“if you’re anything like i was and you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, take this as your sign. i was very adamant that a wedding planner did not fit into our budget. i had been stalking cylee’s social medias and was so jealous that i couldn’t have her. since im stubborn, i began to attempt to plan the wedding by myself. i remember thinking to myself “how hard could this be?” my question was quickly answered when i had 37 vendors emailing me the next morning. we ended up hiring cylee, thinking she would “just be a wedding planner.” we were quickly proved wrong. cylee has turned into a friend. she has seen me at my best, my worst, and everything inbetween that. the amount of mental breakdowns she talked me through while we attempted to fix my flowers, make my seating chart, guest drama, etc. cylee sat with me for 8 hours…yes you read that right!!! she sat with me for EIGHT HOURS building my arch florals, welcome sign florals, and fixing my bouquets. cylee hand made everything from my save the dates, invites, seating chart, bar signs, everything!!! she even helped my maid of honor with my wedding shower. i have told everyone in my life, and now i’ll tell all of you who are stalking her page and reading her reviews, cylee is the best decision i made throughout the process of getting married (besides my husband, of course). she knew what i wanted before i did, she knew what vendors to say no to, what vendors to show me, and even had special insights and relationships with each vendor. fitting her into our budget actually ended up saving us money due to her expertise in being able to make every dream i had come true. she is a true gift to the wedding industry and to this world. our wedding night was more perfect than we ever imagined, and none of it would have been possible without cylee.”

“If there is one decision you must make for your wedding, you must hire Sholeh as your wedding planner or coordinator. Sholeh is everything that every good planner should be. She is organized, thoughtful, flexible, down-to-earth, detail oriented, solution oriented, and extremely kind. She was recommended to us by our wedding venue and to say we were not disappointed would be the understatement of the century. Initially, we hired Sholeh for half-day coordination services, and planned to have the in-house reception planner handle the remainder of the day. But when the venue coordinator fell through, we immediately called Sholeh in a panic and she said, "Don't worry, consider me your full-day coordinator now." She hardly even charged us a substantial upcharge for planning the entire day. On the day of the wedding, she truly felt like family. She arrived on-time, with her wagon full of supplies, ready and eager to help. She made sure everyone was fed, went out of her way to spend quality time with the mother of the bride and bride's sister, and executed every detail to perfection. She even sewed one of the groom's cousins back into her dress at the reception. Sholeh is a dream come true. We could truly write pages about how wonderful she truly is. “I don’t want to imagine how our wedding would have went without Christina & Lauren from I do Memorable Occasions. On a budget and initially hesitant about the need for Planning and Coordination, we chose the Partial Package for 2800, and it was worth every . From the beggining, Lauren and Christina took the reins and kept us moving forward meeting the deadlines we needed to. They helped us find the 5 vendors we selected, vetted them, got us to the prices we needed for each service, and stayed in touch with them along the way. Our wedding day coordinator Christina met with us in person at the venue, and twice over the phone (One of them with our photographer) to nail down the timeline of the day. She listened to our wants but more importantly kept us honest about what was possible and how long things would take. The day of the wedding Christina was simply amazing. She cooly worked under pressure both at the hotel and the church to get everyone ready to go on time. You can’t coordinate at the church without a coordinator or everything going thru Bridge/Groom. Then she went to the venue and worked quickly to get everything we wanted setup in just the right way. One there she kept us on schedule, herded the bridal party and our family, and kept the 2 of us on schedule. She always met us with a smile and 2 drinks when we needed them. The day was magical, our guests had a great time, and we have the memory we want. Worth every .”

“If you are looking for a wedding planner, you have found it. The single best thing I did for my wedding was hire Amy and HEA events to plan it. I just got married at the Adler Planetarium this weekend, and Amy & HEA events is the reason it happened. When I began my wedding planning process, I knew immediately I would need a planner. I was going to have a large 200 person wedding, and I knew I wanted it to be a grand event. I talked with over 10 different planners, and could not find anyone that felt "right", until I talked to Amy. From the minute we talked on the phone, I knew she was the best planner. She was sweet, yet honest, organized, and had a very impressive history of planned weddings. As a very "type A" bride, I was worried that no one would take my wedding as seriously as I did, and I was so wrong. I ALWAYS felt like Amy made my wedding a priority. In the two years leading up to my wedding, she reached out to all vendors, compared pricing, read through every contract, told me where to spend my money and what was a waste. She problem solved the smallest of things that only I noticed/ cared about, and never made me feel like something was silly or too over the top. She sat through every vendor meeting with me, took notes on everything that was said, and remembered every detail that I couldn't keep track of! She came to my tasting and gave her expert opinion on which foods to go with and why. She sent payment reminders, communicated with vendors constantly, helped me make decisions when I just couldn't make any more. However, the real testament of not only Amy's work, but also her character, came on the wedding weekend. During the rehearsal, Amy came with print outs for the entire party and family that clearly explained the timeline of the weekend. She ran the rehearsal so seamlessly. With the weather constantly changing, we had a day- of backup plan, but hoped we wouldn't need it. Then, on the wedding day, before an entirely outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, we had a very difficult and stressful hour before the ceremony. As the rain continued to pour, Amy did everything in her power to reassure me and calm me down. I never felt any type of stress or concern from her. She was always calm and collected, and did everything in her power to make my wedding happen the way we had planned it. The weather cleared with just a few minutes to spare, and SOMEHOW, Amy and her team pulled off what was nothing short of a wedding day miracle, and we were able to still have the ceremony outside (and on time, might I add!!). Throughout the wedding night, Amy made sure to deal with any issue, handle difficult extended family members, and ensure that the night went off without a hitch. I can sincerely say that without Amy, my wedding would not have been everything I wanted it to be and more. I am going to miss getting to work with Amy every day. With Amy, you're not just getting an exceptional planner with years of experience and unmatched expertise that she brings to the table. You're also getting a friend, an older sister to tell you what to do, someone you can rely on when the stress of a wedding feels too great, and a metaphorical (and sometimes literal) bodyguard/ protector to shield you from vendors, crazy family members, and emotional distress LOL. Do yourself the biggest favor, and hire Amy & HEA events for your wedding or event.”

“We could NOT have done our wedding without Janella at Vinella Events. We were looking for a day-of coordinator because we thought it would help us enjoy our day and focus on celebrating with each other and our guests. We had that and more in working with Janella, and I am so thankful she made our wedding day as successful as it was. Janella came recommended to us by our venue, and we first met with her about 4 months before our wedding and went with her 6-week coordination package. We originally just wanted someone to help only for the day of the wedding, but this absolutely was a better deal because she came with us to our venue meetings, helped coordinate our timeline, asked insightful questions for things we never would have even thought of, went through our ceremony with me, and helped me feel SO much more prepared before the wedding through meetings and just being a resource. She helped us run an efficient rehearsal prior to the wedding and coordinated with me so that we would have all of the set-up and items how I wanted them for our wedding day. On the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond in her role. She set up all of our decor, helped facilitate transportation of items, executed the timeline and adapted when things went off time (and importantly, did all of this seamlessly so that myself and the guests didn’t notice), created back-up plans when there were issues with other vendors, coordinated set-up with other vendors, ran to get my lipstick from another room for photos, and too many other things behind the scenes that I didn’t even have to know about because I was able to trust her to tackle them. I had multiple compliments from family members and friends about how organized she was and how kind she was, and she made a 270-person wedding flow seamlessly. She ultimately gave us the ability to just ENJOY the day without having to answer questions or worry about things going on that day.
