I'm a wife, believer, teacher, and gardener, and I would say I'm crunchy(ish). You can often find me with a Starbucks refresher in hand or stuffing my face with pizza. Most days, I don't even bother wearing makeup and love to be outdoors getting my hands dirty or basking in the sun with a good book. Speaking of good books, one of my favorite spots to go is the library and when I'm not there, I love to roam around Terrain or a greenhouse. I dream of a simple life and am enjoying pursuing that with my husband.

I am a Pennsylvania native. My grandmother gave me my first camera for my 8th birthday. I grew up in Malvern and received my BA in Advertising from Penn State University (and briefly minored in Photography). After graduating I moved to Philadelphia and worked in advertising. My advertising career took me to sales and then into the logistics field. During this time I continued to enjoy photography as a hobby and as my skills improved I began freelancing for The Town Dish, Chester County Hospital, West Chester University, Weber Gallagher, and the West Chester Parks and Recreation Department.

Based just outside of Philadelphia, I'm always ready to travel. I'm usually up for anything, interested in everything, and willing to break a sweat to ensure what you love is documented extraordinarily. I specialize in life events and visual storytelling; I’m interested in creating something real for you. Vibrant, honest images with emotional impact. My favorite images are almost always the moments through your wedding day that happen organically. If you decide to see each other before the ceremony, I will set you up in a spot with great light, and then shoot from afar with a long lens. This is your moment and not one that should be posed or interfered with. Of course, there will be some posed photos throughout the day, but I promise that you will not be smiling at the camera for lengthy periods of time.

I'm an old soul with an excitement for life, adventure & travel. I have an incurable case of wanderlust. Yet I crave my warm cozy bed cuddled with the hubby, our son & our two fur babies.
