The Bedford Event Center was established in 2020 to meet the event and venue needs of the Southern New Hampshire and Greater Boston areas. With the tasteful and contemporary venue, we provide clients with the freedom to personalize their experience, whether it be for weddings, social or corporate events. Our core principles of integrity, respect and simple pricing help us form lasting relationships with everyone we work with.

Bedford Event Center has a classically elegant Main Hall which is perfect for any event. Also offers many different lighting options for all events. We have a great amount of freedom and flexibility to completely personalize weddings by allowing couples to provide their own wedding planners and vendors if they choose so, however, we are here for you and your guests and would be happy to have the full responsibility of planning your day.

"The moment we found the Bedford Event Center online, we knew we had found our wedding reception venue. The staff, especially Kathleen and Christine, were extremely helpful throughout the planning process and made the night of our wedding reception truly special. The venue itself is stunning. I had multiple guests compliment us on how beautiful it is. It's also extremely close to multiple hotels and the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, which was extra convenient for our out-of-town guests. Loved it!
We had the best experience with the Bedford Event Center. Everyone was so kind, professional, and most importantly, approachable. Communication was clear, costs were discussed upfront and were very reasonable. There were no surprise surcharges that we needed to worry about. They provided and set up linens, tables and chairs, and we could bring in pretty much any caterer/food we wanted. They have fun features like uplighting and the cloud over the ballroom. They worked with us to create a signature drink that was a hit. Not to mention, it’s gorgeous! They’ve done a great job creating a space that can be used for a variety of events. In short, working with the Bedford Event Center was a breeze and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you!
