The best day of our lives!!!
To say my wedding at The North Shore House was one of the best days of our lives would be a massive understatement. Not only was our wedding day absolutely perfect, but the team at North Shore was even more spectacular. From the start, Emma our event coordinator made me feel so well taken care of - and every detail was thought through so meticulously. She is one of the kindest people I have ever met and I truly felt like having another one of my best friends there on my wedding day helping me with every step and cheering me on. There are people who just do a job, and then there is Emma, who genuinely cares with their whole heart. She invested so much love into our day that it felt like she was a part of our family. Looking back, her presence was one of the greatest blessings of our entire wedding. Even with a bad weather forecast predicted, we were able to still have our ceremony outside and we beat the rain just before our indoor cocktail hour! Throughout the whole day they had multiple check-ins with me, making sure I had everything I needed, and our family and friends were taken care of. The team at The North Shore House felt like family. Their warmth, dedication, and attention to detail took away all of our stress. They anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them, allowing us to just focus on each other and our guests. Their team thinks of details that are truly unremarkable like a champagne bottle in our getting ready suite that had my and my husband’s name on it with our wedding date, and a hand-written letter from our coordinator Emma after we departed the Inn in the morning recapping our wedding day which was so thoughtful. Our guests raved on and on about how stunning the venue was, how delicious all of the food tasted, and how unbelievable phenomenal the staff were with everything. If I could re-live any day it would have to be our wedding day! We truly could not have asked for a better day, better venue, or better people there to celebrate with us! If you’re looking for a wedding venue, don’t even look anywhere else. The North Shore House has everything you could ever need! We are still floating on cloud nine. The North Shore House didn't just host our wedding; they brought our exact vision to life with so much love, grace, and perfection. It was, without a doubt, the best day of our lives. Thank you guys again for making our wedding absolutely perfect! ️

Dream wedding at North Shore House
From start to finish, having our wedding at North Shore House was a dream come true. There's a genuine warm energy at North Shore and I think the fact that its a family-owned business that has worked in this industry for years really adds to it. From Eric to our planner Samantha, our day of attendant Diana, Louise, the servers and staff, my family felt supported every step of the way. Samantha was always available to us and never made us feel that our questions were tiresome. She’s a consummate professional, very knowledgeable in a lot of different areas, and was always ready to jump in and problem-solve for us. We had a small wedding of 65 people and the packages that were available to us were extremely reasonable for today’s prices. I was very impressed with the value of what was offered. We didn’t have to worry about rentals for furniture or food. They only have one wedding per day and reserve the rooms for your party exclusively if you wish. It really feels very personal and they build a genuine connection with you. The food was phenomenal and blew us away with their quality and the amount of options they offered. Ultimately, it rained on our wedding day and thanks to the staff, the day ran so smoothly you could have thought that was the plan from the start. Our outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour were moved inside and all our decorations/furniture were placed in optimal arrangements without having to interrupt the bride and groom as they prepared. It was beautiful and we are so so grateful to have shared our celebration with our family in such a beautiful place.

North Shore House is a stunning venue, and the staff at North Shore, especially our coordinator, Samantha, helped make our day equally as beautiful. The entire day/night went better than we ever imagined. Samantha and the rest of the North Shore team made sure that both us and our guests had a flawless night with fantastic food & drinks (which our guests are still raving about!). Thank you, Samantha & the rest of the North Shore staff for making our wedding truly a once in a lifetime experience!

Speechless.
Our wedding was held at North Shore House on Friday, Sept 4th and it was a dream come true. Not only are the grounds beautiful, but the food is outstanding and the staff are such lovely people to work with. From the very beginning stages of visiting the venue into planning, and then to the wedding day, we felt taken care of. I am someone who prefers to do things myself, as I am rather particular, but I felt that the staff both understood my vision and truly cared about the details. In a business with so much going on, they make you feel like your wedding is the only thing on their mind at all times. I adored having our special day here, and about 80% of guests came up to us to say how unbelievably perfect it all was. We also had our closest (about 20) friends stay with us in the hotel, and had a bonfire afterparty with smores. This was a very unique and fun way to end the night, that felt like we were all back home and just hanging out together. I cannot recommend North Shore House enough. It was a pleasure and we look forward to visiting in the future!! SPECIAL SHOUTOUT: Emma Herrmann took the best care of us, providing her honest opinion / suggestions during the planning phase, and her immense care and love on the day itself. She is a great asset to the team.

Feels like our new home
From the moment we started planning, the team at North Shore House made us feel welcome and supported every step of the way. When we woke up to rain and tornado warnings on our wedding day, they stayed calm and helped us figure out how to keep our ceremony and reception outdoors, making the call just hours before we started. Their flexibility and problem-solving meant we got to say our vows right by the lake like we'd dreamed. The rustic elegance of the venue itself is stunning, and the staff's warmth made our guests feel taken care of throughout the whole day. We couldn't have asked for a better team to handle the weather curveballs and make our day special. North Shore House is absolutely worth it.
