With panoramic views of tidal marshlands, woods and preserve, the estate includes two newly renovated, historic homes, a multi-level barn, and an unparalleled view of the sunset. Every element has been thoughtfully restored— retaining the perfect amount of charm combined with present-day luxury. We rent the entire estate for four nights, from Thursday to Monday and can comfortably sleep 26 guests. Surrounded by stunning views and Maine salt air, we are just 15 minutes from downtown Portsmouth, NH and the fine restaurants, arts, and culture of the Seacoast. The Farmhouse

Classic Maine Charm with Present-day Luxury

Built in 1732, this New England beauty can accommodate up to 18 of your guests and offers a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, private dining patio with bistro lights, and game room with pool table and darts. The house gets tons of great natural light, and has pastoral views of the river or fields from every window.

Built in 1908, this craftsman includes a spectacular wrap-around porch, with exquisite views of the river and is a prime spot to watch the sunset. A grand bridal suite and three spacious bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 guests. The bungalow retains all of the original character of turn of the century design, with a modern, comfortable vibe.

The Barn

The Scotland Fields barn is refined without having sacrificed any of the New England charm that guests expect. Refinished floors, new restrooms, & sliding picture doors in both the front and back of the barn are just a few of the details that make this space magical. Our barn can accommodate a full reception with bar and dance floor for up to 160. Our fields have ample room for a tent, which allows for events up to 250 people. So many possibilities!
