Over promised, under delivered
As the mother of the bride, I would like to share my experience with The Wrangler Ranch. The owner has an impressive vision for the venue, and both she and the property have potential. However, I cannot recommend it for any event until it is fully operational. My daughter and son-in-law booked the venue a year in advance, understanding that is was still being developed but expecting it to be functional by their wedding day. Three weeks before the wedding, we visited the venue to inspect the camping area and prepare for the event. Jordan assured my daughter and son-in-law that the unfinished items would be completed but when we arrived on Friday, many had not been addressed, and others were barely underway. Unfortunately, the promised work was not completed, and her assurances proved unreliable. The bathroom area was in disarray. We were told that the work would be completed and that the only remaining issue would be 2 of them would be without sinks; Jordan said she would provide hand sanitizer, none was supplied. The bridal suite was also unclean, and the promised vanities and mirrors had not been set up. We did some cleaning and hung curtains to make the space more presentable before guests arrived. We also had been told that several sleeping areas and bedding would be available, but there was not enough bedding. Other items that were to be included as part of the experience, but were not provided were brunch for the wedding party on the day of the event. Is was requested to be served between 10-10:30am. I went up to Jordan at 11:15 am as she was unloading groceries from her vehicle and asked about it, she said it would be ready shortly. It arrived closer to noon. A VIP after party was paid for, It never arrived. We were also told that there would be valet parking for the event. Only 4 cars received valet parking, the rest were told where to park and only some guest were given rides back to the event area, leaving elderly guest to walk through bad areas to get to the event area. The valet staff left right after the ceremony and I had to hunt down keys for guests wanting to leave after dinner. There was not event staff around during the start time of the wedding to get people set and the wedding underway. When the storm brought lightening to the area, the groom’s father-not the venue staff- alerted guest to move to a safer location and announced that the ceremony would be postponed until the threat passed. Venue staff were also absent when we decided it was safe to continue and a problem arose with the music. Fortunately, other vendors and guests stepped in to help get the wedding underway. While we understand that Jordan cannot control the weather, adequate staffing and an emergency plan could have prevented some of these issues, especially since a similar situation occurred at a previous wedding. A wedding coordinator, the venue owner and a hand full of staff members were on site when the storm caused damage. They worked hard to reset the space and prepare the area for dinner. However, the seating provided differed from what the bride and groom had been promised, so their seating chart had to be discarded. There were also too few seats, forcing some guests to eat at cocktail tables. The wedding was a success because the bridal party, family and friends worked together. Our concerns stem from the many promised services and amenities that were not delivered. Staff was seen consuming alcohol during set up and the event.

Incredible Experience - The Ranch is a Dream
The Wrangler Ranch was an incredible venue for our event. From the very first interaction, the staff was fast and incredibly organized, making the planning process seamless. On the day of, they executed everything perfectly - I didn't have to worry about a single detail. The venue itself is truly beautiful and unique, creating a magical atmosphere for our special day. You can tell the owner and her team truly care about their clients and their couples. I would highly recommend the Wrangler Ranch to any couple looking for a stunning, stress-free wedding/event experience.

AMAZING VENUE
I have been out to the Wrangler Ranch on multiple occasions as a vendor and it is one of my absolute favorite spaces. The owner is lovely and allows for your unique creative vision to come to life. She is beyond accommodating and helpful and really goes above and beyond to make sure your event is special. I highly recommend giving this space a look!

The Best Venue I have ever been at
I have been to many venues, several events, countless weddings in my lifetime. The level of care that Jordan and her team give is beyond. They exceeded my expectations - I was talking about how cool it would be to have a horse at the event... I showed up to the ranch to see a beautiful unicorn adorned with our decor colors and flowers. Their Horse, Poppy Seed was a HUGE hit. Jordan takes such pride in her ranch and is intentional with everything that she does. I felt seen, taken care and not to mention that the ranch is magical piece of heaven. The sunsets are striking and her property is beautiful. I will forever love The Wrangler Ranch. I highly recommend booking your event, wedding, or birthday at this place.

Wonderful experience
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Wrangler Ranch! My husband, family, and I all had such a great time—from start to finish, everything was smooth, joyful, and beautifully handled. Jordan was a dream to work with—professional, friendly, and made everything feel effortless. And the photos? They turned out stunning! We couldn’t be happier with how everything was captured. P.S. If you're interested, they also offer complimentary engagement or even boudoir sessions—and they’re just as amazing! - We did the engagement photos, and then I secretly went back for boudoirs!
