“All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. Overall we were blown away by Dana and her team’s professionalism and dedication to our wedding. Dana’s communications were always prompt, detailed, and thorough every step of the way, making the planning process a breeze. She lead our rehearsal too which is exactly what we needed. “HIRE CASSIE!!! There are so many reasons to hire Cassie, including that she is absolutely a lovely human being, but it really boils down to she will make your whole wedding better, both from your perspective and your guests’. We were definitely that overly anxious couple who thought about eloping at every other decision. Cassie greatly reduced the stress on our plates by doing all the research so we could actually enjoy making the decisions and envisioning our day. Anything we didn’t absolutely love, Cassie would come back to us with new options, helping to fine tune the vision so the day perfectly fit us. When we were worried we were behind schedule or over budget, Cassie and her phenomenal organizational skills always helped reassure us of the timeline and that we were in fact coming in under budget for our wedding. And she did all of this while we lived in California, planning our Massachusetts wedding. At one point during the process, my partner,Cassie, and I were in three different states, but she always found the time to meet and made sure she was always available for us. The day of the wedding, we got so much feedback from our parents and the bridal party that they have never seen a wedding run so smoothly. Even the hairstylist noted she had never seen a bridal party so relaxed and on schedule. At our wedding, with Cassie handling all the day-of coordination, we were able to simply be guests of honor and enjoy the evening. Our wedding ended up being beyond our wildest dreams and it is really all thanks to Cassie.”

“Annie from Before You Say I Do was an exceptional day-of-coordinator for our special day. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. “We are so grateful for Celia! She was such an important and critical person to have on our wedding day! We didn't have to worry about a single thing once she got there. Celia and I had a few calls before the day to go over all the vendors and the timeline. After chatting, I knew we were in good hands. From the second she got there, Celia took care of everything we needed her to. She was professional and on top of things. She helped coordinate getting the tent ready with the decor, table settings, flowers, and the welcome table. She was in contact with the vendors, so they knew where to set up. “Working with Jo and For Every Joccasion was the best decision my husband and I could make for our wedding day! My husband and I are very simple people who are usually "go with the flow", so planning and executing a wedding was not an easy task. We reached out to For Every Joccasion and Joelene was quick to respond. We worked together over many months to plan our perfect wedding down to every last detail. We collaborated on a theme, colors, special events for the reception, etc. Joelene even offered to do most of the "heavy lifting" for us! She talked with vendors to find the best match for our ideal plan. When our wedding day actually rolled around, Jo made the day fly by with ease. As a bride, I never had to worry if projects would be done in time, tables and chairs would be placed correctly, and if my party would arrive on time. I got to focus all my attention on having what was meant to be one of the most magical days of my life be exactly that!
