About this venue
Mountainville Manor ensures that your wedding day is a merging of natural beauty and award winning, world class cuisine. The Victorian details and beautiful grounds offer a timeless backdrop for your special day, where you can say your vows in front of the charming gazebo. There is also an inside ceremony option, in our ballroom. Cocktail hour is enjoyed in the “home” part of the Manor with access to the wrap around porch and courtyard area with fire pit. The Manor provides two areas for a spectacular reception - an elegant setting with windows on several sides of the main ballroom to accommodate up to 150 guests or a tented reception on our lush landscaped grounds accommodating up to 250 guests. You may arrive four hours before your ceremony and get ready in our spacious bridal party suites. Hosting only one wedding a day, we pay special care and attention to every detail, making the wedding planning process stress-free and the event flawless for you and your guests.

Mountainville Manor is a private three-acre wedding estate at the base of Schunnemunk Mountain. The 19th-century property features two getting-ready suites, indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces, a wraparound porch, a grand ballroom, fire pit area, hand-laid stone walls, and manicured gardens. Our kitchen is led by James Beard Award-winning Master Chef Craig Shelton. Everything is crafted completely from scratch, in-house making your menu fully customizable to your tastes.

Milestone I.
Mountainville Manor is a great place to shoot!
I've been shooting weddings at Mountainville Manor house since Lauren Abramo and team first started bringing their magic touch to renovate the venue. Since then I have shot number weddings there. Each one has gone off without a hitch, with the back end working smoothy to produce a flawless event for the guests. One of the bet things as a vendor is how they look out for us. I never have to beg for a glass of water. We are always fed on time with the food is hot! (That never happens.) If the treat the vendors as well as they do, you can only imagine how they cater to the bride and groom. I recommend it for everyone looking for a charming venue in the Hudson Highlands at the gateway to the Catskills

Lauren, James & Chef Shelton hosted the finest wedding and reception that I have ever attended! The venue is beautiful and immaculately maintained, the service team is top notch, and Chef Shelton preprared the finest wedding reception dining that I have ever experienced. The Best Venue
We could not be happier with how our wedding turned out at Mountainville Manor. The venue is beautiful, but the real magic is Lauren and James and the rest of the Mountainville Manor team. They were so accommodating and hard working, making our day feel personal and stress free. It was a huge help to have their vendor recommendations as a starting point, and all of the vendors were great too! I have had so many of our guests tell me how much they enjoyed the wedding, especially the food. Someone even told me that the steak was the best they ever had! All of the food was so good. I only hope someone I know decides to get married there so I can experience Mountainville Manor as a guest. It was special to have all of our family and friends in a place that made us feel like family. The day felt easy and fun for us and our guests. Thank you Mountainville Manor!

If we could give more than five stars, we absolutely would! Our son and daughter-in-law couldn't have chosen a more perfect venue to begin their lives together. From our very first meeting with Lauren and James to the last dance of the evening, everything was simply perfect. Absolutely Amazing!
From the moment we booked Mountainville Manor, we knew we'd made the right choice. Lauren and James were incredibly responsive and organized throughout the planning process. Not only that, they were present the entire wedding night, making sure every detail came together perfectly. The venue itself is gorgeous inside and out with stunning views that made for incredible photo backdrops. What really set them apart was how the staff kept everything running smoothly while remaining genuinely kind to our guests, and cleanup happened so quickly we barely noticed it was happening. The food was outstanding — our guests raved about the salmon and short ribs which were cooked to perfection. If you want a beautiful space with owners and staff who truly care about making your day special, Mountainville Manor is absolutely the place to choose.
