About this venue
Situated on 200 acres in beautiful Sussex county, our venue has countless trails, lush fields, and picturesque backdrops for ceremonies and photographs. Be surrounded by an air of tranquil beauty and appreciate a wedding venue that gives you the space and time to enjoy your wedding. Celebrate in an atmosphere as special as your occasion! Beyond a beautiful nature setting, our venue also specializes in the following atmospheres: Medieval, Renaissance, Viking, Fantasy, Enchanted Forest and Rustic. There is a medieval bar room and main hall, a jousting arena, a castle façade, a lakeside terrace and a medieval boat on our large beautiful lake, to name a few of our lovely themed areas. We even have an outdoor archery and axe throwing range usable upon request. Spend several days with your friends and family in a relaxed environment!

Fantasy/Rennassaince themed wedding was magical
Camp Sacajawea was the perfect fit for our DIY wedding. James and his team communicated with us straight up and were very friendly. They rolled with our last minute changes without hesitation and never made us feel like we were asking too much. The rustic, whimsical setting inspired us to go all in on a Renaissance themed wedding. If you're looking for a unique wedding experience that will save you money, AND let's you use the entire campgrounds, this is your spot. We couldn't have asked for a better partner in bringing our vision to life.

The easiest and sweetest hosts for our wedding
Camp Sacajawea was an incredible venue for our wedding. The staff was prompt, easygoing, and incredibly kind throughout the entire planning process. The rustic setting provided so much value for our money - we were able to utilize the full campgrounds for our large wedding and they were very accommodating to all of our needs. The natural beauty of the location made for stunning backdrops in our wedding photos. We are so grateful to Camp Sacajawea for helping make our special day everything we dreamed of and more.

Best unconventional wedding venue !
Camp Sacajawea was the best decision we made while wedding planning! We knew we didn’t want a standard ball room wedding but never could have imagined a venue as cool as Camp Sacajawea. The day we saw it we knew it was for us. The staff was super kind and helpful! The ambiance is eclectic and lends its self to so many possibilities, they even have a bunch of decor other couples have donate following their events to pay it forward to the next couple! You can use any vendors you want to make your event exactly as you wish! They even offer lawn games and, archery / axe throwing for events. We also came from out of state and they were super flexible/ supportive to make sure we were comfortable. Don’t hesitate if you’re interested, worth every penny! All our guests are raving about how much fun they had !
