He added so many special touches I can't count them. Mary--the manager, who was by our side when negotiating with the vendors. Always available. DJ Shy—OMG! He and I worked together fabulously, even at 7 am the morning of our wedding, we were fine tuning something that I wanted. And he delivered. “Where do I even begin with Ivory & Stone?! Let’s just say without them, there probably would’ve been no wedding. I had the pleasure of working with Robyn Fallon. The other girls were always available, but boy did I get lucky with her! She felt like a best friend during those six months, but was so professional at the same time. She knew every single detail that needed to be dealt with, at a moments notice (things I would’ve never thought of). We had many video calls, but I began looking forward to them. She never complained or made me feel crazy for changing my mind 64828 times. I trusted her with my life at that point. She knew I didn’t like something before I even knew I didn’t like it. I gave her the reigns, and she NAILED everything. The design, the vendor coordination, the scheduling, etc etc etc. They also use this platform that allows you to track everything, and it has every information a wedding could need. It made vendor shopping, budgeting, and communication so easy. I was never worried I was forgetting something. Some of my planning I was doing overseas, which did not make anything harder due to how accommodating she was. Keep in mind she’s also planning 47382 other weddings at the same time, but I felt like the only one. Fast forward to the big day… it went perfect. I could cry thinking about it. She was checking in on us throughout the entire day / night making sure we had food, drinks, and reminding us to enjoy each moment. At one point she even hair sprayed my husbands hair because it was acting wild hahah. Our guests are STILL reaching out to us raving about how beautiful everything was. Robyn is an all-in-one super hero. I will never forget her!”

Sam provided wonderful guidance to build out an appropriate timeline with flexibility for unexpected bumps in the road. She was also fantastic in providing us with shopping lists of supplies we would need to provide for a well-rounded bar selection, which would be enough for our guests to enjoy during the entire event. Sam made sure to coordinate all the vendors and staff like an orchestra, which allowed us to have a great time at our wedding. I have been officially working as a professional wedding planner since 2017. My love of all things weddings and events began at an early age. I worked at a country club in the summers before my freshman and sophomore year of college, I worked on the food and beverage staff which included being a banquet server, and can you guess which was my favorite shift to work, you guessed it, the weddings. Once I got to the point in my life where my friends were starting to get engaged and I was a bridesmaid in their weddings, I found myself taking on extra duties and wanting to be more involved that it hit me, I need to pursue being an event planner.

“Miranda was absolutely amazing. We worked with her for a year to plan for our Sonoma wedding. She was recommended from a friend whose wedding she also planned and it was stunning. Even though she was not from the Sonoma area, she did an amazing job finding everything from the venue, to the vendors, photographer, and DJ. She has great attention to detail and really makes you feel at ease in the planning process. We had absolutely no idea what we wanted or what we were doing, but she made both me and my husband way less stressed on every matter. We even had a last minute DJ issue and she found us a new one right away. She helped set up food tastings and made sure we were on track for the big day in terms of seating charts and other small details. The wedding was perfect and she did a fantastic job telling us exactly what to do and where to be. She even helped my brother, the officiant, with what he was suppose to say during the ceremony, as this was his first time officiating. She did the signage, decor, literally everything and alleviated all the stress and jitters on our day. I couldn’t recommend her enough to plan and help on your day. I’d hire her again ten times over! We hired Karen for 2-month coordination and right off the bat, she was such a thoughtful planner and her willingness to guide us through anything and everything was amazing. I love a good spreadsheet and Karen has the best!!! Every meeting with her was so productive and we left each one with clear next steps/homework. The day of the wedding, everything went SO smoothly. Karen and her team took care of setting up all of our decor and they did so beautifully! When I arrived to the venue and saw everything, I was taken aback by how stunning everything looked — we had a mix of florals, candles, and fruit for our decor so getting everything set up was no small feat. Karen’s creative eye flawlessly brought my vision to life and I am so so grateful! Outside of decor, Karen’s organization, vendor communication, and speedy cleanup at the end of night was top-notch. We were able to truly enjoy the night, knowing Karen was there. She even took fun videos of the reception on my phone, which were great to watch the morning after to help relive the night :’) Literally each one of my vendors raved about how much they loved working with Karen — if that’s not enough to convince you to hire her for your next event, idk what is! SUCH a pro. Would 100% recommend Karen to any couple!”
