Historic, breath taking 4 story barn The farm and barn are about 200 years old, and the barn was originally used for cows. Over the years, it has been very well taken care of, so the original beams are still there, in sizes and shapes that you just can't get anymore! The owners are the third generation in their family to take care of the property and are very grateful to be the current stewards. The barn renovations completed in 2020 and it is all ADA compliant and up to code. In the barn, there is a full sound system, 14 chandeliers, a beautiful live edge bar top, two high end composting toilets (the flushing kind!), massive barn blue doors on each end, and a grand entrance staircase. The barn holds up to 200 people and is big enough that you don't have to rent a tent even with tables and chairs, a major benefit and money saver! In the event of rain, you can use the barn as a ceremony and reception space.

Originally designed in 1880, Moraine Farm has been hailed as "the finest existing example of Frederick Law Olmsted's approach to planning a country estate" by pre-eminent Olmsted scholar Charles E. Beveridge. Olmsted created lawns, hedges, rustic stone walls, and a magnificent meadow – and collaborated with Boston architects Peabody and Stearns to design a massive stone terrace facing the lake, extending the shingle-and-stone house into the landscape. The farm took its name from a low ridge of glacial debris, called a moraine, which Olmsted used to provide an elevated vantage point for the paths and carriage drives that looped through 75 acres of coniferous forest, passed lake and meadow views, and climbed to an overlook on the edge of the 40-acre farm.

Stage House Inn is a stately and elegant wedding venue. The property offers 20 unique guest rooms, private function spaces, and Dufour, an on-site award-winning restaurant and bar. The venue offers plenty of historical charm and Maine-style hospitality. The Stage House Inn specializes in hosting private events. These include micro weddings (for up to 70 guests), showers, corporate events, holiday parties, baptism celebrations, funeral receptions, celebrations of life, and other events for 25-150 guests. Since the late 1700s, the structure that now houses Stage House Inn and Dufour has served many purposes. From a private residence, it soon became a stagecoach stop where visitors would stop to eat and lodge at Frost Tavern. Following that, it was Paul’s Hotel, and eventually also served as a boarding house. Then, for nearly 70 years it was a convent run by the Sisters of St. Joseph Order. It was also a christian school. Set in a beautifully renovated and restored 100-year old barn overlooking rolling hills of conservation land, the Barn at Gibbet Hill is one of New England’s most unique venues for weddings and special events. The Barn offers rustic elegance with unparalleled views. The first wedding at The Barn at Gibbet Hill took place in 2002 when Jed and Asia’s fantastic outdoor wedding plans got rained out. Back then the Barn was completely unrenovated – hay bales were moved to the edge of the room and the tractor had to be parked outside so a makeshift wedding aisle could be made. After witnessing the undeniable magic of that day, the idea to transform the Barn into a permanent wedding venue began to take hold. Two years later, after a massive renovation of the Barn was completed, The Barn officially opened for business. And two years after that, CBS-4 crowned the Barn the best wedding venue in the Boston Area!

The Pierce House, an architectural gem, is part of a stunning vintage estate, located on more than 30 tranquil acres of pastoral rolling lawns, woodlands, and ponds, less than 30 minutes west of Boston. Built in 1900, and located within the Historic District in Lincoln, Massachusetts, Pierce House has the distinction of being listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Respecting the wishes of John H. Pierce, who bequeathed the mansion and property to the Town of Lincoln, the venue welcomes the local community and beyond as a place for year-round recreation, weddings, corporate and social events, art shows, car shows, summer concerts, movie filming among others.

This Victorian treasure was built in the late 1880s, and originally served as the county courthouse. It’s been lovingly restored, and boasts a two-story theater space with an exquisitely embellished ceiling and wraparound mezzanine balcony. In the warmer months, ceremonies may be held in Centanni Courtyard. This airy outdoor space continues the historic feel of the Arts Center with lawns, a large arbor, and brick pathways.
