“Rock Island was the best decision we could have ever made. Our experience was 110% perfect from start to finish. From our first tour with Stephanie, we were hooked and immediately knew 'this was the place'. In the 18 months leading up to our wedding, we never felt overwhelmed or alone in the planning process. Our coordinator Elaine, was and IS the best of the best. Every email, check-in meeting and question was always greeted with excitement, warmth and reassurance. Elaine made sure everything was perfect not only throughout the planning process, but especially on the day of our wedding. The day itself truly was flawless. Elaine, Abby, Robby, Jill and the countless other Rock Island Staff we worked with day of ensured that not one thing was out of place. We, alongside all our guests, felt so much love and attention from the staff that they felt like family by the end of the night. We cannot thank you all enough for the work you do and how meant for your roles each of you are. The venue itself is stunning, with an updated and picturesque lakeside setting that felt so inclusive and special. We could not have asked for a more beautiful backdrop for our wedding. We came into wedding planning wanting an 'indoor/ outdoor' vibe and Rock Island delivered that in every way. The food was also some of the best wedding food we have seen/ tried (our guests would agree!) which is a true testament to the kitchen staff! Additionally, our bar staff did a phenomenal job with our signature cocktails and espresso martini bar. We hope to experience RILC as a guest some day! It's been almost a month and my husband and I talk about our wedding every day. Every family member and friend we talk to tell us it was one of the most incredible weddings they have ever been to. If we could relive the day over, there's not one thing we would change. Thank you Rock Island Lake Club for EVERYTHING. Would recommend to anyone looking for a NJ wedding venue.”

“There truly are not enough words to describe the level of service we received at The Legacy Castle for our wedding. From beginning to end, the entire experience was beyond exceptional. Our Lead Banquet Services Coordinator, Camry, was absolutely incredible. From our very first meetings through the wedding day, she handled everything with such professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. She kept up with our incredibly busy schedule, was always accommodating and understanding, and remained flexible even with our last-minute changes. She put everything together so seamlessly that we were able to simply enjoy our wedding without worrying about a single detail. From the moment I arrived at the Castle, I was greeted by our wonderful maître d’ and immediately felt completely taken care of. I was also welcomed by two beautiful young ladies, Nicole and Adriana, who were personally by my side from the second I stepped out of the car and throughout the entire day. I genuinely cannot put into words how incredible they were. They helped clean and bustle my dress, kept my lipstick in their pockets and made sure it was reapplied throughout the night, made sure I was always fed and hydrated, and constantly checked that I had absolutely everything I needed. They anticipated my needs before I even had to ask. I never once had to worry about anything — they were always one step ahead of me. I truly felt like a princess that entire day. The amount of care and attention they gave me allowed me to be completely present and enjoy every second of my wedding. And the food was absolutely phenomenal. Our guests still cannot stop talking about it! Before the wedding, one of our concerns was whether there would be enough food for everyone, but looking back, we laugh because we simply did not realize the level at which The Legacy Castle operates. The amount, variety, presentation, and quality of the food completely exceeded anything we could have imagined. We added the sushi boats, which were a HUGE success with our guests and absolutely worth it. And then came the Viennese display — it honestly felt like walking into Willy Wonka’s chocolate room. Everywhere you looked there was something beautiful and delicious. It was over-the-top in the absolute best way and such an unforgettable way to end the night. The level of care was unlike anything I have ever experienced. It wasn’t simply good service — it felt personal. Every member of the staff made us feel as though our wedding was the most important event in the world to them that day. Even our vendors could not stop talking about how impressed they were by the professionalism, organization, and service of The Legacy Castle team. That alone says so much. I am still in awe of how beautifully and seamlessly everything came together. I truly don’t think I have ever experienced this level of service anywhere in my life. It was worth every single penny we spent. Being able to enjoy our wedding day knowing that we, our families, our guests, and even our vendors were being taken care of at such an extraordinary level was priceless. To Camry, our wonderful maître d’, Nicole, Adriana, and every single member of The Legacy Castle staff: thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You made one of the most important days of our lives absolutely unforgettable. We will forever be grateful.”

“BREATHTAKING! The Park Savoy just so happened to be the very first wedding venue that my husband and I viewed, and from the moment we stepped inside we just knew this was the one - it immediately felt like home. Sam greeted us at the door and never left our side throughout the entire process, from the first tour to the big day. Working with Johanna was an absolute breeze, she is absolutely amazing at what she does! Danny, our Maître D', was outstanding and really kept everything moving like a well-oiled machine; and our amazing team of bridal attendants were truly top-tier. Everyone that we had the pleasure of meeting and working with at The Park Savoy were true professionals and treated us like we were family. No other venue that we toured even compared to how the staff at The Park Savoy made us feel and how absolutely beautiful the venue is, we’d make the decision to choose The Park Savoy again everyday if we could. Having been able to secure our date, Friday, February 14, 2025 (the 4 year anniversary of my husband and I’s first date ), we loved that we were able to have access to the property, especially the bridal suite, for the entire day (MAJOR PLUS imo). From the time that we got to the venue the morning of to the time that we left, our entire bridal party barely had to lift a finger. The system that the staff have in place to communicate with each other throughout the day is like having your own personal secret service, which I absolutely loved and appreciated; again, the entire staff here are outstandingly organized, professional, and just know how things are supposed to be done. All of the food is absolutely delicious, you literally can’t go wrong with any of the selections - the Cocktail hour and Viennese hour are PHENOMENAL! Our wedding guests still talk about the food. *Pro tip: take advantage of the private cocktail hour with your spouse, having this private time to soak everything in and truly enjoy this time was one of my favorite moments of the day* Even when you go back to the venue the morning after, the staff will have all of the extra food - from Cocktail hour, entrees, Viennese hour ( any leftover cake), to anything left over from your “to-go” stations - wrapped up perfectly for you to take back home and enjoy with your partner (it took almost 2 weeks for us to get through all of the extra food). Our entire experience with The Park Savoy was amazing, “thank you” does not even begin to describe how appreciative we are of everything that the PS staff did to make our wedding day the best day of our lives. I don’t think we’ll ever truly come down from the cloud nine-feeling that The Park Savoy created for us ️”

“We had the best day of our lives at the Madison Hotel! We actually found them through Zola, having never heard of them before. When we toured, we fell in love with the Conservatory, which is ultimately where we had our ceremony and reception. The day was amazing - the food was delicious (and there was so much of it!), the hotel was beautiful, and it was convenient having our guests onsite for all activities (like our after party). I only deducted one star due to communication; I felt like most of the communication was driven by us, such as scheduling our final venue walkthrough. Everyone was very helpful, but I would have liked a bit more communication as a type A planner. Other than that, we couldn’t have asked for a better celebration of our love.”

“We had such a great experience celebrating our son’s second birthday at Claremont Distillery! With rain in the forecast, we were scrambling at the last minute to find a place where we could move his party indoors, and the team at Claremont could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. They made the whole process incredibly easy and gave our family the perfect space to celebrate together without having to worry about the weather. We especially loved how family-friendly the distillery was. Our son and the other kids were able to have fun and enjoy the party, while the adults could relax, grab a cocktail, and celebrate too. “Our wedding at Crossed Keys Estate was an absolute dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we knew this was the venue of our dreams. Danielle, our honorary flower girl, was one of the very first people who made that feeling real for us. She radiates kindness and warmth, and from day one, she made us feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. Danielle played such a meaningful role in bringing us to Crossed Keys, and we will forever be grateful to her for helping make this dream a reality. From the very first moment to the final goodbye, every single person we encountered went above and beyond in ways we never could have imagined. This is not just a venue. This is a family. Traci deserves her own standing ovation. She worked with us for months and never once fumbled a detail. Calm, organized, proactive, and endlessly kind, Traci made the entire planning process feel seamless and stress-free. On the wedding day itself, she was everywhere without ever being intrusive, anticipating needs before we even voiced them. When my bustle broke mid celebration, Traci and Kathrine, the owner, were literally on their hands and knees safety pinning my dress so I could be comfortable and keep dancing. That level of care and professionalism is rare, and it is unforgettable. Kathrine’s husband personally went to the Inn to retrieve items we forgot. Not once, but twice. That alone says everything you need to know about the people behind this place. The food deserves serious recognition. Every course was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and absolutely incredible. From cocktail hour through dinner, the quality and flavor were consistently next level. Guests are still talking about how good everything was, and several told us it was the best wedding food they have ever had. It was clear that the kitchen takes immense pride in what they serve, and it showed in every bite. The drinks were equally impressive and expertly crafted, adding to an already unforgettable experience. Every member of the staff was extraordinary, but a very special thank you to Barb, our incredible server, who made it her personal mission to keep us hydrated, fed, and happy. She followed us around all night, making sure we had water, drinks, and that we actually ate. She all but spoon-fed me, fully aware that I was never leaving that dance floor. Thank you for packing us pastries! They were absolutely delicious and the perfect ending to a perfect day! Jess, come on girl!! You and your team completely outdid yourselves. The decor was stunning and brought our entire vision to life in a way that exceeded every expectation. We are honestly at a loss for words. Crossed Keys Estate treats you like family, and that is something you feel in every interaction, every detail, and every moment of your day. A gigantic thank you to everyone at CKE. This is a place we will hold close to our hearts for years to come!”
