Feels like our new home
From the moment we started planning, the team at North Shore House made us feel welcome and supported every step of the way. When we woke up to rain and tornado warnings on our wedding day, they stayed calm and helped us figure out how to keep our ceremony and reception outdoors, making the call just hours before we started. Their flexibility and problem-solving meant we got to say our vows right by the lake like we'd dreamed. The rustic elegance of the venue itself is stunning, and the staff's warmth made our guests feel taken care of throughout the whole day. We couldn't have asked for a better team to handle the weather curveballs and make our day special. North Shore House is absolutely worth it.

A Beautiful Venue and Team
We had our wedding at North Shore House and could not have asked for a better experience. Our coordinator Emma was easy to work with and super responsive throughout the entire planning process, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. On the day of our wedding, the staff showed up for us in every way, especially when the weather shifted during our ceremony and there was a heavy downpour of rain; they stayed calm and included us in all the decision making, which speaks to their adaptability and experience. The lakeside setting is truly stunning, and the cozy wood interior of the space felt warm and inviting for our reception. The team genuinely cared about making our day special, and they were such a joy to work with. We'd recommend North Shore House in a heartbeat to our friends and family.

Absolutely Perfect
We held our wedding at North Shore House in October of 2025. Not only is the venue exquisite with its turn of the century rafters and breathtaking lake views, the price of everything was unbeatable. And when I say everything, I mean it; aside from vendors, North Shore House covers all of your needs including set-up, your meals, and cake. Then there’s Samantha, our beloved coordinator. She helped make the whole event perfect from the moment planning began to the day after the ceremony when we checked out of the inn. Thank you North Shore House and Sam for an unforgettable experience.

The Perfect Venue!
Our wedding at the North Shore House was absolutely incredible, and we truly can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience. We would give them more stars if possible! From the initial tour through the wedding day itself, everything was seamless and exceeded our expectations. The venue is stunning, offering the perfect blend of rustic charm and elegance. We loved being able to host our ceremony outdoors, followed by an outdoor cocktail hour by the lake. Our coordinator, Emma, was exceptional throughout the entire planning process. She thoughtfully guided us as we developed our seating chart, menu, and timeline, and she scheduled meetings leading up to the big day to ensure every detail was covered. Her support and organization made everything run smoothly. I also loved having access to the bridal suite to get ready in, and our attendant was wonderful. Even now, our guests are still raving about the food and the beautiful venue. We highly recommend having your wedding at North Shore House.
