About this venue
Built from the ground up in 2020 exclusively for weddings and special events, The Barn at Bull Meadow was thoughtfully designed with abundant natural light and a warm, timeless atmosphere that lets every couple’s vision shine. Exchange vows overlooking the Meadow or in the comfort of our indoor ceremony space. We offer three wedding suites, private all-day access, and stunning photo locations. More than a beautiful venue, we’re known for the people behind it. With comprehensive day-of planning included, our team handles the logistics so you can relax, be present, and enjoy every moment from your first tour to your last dance. We accommodate up to 180 guests and offer an Intimate Wedding package. Tucked away just minutes from downtown Concord, you’ll enjoy a private setting with convenient access to hotels, restaurants, and major travel routes.

The Barn was built to provide a beautiful and functional venue, with zero compromises. We can assure comfort to our guests by providing all the modern amenities you've come to expect, and more! The barn features two upper-level private wedding suites with balconies, overlooking the 3,600 square foot reception hall. Guest seating is located centralized around the dance floor to make your event one to remember! Our full service bar, main floor suite, and restrooms are also located steps away.

Our large patio space is located off the back of the barn, surrounded by trees and florals. It is the perfect location to kick off cocktail hour during the in-season, but is still available year round. It features a tent (during peak season), string lights, fire pits and benches, an access window to the bar, plus a patio bar available for higher guest counts. It the perfect location to enjoy great company, alongside hors d'oeuvres and games!

Love the Barn at Bull Meadow!
The Barn at Bull Meadow was perfect in every way for our July Wedding. The venue and ceremony site are stunning, the suites are perfect for everyone to get ready in and the staff is amazing! Our wedding coordinator Sydney was exceptional. She answered every question we had and helped us bring to life so many of our ideas. She was always one step ahead of us and we so appreciated it! Shannon and Jen were so helpful with decorating and set up and clean up and we loved getting to know them as well! We couldn't be happier that we chose The Barn for our special day!

The Barn at Bull Meadow Summer 2026 Wedding
We got married at the Barn at Bull Meadow in summer 2026. The whole experience was top notch. We only had 5 months from engagement to wedding, so we were working with a compressed timeline. We never would have gotten it done without our wedding planner, Taylor, from Bull Meadow. Her and the rest of her team were easy to work with and made sure we didn't forget anything throughout the process. On the wedding day, we dropped off all of our props first thing in the morning and the Bull Meadow team handled all of the setup so that we didn't have to worry about that and had the whole day to get ready. When the wedding started, Taylor made sure everything went perfect. We received countless compliments from our guests, not only about how beautiful the venue was, but also how professional and friendly the entire Bull Meadow team was. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone who wants to get married in a beautiful, scenic setting and doesn't want the stress of trying to figure everything out yourself!!

The best day ever!!
We truly could not have asked for a more beautiful venue for our wedding. The Barn at Bull Meadow exceeded every expectation we had. The property is absolutely stunning, and the venue had everything we could possibly need to make our day perfect. A huge thank you to Devyn, who was incredible throughout the entire planning process. She was always quick to respond, answered every question we had, and made us feel so supported every step of the way. On the wedding day, she was on top of absolutely everything, making sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes so we could simply enjoy every moment. Her organization, professionalism, and calm presence made such a difference. Wow. Wow. This venue is incredible. Taylor is the best of the best! Our wedding was the wedding of our dreams because of Taylor and the entire team at this venue. The grounds are incredible and the support from the team along our wedding journey was incredible. I seriously can’t recommend this venue enough. They knew what we needed before we knew we needed it and any question was answered. She made sure the day stayed on track and we were able to celebrate.
