Haylee Madison Weddings is a full-service, value-centered wedding planning company specializing in the curation of soulful weddings for couples celebrating their love in New England. I originally discovered my love for weddings in Nashville, Tennessee, where I worked alongside renowned planners and coordinated weddings at a historic all-inclusive wedding venue. What began as a fun weekend job quickly became my true calling, and I recently returned home to bring my passion and experience back to my New England roots! I’ve recently taken the leap into planning weddings full-time and I couldn’t be more excited to do what I love every day! I truly LOVE what I do, and you will not find anyone more dedicated to making your wedding day the best it can be than your dedicated wedding coordinator (me)!

We provide end-to-end planning guidance, ceremony rehearsal coordination, and seamless wedding day execution, so you can feel confident knowing every detail is handled with care and precision!

We’ll guide you through vendor coordination, finalize design plans, and ensure all the details come together seamlessly. From managing your rehearsal to executing your wedding day flawlessly, we’ll take the pressure off so you can focus on soaking up the joy of the final months leading up to “I do.”

Wedding Coordination is perfect for couples who have the ability and excitement to plan their own wedding, but want to put an experienced wedding professional in charge on the big day, and guidance through the final 30 days! From ceremony rehearsal to complete wedding day set-up, breakdown, and execution, we ensure everything runs flawlessly so you can relax, celebrate, and truly enjoy the day you’ve worked so hard to plan.

    There are truly no words strong enough to describe how grateful we are for Haylee and everything she brought to our wedding journey. From the very first phone call, it was clear that she wasn’t just another wedding coordinator, she was exactly was I was searching for. Haylee poured her heart and soul into our day, treating every detail with care, creativity and intention.
