Able to accommodate up to 200 guests with a professional custom dance floor, the Meeting House boasts a classic, warm neutral interior décor that is sure to enhance any theme. The ballroom will "wow" you with its 12 foot ceilings detailed with crown molding, tray lighting and custom made chandeliers and Chiavari chairs. Our double-sided bar serves onto the ocean view patio so you can offer your guests an amazing view during the cocktail hour and beyond.

The Union Bluff was great! The lawn location for the ceremony was perfect. The reception ballroom was perfectly decorated and looked beautiful. The patio was a great place for a cocktail reception and they allowed us to have a cigar bar on the patio which was a big hit. We were impressed that their initial budget was spot on with the final bill! Most importantly Gabrielle Michaud was amazing! She was so helpful throughout the entire process and was so polished and professional. The entire team (shout out to Annie) at the UB was outstanding. My husband had no idea that we were Gabrielle's 1st wedding until the day after the wedding...we are both honored to have been her 1st wedding! Her professionalism and execution were that of someone with years of wedding experience! Would highly recommend!

Union Bluff is the best!
Our wedding at Union Bluff Meeting House exceeded every expectation we had! Gabrielle Michaud, our coordinator, was amazing and instrumental in making sure our wedding ran smoothly, from pre-planing phone calls, check in reminders, rehearsal day, and throughout the entire wedding event. The venue itself is truly special with the lawn and beach view creating a stunning ceremony backdrop, and the meeting house just steps away, having both indoor and outdoor spaces for cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. We loved that guests could all stay at the hotel on-site and explore the charming York, Maine area at their leisure. Gabrielle truly went above and beyond on the day of, making me feel calm and taking us away after the ceremony for a breather and some appetizers. I’m so thankful to have had her on my wedding day and I couldn't recommend Union Bluff highly enough. We can’t wait to come back and visit for future anniversaries!

The Best Decision We Ever Made!
There aren't enough words to express how grateful we are to the entire team at the Union Bluff Meeting House for giving us the wedding of our dreams. If we could relive our wedding day over and over again, we would choose Union Bluff every single time. When we first started wedding planning, Neico and I struggled to find a venue that truly fit what we envisioned. We knew we wanted an intimate celebration with our closest family and friends, but so many venues seemed geared toward large weddings or made smaller weddings feel like an afterthought. The moment we found Union Bluff and learned about their micro wedding options, we instantly knew we had found the one. It offered everything we were looking with the beauty, elegance, and luxury of a larger venue while still allowing us to have the intimate celebration we had always dreamed of. From our very first conversation, Annie made us feel completely at ease. Wedding planning can be overwhelming, but she was always calm, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our day special. What meant the most to us was that she never pressured us to make decisions based on trends or tried to upsell us. Instead, she listened to what was important to us, respected our vision, and reassured us every step of the way that everything would come together beautifully. We hosted our entire wedding weekend at Union Bluff, from our guests' accommodations to the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and dining. Every single part of the experience exceeded our expectations. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking, and our guests are still talking about how beautiful it was. The food was incredible and plentiful, the accommodations were clean and comfortable, and every detail was thoughtfully executed. When our wedding day finally arrived, Annie and Gabrielle were nothing short of amazing. Together, they kept everything running so smoothly that we never had to think about logistics. They were always nearby, ready to answer questions from us or our guests, solve problems before we even knew they existed, and make sure everyone felt taken care of. Because of them, we were able to be fully present, soak in every moment, and simply enjoy getting married. I spent months dreaming about every little detail, and seeing everything come together was surreal. Annie and the Union Bluff team brought our vision to life even more beautifully than we imagined. Every decoration was exactly where it belonged, every transition was seamless, and every part of the day felt effortless. Looking back, one of the greatest gifts they gave us was peace of mind. The Union Bluff Meeting House didn't just provide us with a beautiful venue, they created an experience that our families, friends, and we will cherish forever. Five Stars Isn't Enough!
Annie was absolutely amazing as our wedding coordinator. Our wedding truly would not have been as perfect without her. From the moment we met her, she treated us and everyone in our wedding party like lifelong friends.She went above and beyond. Everybody we know has said it was the most organized and best wedding they have ever been to. She was constantly checking in on us and even making sure our parents had everything they needed.She kept everything running smoothly so we could actually relax and enjoy every moment of our day. Her kindness, organization, and attention to detail made such a huge difference. The whole Union Bluff team was also exceptional and helped make our wedding weekend everything we dreamed of. From the amazing food to how perfectly they set up the decor, everything was perfect. We are so grateful for everything they did and cannot recommend them enough. Thank you, Annie, for making our wedding night so special!

June 2025 Wedding
Our entire wedding at Union Bluff was phenomenal from start to finish. With Annie as our coordinator, it was quite literally impossible for anything to go wrong. She was incredible to work with, was always responsive and worked with us to ensure the day was perfect. Even with a torrential downpour as the ceremony started, the venue made sure everything was handled behind the scenes and we never had to worry about ensuring something was being done. I could not recommend this venue higher if I tried!
