in order. On wedding day, your HMW team will be present to curate and manage every moment ensuring every detail is handled behind the scenes.

    We worked with Haylee for a day of coordinator and she was amazing! She had weekly meeting with us to cover any last minute details and fine tuning our wedding schedule. She thought of every last detail and was very helpful during the decision making process! Would highly recommend her services to anyone looks for a smooth wedding day!

    We hired Haylee as our month/day of coordinator and I can’t say how worth every single cent it was. She was one of the first vendors I had booked and I truly am not sure what I would have done without her. We got married on my parents property which was a big task, especially in managing all of the vendors, but it was handled seamlessly by Haylee in the days leading up to the wedding and day of. The meetings that she sets up ahead of time with the bride and groom, starting weeks out from the wedding, were so helpful in those final planning stages, and helped to make me feel much more confident in hosting such a big event. She also took care of day of decorating the morning of the wedding and broke down all of those decorations before leaving that night, leaving me and my husband to simply enjoy the day and night without worrying about a single thing. On top of all of this, Haylee was working to get photos and videos for content creation so that we can relive this day over. Haylee (and her team) is someone I highly recommend having on your wedding team, as she is organized, highly efficient, and gets sh*t done! I can’t say enough great things about Haylee and her team, they are truly amazing!

    My husband and I used Haylee as our day of coordinator for our wedding on September 13th and we had an amazing experience! Haylee genuinely enjoys what she does and you will pick up on that from your first phone call with her. From late night texts to extra meetings to help us navigate a massive caterer issue she had our backs! There were so many small details we would have never thought of but of course Haylee had it covered and made sure we didn't miss anything. The day of the wedding she absolutely nailed our decor set up and it was better than I could have ever imagined. She will keep your bridal party and vendors on track and you can tell that her main goal is to make sure you have the best day of your life! If you're considering Haylee for your event you should go for it, trust me you wont regret it!

    There are truly no words strong enough to describe how grateful we are for Haylee and everything she brought to our wedding journey. From the very first phone call, it was clear that she wasn’t just another wedding coordinator, she was exactly was I was searching for. Haylee poured her heart and soul into our day, treating every detail with care, creativity and intention. She carried such joy and positive energy from beginning to end, it felt like we were being guided by a close friend who genuinely cared—because she did. She was always there with open ears, whether I needed help troubleshooting a vendor hiccup or just wanted to talk through some last-minute nerves.
