The estate sleeps up to 36 overnight guests and hosts weddings and events for up to 250 day guests. Venue rental includes the entire house, a 40-by-80-foot covered tent, dance floor, lighting, sound system, tables, benches, linens, dinnerware, glassware, silverware, outdoor games, and the Love Shack with two event restrooms. Couples choose their own caterer and vendors. Music ends at 9:45 PM. Summer weddings have 120 onsite parking spaces, with no street parking. Weekday weddings are $6,000; May and October weekends are $10,000; June through September weekends are $15,000. Nearby homes are available for $3,500 for three nights each. Casa Vista spending of at least $15,000 includes the entire Belize house at no additional lodging cost.
