Ideally suited for weddings of 80 to 100 guests, Grove at Briar Barn Inn includes the planning services of our dedicated team, all equipment, and our renowned catering as part of your wedding package.

Carefully Crafted & Catered Occasions in a Farmhouse Setting
When entering through our main entrance you will see the open concept dining room with hardwood floors, exposed beams, and an open and light-filled room! Our new post-and-beam barn restaurant features rustic farm tables with plenty of seating, black double-ring industrial chandeliers, and a full bar at the far end of the room. This is a great option for larger gatherings between 60-100.

Private Dining with an Outdoor Terrace
The Burrow is a small private dining room with entrances adjacent to our main dining area. It can be accessed from an outdoor terrace, which has additional seating (weather permitting), bistro lights, and views of our landscaped lawns, fire pit area, and forested surroundings. The Burrow is a petite version of our main dining area with a private bar and restroom and a variety of options to suit your needs.

The second floor includes a larger private suite, complete with a private restroom, sitting area, and balcony that are well suited for getting ready spaces.

Do not think twice, BOOK THE GROVE!!
My husband and I got married at The Grove 2 weeks ago and we cannot recommend this place enough! From our initial venue tour with Ali we knew this place was something special. Not only does the property provide everything you can need/want (with guests staying at the Inn), the staff is beyond exceptional, the whole property is so beautifully curated and the food is phenomenal. We wanted a remote New England cozy venue that was local to us and The Grove checked all our boxes. It truly feels like you are in the middle of nowhere (while still being so close to everything), tucked back from the main street, this unassuming property was the perfect setting for our wedding day! We worked with Jordan, who made sure the day ran better than smooth! Being someone that works in the wedding industry, I was hyper aware of all the timing, logistics and moving parts - something I was worried would cause me stress on the wedding day. However, Jordan was FANTASTIC! I cannot say enough wonderful things about her - she was beyond organized and making sure that everything happened when it needed to and was so sweet and calm during the whole process. I was not stressed or worried for a second that day. The whole event staff that night was so accommodating and welcoming and our guests who could not stop raving about the staff and the food all night long! The food was beyond what we could have asked for. My husband and I have food allergies and their Chef made off menu items for us for cocktail hour - this is just one example of the above and beyond mentality that The Grove has. Choosing The Grove was the best decision we made and we are so happy to now have a beautiful Inn and Restaurant to visit to celebrate our anniversaries.
Perfect Intimate Venue
We got married at Grove in April 2025 and had an incredible experience. It was the first venue we toured and after looking at many other venues, we ended up coming back to Grove and are so happy we did. We had 100 guests and it felt like the perfect size venue - intimate without feeling over crowded. The dance floor was the perfect size to make it feel packed all night and the cocktail hour room provided an alternative space for those who wanted to chat. Being able to stay onsite made our wedding weekend much more relaxed and the suite was beautiful with the most comfortable bed ever. Julia, our coordinator, was super helpful, attentive and had a calm, easy going presence from the first time we met with her. The entire team at Grove and Briar Barn Inn were extremely responsive to our questions throughout the process. There were so many thoughtful touches and we felt super taken care of. We were so happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend Briar Barn and Grove!

We were so happy with our wedding reception held at the Grove at Briar Barn Inn. Our wedding coordinator, Ali, was a pleasure to work with - she was professional, incredibly responsive and so helpful in making sure everything went smoothly the day of the wedding - even coordinating with our individual vendors. Our guests raved about the food and the venue. A wonderful time overall!
Great place to get married!
We had our wedding at The Grove and couldn’t be happier. The venue is beautiful cozy barn vibes with tons of natural light and charm. It rained on our wedding day, but we didn’t mind at all because the indoor space is just as stunning. Alli, our day-of coordinator, was incredible. Everything ran so smoothly thanks to her. The food was delicious, and guests still talk about the cookies! As a same-sex couple, we felt totally comfortable and supported. Everyone was kind, professional, and great to work with. They know what they are doing at the Grove. Highly recommend!
