Rachael was our day of coordinator and truly went above and beyond! She provided and thorough and detailed timeline and was easy to communicate with. The day of the wedding everything on the timeline went perfectly (I didn’t even know that was possible!) and she was adaptable when I wanted to push things back or change something in the moment. There were some things she pulled off I’m still not sure how she managed! I can’t recommend her and Sa’Lise events enough for your event!

I got to work with Natasha and Taiya for my November 2025 wedding. This team is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend them to any couple who is preparing to host a wedding. TL; DR: However you want to celebrate your wedding, and whether you want to be super involved in planning or not, J4U is going to prioritize making your vision come to life. I actually came to J4U after a bad experience with another wedding planner we'd booked. In our introductory conversation, I found Natasha's cool confidence and willingness to listen to be refreshing. I also appreciated her excitement for my and my husband's wedding, something that was important to us as we wanted to work with someone who'd treat our special day with care. The J4U team has extensive experience running weddings effectively, which is certainly what you want. But you can also rest assured that these planners are committed to ensuring you and your partner aren't shoved into a mold of what your day is "supposed" to be. J4U has so many vendor contacts and organizational tools for its couples. They recommended a wonderful florist (Papparazi Glam), a DJ (Leonardo Event Group), a mariachi band (Mariachi Allende), and a bakery for us (Sweet Boom Bakery). Natasha also worked so well with the vendors that my husband and I found ourselves. Our photographers (The MacMeekens) repeatedly remarked how amazing Natasha is and that they loved working with them. So, however you approach building your vendor team, know that J4U will keep them organized. Finally, I want to gush about the timeline they created for us. So many people said our day would fly by, but J4U put a schedule together that felt so relaxed it could have been a normal Friday. My husband and I got to spend so much time together that day. It was a wonderful gift to be able to enjoy our special day. Throughout the entire planning process, my husband and I never felt rushed or pushed to make a specific decision. I can't thank J4U enough for the grace with which they handled the entire process.

They were on point on getting my venue ready and knew that I wanted things on time. They would text me throughout the day while getting ready to just make sure on things. Ivory & Sage Weddings, led by Maeghan Davis as our day of coordinator, was a wonderful support throughout our two-day multicultural wedding. Maeghan brought a calm, organized, and reassuring presence that made a big difference for us. She helped keep everything moving smoothly and allowed us to truly relax and enjoy each moment. We had our Catholic nuptial mass which she was able to help keep us on timeline and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Then the second day, we had our Nigerian traditional. This can be intimidating for some but she handled big personalities and a big event with such grace. Ivory & Sage was also able to provide a beautiful charcuterie and basic florals for us, it was so nice to get things with one vendor. I believe she also offers decor. We’re very thankful for her support and would happily recommend Ivory & Sage Weddings to couples looking for a thoughtful and dependable coordinator. 10/10!!!

Natalia was a fantastic coordinator for me on my wedding day! I got married at an indoor/outdoor venue in San Antonio, Texas in June and had around 150 guests with a ceremony at 6 pm and departure from the venue at 12 am. She was so communicative the months leading up to the wedding and extremely flexible whenever I had last minute changes to my day-of timeline/plans. She also helped keep me on track with getting everything I needed ready for the day. She even got me some money back from the venue when the AC was broken in the bridal cabin leaving us to deal with the Texas heat. The Guess Who planning staff were top tier. We had a short planning period to plan our 25th Wedding Vow renewal. Kelvondre lead and executed my vision beyond what I envisioned. He is very detailed oriented and his staff were attentive to all of our needs during the planning and actually ceremony. He took all the stress off of me as the bride and handles all my vendors and logistics of the planning! Brittani-you are amazing! Thank you so so much for stepping in to wrap the bow on Olivia's PERFECT wedding at the Caswell House in downtown Austin! Brittani stepped in with 3 weeks to Wedding Day and set up a call with us from her camping trip in Utah! She was professional and knew exactly how to take the reins and wrap up the loose ends with all of the vendors (caterers (Cabo Bobs, Alfred’s Catering), Venue (Caswell House Austin), Pianist (Marilyn Rucker), and Photographer (Eyal Photos). She was prompt and instructive during the Venue walk-through and the rehearsal. The day of the wedding she absolutely made sure everything ran smoothly and set-up was done to the wedding parties liking. As the mother of the Beautiful Bride :), I was so grateful to have Brittani to help make the day PERFECT for the bride and groom! She also sent us a wonderful e-album of wedding pictures from the entire event (a totally unexpected perk and the pictures are phenomenal)! Brittani extended recommendations and ideas that only an experienced Wedding Coordinator would know.
