“Lindsay with Mostest was AMAZING! She helped us tremendously when the event planner for the Charleston Princess quit just a few weeks before my daughter’s wedding. There were many obstacles to navigate including not being able to board the vessel to set up and decorate until 2 hours before guests would begin boarding. Lindsay single handedly transported a car load of personalized details, decorations, party favors, bar items, extra linens, numerous picture frames and a huge Charleston Harbor nautical chart that served as the guest book. She had to take several trips from her car down a very long pier to get to the boat and set it all up in such a short time span. She managed it all beautifully! The timeline she created was amazing and we were actually a bit ahead of schedule prior to the ceremony. This gave us all some time to relax while sweet Lindsay was preparing for all of our guests to arrive. After the reception, Lindsay stayed on board and began packing up all of our special items carefully. We returned to the vessel after sending the bride and groom off, to find that she had managed to pack most of our items without our help. I can’t say enough about all that she did for us, especially with all of the hiccups and stresses we faced the last few weeks. She handled everything with such grace and poise! This MOB was quite stressed with the adversity we were facing that was out of our control and Lindsay smoothed everything out!! I can’t say enough about her!! About a week before the wedding we were faced with some extremely difficult decisions to make because of hurricane Helene. Our reception venue didn’t have power 24 hrs before the wedding and Delaney stepped up and was ready with several alternative options, providing us with peace of mind and reassurance every step of the way that she would do everything and anything within her power to make this wedding everything we had dreamt of it being. We ended up completely switching venues several hours before the welcome party started, and everything ended up being absolutely beautiful and unforgettable—all thanks to our amazing, kind and caring wedding planner Delaney and the wonderful, dedicated venders she had connected us with. I cannot thank Delaney and the Wilder Minds event planners enough for saving the best day of our lives. “My non-AI review: I need to start this by saying that I am a picky person - very type A, and I don’t trust people to take control of situations often. However, Hannah is someone I felt comfortable putting my trust in - from the start, she was transparent, knowledgeable, and one of the most competent coordinators I talked to - and I say this because we had booked another coordinator prior to booking Hannah, and the prior coordinator was not good at her job. So when it came to working with Hannah, it was such a refreshing and relieving experience. Take my word for it - this is the person to book if you’re wanting quality and competence in a coordinator - I will vouch for her 100%, she is truly worth the praise. She was extremely professional and personable - basically she took the weight off our minds the whole time - from rehearsal to wedding day. Everything we were stressing about before, we were able to let go of - she took over, which meant decisions were being made and things were getting done. We got sooooo many compliments, even from my really hard to please family and friends - seriously, a huge part of the success of the wedding was Hannah’s planning. The biggest and constant compliments we got was that the wedding had many thoughtful touches, was an actual fun time, and was well scheduled - “everything was seamless” is a compliment we heard a lot - and I agree. She kept the whole day moving forward while delegating and coordinating - I didn’t have a single thing to worry about, which is a rare feeling. She even took videos and photos for us, which I had no idea was happening and was such a thoughtful surprise - it was so beautiful to have an album of memories to look at once the night ended - beautiful memories which was so nice since we knew our photographer would take a while to send us our pictures. In summation, if I had to do it all again, I would go with Hannah every time. All my wedding party and close family that interacted with her was impressed with her skills and the way she directed vendors and handled crowds. “Crystal is calm, efficient, and super personable. We hired her in February ‘25 originally for an Oct ’25 wedding, then pushed it up to a July ’25 wedding. We basically planned an 80 person wedding within less than 6 months and absolutely would not have been able to do this without Crystal. It was a whirlwind and Crystal made things much easier by keeping us on track with tasks, giving us vendor recommendations, and helping research additional vendors when we wanted other catering options. She gives you to-do lists after your calls, has various tracking lists & checklists; it was SO easy to collaborate with her. From a logistics standpoint, our wedding involved a LOT of logistics. Two venues down the street from one another (the latter for the dance party), the main venue required a 'flip' (using the same space for ceremony as the reception), valet, shuttles, separate bar/catering at the 2nd venue... But all of this was executed flawlessly. A few notes- our catering vendor did catch an important rental that was left off of an ever-changing rental order. I am definitely more of a micro-manager/anxious type and that made me a bit nervous. I had the slightest doubt whether or not all these details would be executed on the day of the wedding. Come wedding day, Crystal and the other day-of coordinator/assistant Kristen made sure we kept things on schedule and all goes went as smoothly as a live event goes. Crystal’s prowess came to life on the wedding day and she really took charge. There were a few mishaps but I think they were due to miscommunication; nothing that wasn’t fixed or detracted from the event! Overall, we were happy with the outcome and really appreciated Crystal’s efforts. We would recommend her!”

“I would give 500 stars if I could!! Let me preface by saying I did not hire a planner so I was planning our wedding totally by myself. It was so hard and stressful until I met Mary Anna! She helped me SO much. I can without a doubt say I would not have had such a gorgeous and flawless wedding without her. Mary Anna single-handedly made sure our wedding day went by smoothly and perfectly!! Even when the inevitable things went wrong (as I’m sure they always do), she solved them quickly (and beautifully)! Mary Anna will do literally ANYTHING in her power to make sure your day ends up exactly as you want it! She is absolutely the person you want in your corner on your big day. I was so extremely stressed out the entire morning of and while she was busy literally putting the wedding together, she still found time to come up and check on me several times. She reminded me about important things I might forget, made sure we had drinks brought to us as soon as the ceremony was wrapped up, and somehow she wrangled all the rowdy groomsmen and got them in line! I think the thing I’m most upset about is now that it’s over I don’t get to talk to her anymore— I truly felt like she was my best friend! I could go on and on about how phenomenal she was but I will leave it at this: If you want someone who is truly in your corner and actually cares about you and your wedding— Mary Anna is your girl. She will stop at nothing to make sure your day is absolutely perfect and I can’t recommend her enough! THANK YOU SO MUCH MARY ANNA!!”

One of the most valuable things he did was create a comprehensive vendor packet that centralized all final details—this was a game-changer!
