Nicole from Simply Beeutiful Events was amazing! She was extremely well organized and proficient at ensuring that everything was going according to schedule and plan. We were out of state for where our ceremony was being held, and Nicole was amazing at communicating through emails and coordinating with all the vendors. She was also instrumental for both our rehearsal and dinner the first night, as well as the entire wedding day, and was able to keep the two toddler flower children from running amuck while still having a loving and gentle hand in corralling them. Nicole was a must-have for our wedding not only in her proficiency for the duties needed, but her altogether friendly and congenial personality with everyone from the vendors, staff, guests, and everyone in between.

My husband and I worked with Britny from Beautiful & Timeless Events for our wedding in September 2022, and we can't recommend her services enough! Britny helped us with our overall wedding plan, budgeting, vendor selection and management, and decor. She supported us through every step of the planning process and was even with us on our special day as our Day of Coordinator. We had a vision of what our big day would look like, but early on in the process we realized we were having trouble bringing that vision to life. Britny was able to help us create a plan from our vision and helped us execute that plan, all while staying within our budget. One thing I really appreciated about Britny is that through our early conversations, she was able to figure out what aspects of our day were most important to us. From there, she showed us what parts of our budget were worth spending money on and where we could cut our budget back. When it came to Day of Coordination and scheduling, we relied heavily on Britny's services. She knew how important it was to us to relax and enjoy our special day, and that we wanted as much time on the dance floor with our guests as possible. Not only did Britny make our entire Day of Schedule, she managed our vendors and bridal party day of, and miraculously kept us ahead of schedule which meant more time on the dance floor for us. Having Britny with us on our wedding day allowed us to truly be in the moment and made it stress-free. Britny was organized, professional, fun, and a pleasure to work with!

I cannot say enough about working with Brittany S Events for special event coordination! We hosted my baby shower at the Bedford Village Inn for 80 guests and needed additional help with set-up and timing to ensure the event ran smoothly. Brittany was instrumental in both the development of the timeline for the big day and executing the decor and program day-of. She was the perfect person to gut check how long speeches, games, food service, etc. would take and create a timeline for the event that put our guests enjoyment first. Brittany arrived right on time for set-up and flawlessly followed the intricate decor plan we had crafted. Having her there made the shower more enjoyable for me as I was able to relax as a guest and know that she was handling any backend questions that popped up with the venue team. Not only that, but Brittany made sure I always had a (non-alcoholic) drink in hand and was wonderful about capturing some special moments throughout the day. Haitian weddings are famously known to run late, but Abiola made sure we started on time—this was a huge priority for me, and she nailed it! I knew that Rachel was going to be amazing but she absolutely went above and beyond my expectations. It was really hard planning a wedding on the opposite side of the country but Rachel was the miracle lifeline I needed. When my MIL injured herself the day before the wedding, it was easy to start sliding into a downward spiral of panic but Rachel was there to offer help and reassurance. She handled reorganizing timelines, communication with all of the vendors, and made sure that the day went off without a hitch. My husband and I had the most amazing experience working with Jamie. We only had a 3 month engagement, so it was crunch time pretty much the entire time we were planning. We hired Jamie 2 months prior to the wedding, and she made everything so stress free. Anything we asked of her, she was more than happy to do, and if she didn’t have the answer right away, she would find out and get back to us in a very timely manner. I did all the decorating myself, and Jamie had some great ideas to help me execute my day. While she kept things professional, she also felt like a friend. Her kind spirit and go getter attitude was so great to have on the day of our wedding. She handled EVERYTHING the day of the wedding and everything ran so smoothly. Everything that needed to be done the day of was in the perfect spot just where I asked her to put things, and she ran the event flawlessly. She was in contact with all my vendors and she worked out all the details with them so I wouldn’t have to which was the biggest help. My husband and I did not know what to expect going into planning, but Jamie and her team exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for someone to help you plan your wedding, I would say stop looking you have found your girl. Jamie’s assistant was also amazing and just as pleasant. I highly recommend working with Jamie and her team, and I would 100% hire her again for another event. Best experience

I hired Emily B. ( Coast 2 Coast) as my event Planner for my wedding last fall. She and her team were fantastic! Brittany was absolutely incredible, and hiring her as our final-detail wedding planner was hands down the best decision I made during the entire planning process. From the very beginning, Brittany went above and beyond. She helped me with everything from choosing my wedding dress to managing tailoring timelines, and she made sure I had every detail booked and organized well in advance. Even though we were planning from different states, Brittany made it seamless with thoughtful coordination calls and constant communication. Distance was never an issue. In the week leading up to the wedding, she truly came through. Brittany joined me at the venue for a full walkthrough, helped set up our archways, and coordinated flawlessly with all of our vendors. When my hair stylist unexpectedly canceled, Brittany stepped in immediately and saved the day by helping with both my hair and my mom’s—something I will forever be grateful for. She didn’t stop there. The day after the wedding, Brittany also helped coordinate and execute a beautiful brunch for our guests at our home, allowing us to relax and actually enjoy time with everyone. Brittany is calm, organized, kind, and incredibly capable under pressure. Having her by my side made the entire experience stress-free and joyful. I truly can’t imagine our wedding without her, and I would recommend her to anyone planning their big day.

Showcase Events is a also full service party rental company serving New Hampshire & Western Maine. We offer a full line of top quality tents, tables, farm tables, chairs, dance floors, lighting, place settings, linens, catering equipment and more.

We used Showcase Events Rentals for our wedding on 9-22-23. Our experience was great; their selection of rentals was vast their prices were fair consistent in comparison to other local rental companies. We found that Showcase had the best looking best priced farm tables, which fit out aesthetic perfectly. We specifically chose Showcase because they came highly recommended by our venue for their quality, set up clean up services, month-of coordinator, Sheena. 10/10 recommend. We were very excited to utilize their month-of coordinating services. To no fault of her own, we didn’t really utilize Sheena’s coordinating help too much the actual month-of (we had pretty much everything ready to go a few months in advance we took care of final communications with vendors ahead of time), so I can’t speak to her level of involvement in that sense. However, Sheena was very responsive to our emails from the time we booked our rentals (9 months in advance) she was very helpful with coordinating the rehearsal, setting up the venue the morning of, helping facilitate the smoothest, most stress-free day possible. She was super prepared during our check-in phone call, and we were confident in her ability to handle anything that came up so that we wouldn’t have to! She even purchased several cases of High Noons for us DURING our reception when we unexpectedly ran out! She was fantastic. Sheena worked with 2 other coordinators that day, Kim Kat. Kat was a HUGE help at the start of the ceremony – she helped hold my dress’s train keep me hidden from the guests during the bridal party processional. She has a very calming presence talked me through each moment leading up to my entrance, pointing out my *now* husband escorting his mom down the aisle, pointing out my dad, reassuring me that all those jitters I was feeling in that moment would soon go away the moment I saw my husband at the end of the aisle. She was so right, it was very special to be able to share those moments with someone as sweet as her.
