If you have any hesitation in hiring a planner we are here to say do it! and hire Olivia, you will have no regrets and it would have been impossible to handle all the day of coordination and enjoy the day and be present with each other if Olivia was hard at work behind the scenes. She is incredible at here job and guided us every step of the way answering question and always there to bounce ideas off of. She found us all the right vendors and worked seamlessly with everyone to coordinate the ceremony and all the events leading up to it. She made the space beautiful even though we were on a budget. She even collected rocks from the Eugene area to help complete our table decorations! She rocks! She is not only the best at her job but she really took part in the party. Her and her team are so kind and genuinely happy to be part of the celebration with us. Kicking off the photo taking and moving people to the dance floor, just so fun. “Kaila is really great! We hired her as our day-of coordinator for our recent micro wedding and it was absolutely one of the best decisions we made. She was able to advise us on the event timeline, toast procedure, etc. in the months leading up to the big day, which was incredibly helpful since we'd never done this before. She also attended our rehearsal and helped make sure everything ran smoothly and everyone knew the plan. She was great at collaborating with our officiant during this process as well. But it was the day of the event when she really shined. As the bride, I didn't want to have to think about any logistics at the venue while I was getting ready and with Kaila, I didn't have to! She sent me one quick question via text that morning that I was glad to weigh in and otherwise, she totally took care of the rest. The venue looked amazing, everything ran like clockwork, and she made sure to keep us in the loop when (and only when) it was necessary. She even brought us some appetizers to snack on while we were waiting on a vendor to arrive to bustle my dress so that we didn't miss out on our own food! After our experience, we have been telling everyone we know that they must get a wedding planner if they want to enjoy the planning process and especially the wedding day. We live down in Southern California so having Jodie available in Oregon was essential and she delivered. We couldn't recommend her enough to anyone planning their wedding up in Oregon!”

“I hired Jade to be my wedding planner for my elopement and for my reception party which was happening several months afterward. She and her assistants are incredibly professional and organized. Jade made a spreadsheet that had everything I needed to organize my wedding and made it super easy to understand. Keeping track of our budget and vendors that we've already hired made it so I wasn't scrambling through my emails to figure out what was happening.
