“Where do we begin? My husband and I cannot thank the Love and Life Events team enough for helping make our dream wedding come true. In the beginning, I believed that I did not need a coordinator because I had already planned out most of the wedding. Boy was I wrong. YOU NEED A COORDINATOR. We were recommended to Love and Life Events team by our DJ and picking them had to be the best decision ever. We got assigned to Dalavy the most amazing coordinator ever. From the very beginning she was super open, honest, organized, and communicated very well. Because I had booked a lot of our vendors already we decided to go with day of coordination which means that Dal and her team would start helping around the 2 month mark. 2 months flew by and we finally had our meeting with Dal. She was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable and my husband liked her as well! Everytime we had a meeting with her I felt so at ease that everything was going to be done, and she always reminded us not to be stressed. She constantly checked on us up until our big day. She made me feel comfortable when we made so many changes to our timeline. She truly became like family. On our wedding day Dal was on it. She always beat everyone before they could ask her something and she truly made the day so much easier. My family cannot stop talking about how amazing she was. From setting up to taking down she was so organized it was so easy to find everything we needed. Our day could not have been as successful as it was without her and Kristy who is also apart of Love and Life Events. “My husband and I got married at Disney's Grand Californian this year and we are beyond grateful that Kimberly was a big part of our wedding. We found out during the planning stages that Disney does not handle personal items and décor and we would have to reach out to an outside vendor. I heard about Kimberly's Ever After Planning in the Disneyland Wedding Community and I reached out to her when I realized that we would have quite a few personal items. She responded swiftly and we were able to discuss Outside Coordination services. She is absolutely so kind, very responsive, and is on top of it. As a former Disney bride herself, she knows how Disney Weddings work and understands how stressful the wedding planning process is. After we received our BEO, Kimberly was able to arrange a meeting promptly and we went over great detail on the BEO, including which items do we DIY and items we pay Disney to provide. My husband was unsure at first if we needed an outside coordinator, but after our first meeting, he was 100% on board that we needed an outside coordinator. I wish we did this earlier, but we realized the planning stress was a little too much, so we hired Kimberly as a partial planner on top of outside coordination. She made a personalized custom planning package and was able to help take a good chunk of wedding planning stress off of us. We were in constant contact until the big day and had bi-weekly or monthly meetings on various topics in wedding, including signage, floral, and personal item décor. On the day of, Kimberly and Travis were just absolutely amazing and we didn't have to worry about a thing! We had our personal items in boxes and we gave them creative freedom to arrange our personal items. They were able to set up all of our personal items so beautifully and were able to move everything to reception on time. They were so attentive and helped us throughout the night. One of my aunts lost her earrings in the Dressing Room, and Kimberly was able to hold onto and return it to her after it was found. Additionally, Travis noticed my husband's boutonniere was starting to fall off during the reception, and he stepped in and reattached his boutonniere. Kimberly and Travis offered and were able to get me our signature drinks while I was getting touch-ups. I'm so glad they did because I did not have a chance to try our signature drinks. They were able to get all of the items in both the reception room and the dressing room and returned everything back to us before the night ended! :) If it was not for them, our wedding would have been 30x more stressful. We absolutely cannot recommend Kimberly's Ever After Planning enough for planning and coordination services!”

“If you're reading reviews questioning on if you should hire Serenity, let this be your sign as a YES DO IT HIRE HER SHE IS AMAZING! There are so many words I could use to describe Serenity and her teams services they provide but I wouldn't have enough room, she is the kindest, sweetest, most detail oriented person we have met. We hired Serenity earlier this year to be the day of coordinator for our wedding and not only was her price fantastic but what she offers with her packages is even better. She was with us from the moment we put down the deposit. She answered every email we sent her within a day and was always so bright and full of light. She took over all communications with all vendors 2 weeks prior to our wedding to relieve some stress and it definitely did, on day of she stayed in communication with both of us and even when the bride was running a tad bit late she did everything in her power and got us back on schedule! She made the day so magical and got every request done and even more. She kept all the vendors in order and even our other vendors were calling us the following day say how great it was to work with her and she made it so easy for them too. We plan on using her again for any other event we need her for and will be recommending her to anyone and everyone. “When my husband and I started our journey to plan our wedding, I knew we were going to need some help. We are non traditional, with very eclectic tastes, and we were going to need someone special to help us pull off all of our insane ideas. I extensively researched over 20 coordinators, had a phones calls with 5 different companies, but ultimately I knew Ashley from Rose Event Co. was going to be the one. From the start she personable, intelligent, and made me feel understood in what our vision was for our special day. Throughout the process she was punctual with all of our appointments, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel confident leaving my type A personality and needs in her hands. The weekend of the wedding came, and a lot of creative problem solving as well. We rented a private mansion for our event and did the rehearsal the day before. Ashley was there early, having already communicated with my other vendors and the venue to make sure we would be prepared for our big day. What we didn't expect was the kitchen under construction, furniture and decor that had not been moved at our previous requests(but promised), rooms that we had planned for, but could no longer use, and the Venue staff not "remembering" months worth of text and phone call conversations about our needs and expectations, as well as their promises and what they were supposed to deliver. There were other issues, but I digress. Ashley immediately stepped in with ideas and to be the go between with the Venue, and to help troubleshoot the long list of problems that had now come up. The night before was stressful for my Husband and I, not knowing if we were going pull this off, but I knew with Ashley, we were in good hands. The day of she brought her A game, a stunning red dress, and handled business. She was not afraid to get involved and make sure everything we wanted happened. She listened to our needs, knew when to step up or step down, was super flexible in our timeline and made sure to handle any issues that arose during the wedding. Her ability to read a situation and adapt to the issues at hand made her the perfect fit to our crazy ideas. She has incredible creative problem solving and is kind hearted and hard working. If it wasn't for Ashley, we could not have pulled off our day. I would recommend her 10x's over, to any bride that wants an absolute badass by their side. “I first contacted Jenny from JenEvents as a preferred vendor of my wedding venue at Coyote Hills Golf Course about 8 or 9 months before our date. She brought this warm energy and excitement to wedding planning that drew us to her. I was planning a western church wedding that still preserved elements of traditional Vietnamese culture so I really wanted a wedding planner who could anticipate those needs and felt that Jenny was our perfect fit! Our venue already provided catering and bar services so we elected to do the day-of-wedding planning package. We were planning from NorCal which made it challenging in many ways. Jen had several check in’s with us over the months and was extremely responsive via e-mail when we requested assistance, such as needed recommendations for late night snacks. She knew all the best vendors in the area so we felt reassured with our vendor line up with her green light. We were also grateful that she was flexible with our tight schedules when we drove down to SoCal. I was a cricut bride and I had A LOT of DIY decor and activity ideas. Jenny was always encouraging yet realistic. She knew or would figure out how to best execute my vision and always had a back up plan which made me feel so secure about trusting her with creating our vision for our big day. For example, I really wanted to create a warm, rustic look over the dance floor with a ceiling of rattan pendant lights with greenery, which the venue had never done before. She really delivered on working with our venue and thinking thoroughly of all the details for execution! It turned out SO AMAZING, just perfect. We received SO many compliments on the decor from our guests! We couldn’t be more grateful to Jenny and her team for carefully making every detail look perfect. Jenny was very thoughtful about details of the wedding that we would have never personally considered and asked clarifying questions to intently understand what we wanted. “When I first reached out to the Embrace U team, I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend the funds on a day of coordinator. After a couple of conversations with Erin, I was convinced the Embrace U team was worth every penny. The team did not disappoint, my husband and I will be forever grateful. Erin's attention to detail and years of experience shined. She ensured she completely understood our vision and what was most important to us. Four weeks prior to our wedding date, Erin took over vendor communication and was our point of contact. This was such a stress relief. Erin also created a wedding day timeline, which is one of the reasons why we had such a successful wedding. All the vendors and our bridal party knew our plan and timeline the week before our wedding. I did make minor changes last minute but Erin helped communicate those to the vendors. “I have waited 2.5 years to write this review and could not be more thrilled with our decision to work with Vine and Branch! Tatiana was the best investment we made into our big day, not only was she our planner but our planning bff! When we switched our wedding from California to Italy she didn’t even hesitate and jumped right into helping us pick our venue, research vendors and manage the most insane logistics I’ve ever seen! Whenever I was stressed or overwhelmed with a situation she was already working on figuring out a solution with the vendor and was ready with plan B, C and D just in case. Whenever we faced a design dilemma I would text her with the preface of “okay this might sound crazy..,” and crazy enough she was always on the same page. She was also honest with me about changing direction with certain plans if she knew something else would work better. When you live in Pinterest like I do, it was important that I had someone who gave me honest opinions and made sure the design worked together seamlessly! I have heard so many horror stories from friends about their planners not taking their budget seriously but throughout our entire time working with Tatiana she never pushed us to pick a more expensive option or made us feel bad if we had to drop something off of an invoice. She was also upfront with us from day 1 about what it would cost to create our vision. Day of the wedding she was an absolute rock star! I’ve worked in the industry and have been in charge of running events so letting go of control is hard for me but she managed everything without a hitch and I was able to be so present knowing she had everything handled! “It all started when me and my wife was searching for a wedding planner that didn’t charge an arm and leg for services. We found Amber and her team through friend recommendation and once we met and spoke to Amber it was an instant connection. We knew she was the right person who would be able to manage and listen to our needs and expectations, and also deliver on our wedding day. On the day of our wedding, Amber ensured all our vendors were promptly on time and she also held our venue accountable for last moment changes, which saved us money. Amber knew all the right things to ask and she also provided great suggestions to make our wedding reception flow smooth. She even went out of her way to assist us during our ceremony that was in a different city. That’s something that we really appreciated from her because we really didn’t have any other person who we can rely on to help us set up our aisle runner and bring our wedding frame to the reception. Amber really took care of us during our big event as well, she made sure we ate and had breaks to re hydrate after all the dancing we did and she ensured that our wedding decorations was neatly packed away in our car when the wedding was over. “There are a great many things I can say about how absolutely amazing Koral is, and I will. But first and foremost I need to say this: hire this woman! We booked Koral & Ko for a “month of,” coordination package. We already had most of our things booked (venue, vendors, etc.) but we wanted someone to help us make it over the finish line. Most of our anxiety stemmed from small details, little decisions and doubt in our ability to corral all of our friends and family. Koral, made all of that anxiety evaporate. She knew all the right questions to ask to ensure we were all aligned when it came to the details. Prior to when Koral’s contract actually began, she would still checked in and even provided us with check lists to ensure we were on track with all of our planning. When something we wanted to figure out was too complicated for us to do on our own, we were able to utilize our Planning Calls that were part of our package. It was incredibly helpful to use her as a sounding board when it came to ideas and timelines! We didn’t realize how many little details and questions come up or how many people reach out once you approach the actual wedding date. Koral took on all of our vendor communication and timeline coordination to iron out any wrinkles. All of our vendors told us how much they loved how organized and prompt she was! When it came to our wedding day, my husband and I can honestly say we felt like guests. Koral and her team handled absolutely everything. There was a moment where a dark shade of lipstick was smeared across my dress and she pulled out a tide to go pen and cleaned it up before my grand entrance! She also procured a sewing kit when a groomsman lost a button on his tuxedo! And when we needed to find a family member or friend for a picture, she was able to track them down with the efficiency of a bloodhound. We did not feel at all rushed at any point on the day. Our vendors were genuinely shocked at the fact we were consistently ahead of schedule because everything was so seamless. The timeline Koral created was intuitive and well thought out. The day was orchestrated so beautifully that my husband and I forgot we helped planned this day too! Seeing our vision executed by Koral’s team was simply beautiful. Our wedding was kid friendly and we wanted to add a kid’s specific area for our wedding. We were able to add a design package with Koral because we had no idea what to do! Koral and her team create a mocked up design of a children’s play area and executed it perfectly! All of our guests with kids loved the idea! My husband and I even forgot there were kids at our wedding! Overall, Koral’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine passion for what she does created a magical day for my husband and I. We wholeheartedly recommend Koral & Ko to anyone in need of exceptional wedding coordination services. Thank you, Koral, for making our special day absolutely perfect!”

I had a few ideas of what I was looking for and she understood what I was imagining and really refined what I was thinking and converted my few thoughts into a cohesive theme and a beautiful event for my daughter! The bridal shower was beautiful! The decor, theme, drinks, food, tables and chairs, decorations, umbrellas… and so many details… all came together so beautifully. “Lizzie and her team are seriously the best! She is so creative and took a couple of our inspo pics and random ideas and made the whole wedding come together. We wanted a wedding that was over the top and had all the extra stops pulled out and Lizzie delivered everything we could have wanted. She put together custom looks for us it was so hard to choose they were all gorgeous, she came to all of our meetings and helped us sculpt our vision and she brought up so many details and extra little things we never would have thought of.
