I was referred to Keyta, and her team about 6 months before my wedding. From our very first conversation, I immediately trusted her with helping my husband and I make sure the day flowed seamlessly. She was there from the very beginning, to the very end. She even made sure my husband and I had a dinner plate at our table!! That was special. The flower wall she provided was absolutely beautiful for my event, and matched my theme perfectly.. She took valuable time to call me during non business hours which I appreciated so much! She was calm, cool and collective. It really helped my stress level to have her coordinate our wedding. She answered all and every question I had during the process . When I walked in the room initially I was in tears for how well they put everything together considering it was a total DIY wedding. Keyta was also very flexible as well. Elizabeth at E&A Events was the PERFECT solution! I engaged her right away and used her Day of Coordination package which was honestly SO affordable and SO MUCH help to me and to the bride. She worked with us in preparing for the wedding, solved all of our concerns and unknowns as she is so familiar with weddings and how things “should go” and what pitfalls to be aware of.  She was very flexible and all about working with my daughter’s vision for the wedding day, including helping with updates to timelines etc. On the day of, even though the venue provided a “coordinator”, it was so necessary to have someone there who was all about me as the mother of the bride and all about the bride and her day.  Elizabeth was all over the venue throughout the ceremony and reception, making sure things were being handled and staying on track with our wishes;  if there was any issue, she was on it and this allowed me to relax and enjoy the day! Hands down - the best part of the entire support that Elizabeth provided was offered AFTER the event ended;  she stayed long after and made sure that all the centerpieces were broken down and all of the decor was stashed away in one place so we could easily go pick it up the following day.  And this was packing up centerpieces with 28 floating candles on two separate floors — I was having nightmares of having to empty all those vases, but Elizabeth made it so easy! She is friendly, organized and persistent — there is no reason whatsoever to not invest in her support for your wedding or any event — but especially a wedding … this one day can be so expensive - she ensures that nothing goes wrong and you can just enjoy your special day.  HIGHLY recommend her!

There was some confusion around the process of actually getting assigned a day-of coordinator due to lack of communication, which added some stress around the 3-week mark. Once we had that sorted out and we were actually paired with our coordinator, everything went super smoothly and we were extremely happy with the service we received. We were on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator and ultimately it was the best decision we could've made. Kumbah was incredible and our wedding would've been a wreck without her!

She also suggested floral and decor vendors, which we ended up using and they were fantastic. The bridal suite she set up with a charcuterie and champagne tower and it was so cute!!! We hired Sarah for her services roughly a year out from our wedding. From the start, Sarah was extremely responsive and helped answer all my questions. During this time, we had selected a majority of our vendors but we needed Sarah's expertise in organizing our long to-do list, logistics and design ideas. A majority of our guests were traveling to our wedding so the logistics of how the weekend looked was very important to us as a couple. Sarah seamlessly was able to put together a plan to ensure that we were thinking of every detail needed to get our guests from point A to point B and back. Hiring Natalie as our DOC was truly the BEST decision we made for our wedding! As a super type-A bride, I felt confident handling the planning myself, but I knew having a DOC would be helpful for executing everything on the actual day of. What I didn’t realize was just how stressful wedding planning would get in the last few months, and what a blessing it was to have Natalie there to help us along the way! She built our timeline, helped us keep track of every item we needed to bring to the venue, and reminded us of countless little details we would have otherwise forgotten. She even attended our final walkthrough at the venue to go over logistics with our maitre’d and ensure everyone was on the same page. On the wedding day, I was truly able to shut off my brain and be fully present while Natalie handled everything. She kept our schedule on track, communicated with all our vendors, led our ceremony rehearsal, and was by our side whenever we needed her—part coordinator, part therapist, part hype woman, and genuinely a friend. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, you are doing your event a disservice if you do not hire Devon. She is amazing. She is kind, funny, intelligent, and not afraid to handle what needs to be done. She is on top of everything, every minute. I hired her only a few short months before my wedding because I realized there were things we needed done at the venue on the day that I wouldn't be able to do because I would already be in hair and makeup so I got her through a referral and man oh man, she did not disappoint. She was with me every step of the way, and not just in a "let's get it done" way, but she really participated in everything, she gave me advice, she made sure I never felt overwhelmed or uncomfortable with planning the vendors and timelines and all the things that can make a bride's head spin. Her professionalism paired with her kindness and deep understanding of what we were going through made us feel so secure and at ease (even when a hurricane hit during our family photos!) She kept me calm not only during the planning process, but was such a grounding force on the day of. She kept all of us (including the venue and their staff) organized and on schedule. She made my family feel special and at ease as well, knowing what to do and who to talk to every step of the way. She was the fixer of the day and night and never let my husband or I worry. P.U.N.D Designs was a great wedding planning partner for us. We spoke a few times before the wedding to get a timeline and then finalize it. They were life savers on the day of our wedding! Our wedding was outside and it was raining, but they moved decor and furniture around at the last minute to make sure my guests remained dry and comfortable. I cannot recommend P.U.N.D more! They really made sure my wedding day ran smoothly and according to schedule. Even with the weather not being ideal, the day was still amazing and I cannot thank them enough!

Hiring Victoria was the absolute best money we have ever spent. To say she was INCREDIBLE is an understatement... she went above and beyond in every possible way, and she is the number one reason that our wedding day was a success. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Victoria was very communicative and made sure that were as ready and organized as possible.. she truly thought of EVERYTHING, including things that never even crossed my mind (and I thought I was very prepared). The morning of the wedding, she checked in with my MOH to make sure that hair and makeup had started on time. When hair and makeup ran late, she was an absolute lifesaver and figured out a way for us to stay on track with our timeline for the rest of the day. Throughout the entire day, she was incredible. She made sure all of our vendors were on the same page and set up all of our decor (and there was a ton of it because we DIY'd nearly everything). She had an emergency kit filled with every item that possibly could have been needed throughout the day, and when my bustle did not work, she was able to bustle my dress using only safety pins (this was a LIFESAVER)!!! Throughout the night, she made sure that we stayed on track with our timeline, and she took down and packed up ALL of our decor at the end of the night. Not only was Victoria super detail-oriented and prepared, but she was also incredibly kind and supportive. I would 10000000/10 recommend Victoria to anyone that is planning a wedding. She was basically our hero for the entire day, and I can not imagine our day going as smoothly as it did without her.
