About this venue
The Oaks is a one-of-a-kind wedding venue nestled in the rolling hills of Castle Rock, Colorado. Just 25 minutes south of Denver, the location boasts stunning natural surroundings with incredible views of the castle-shaped butte in the center of town. Overlooking the 18th hole of the beautiful Plum Creek Golf Course, The Oaks is truly a spectacular destination. The Ballroom boasts two-story vaulted ceilings with massive oak beams and dramatic windows. Our Art Deco-inspired cocktail lounge is sure to impress your guests with its chic design. You'll enjoy two distinct getting ready spaces — a private bridal suite and spa and the groom’s room featuring a state-of-the-art golf simulator. Our full-service approach to weddings will make your planning process and your wedding day easy and fun! We provide in house culinary and bar services, tables and chairs, linens and place settings, service staff and an event day coordinator. We can’t wait to connect with you!

Excellent staff and venue!
The Oaks is one of our top venues to bring our band Great Family Reunion. We have worked with them numerous times over the years. They have a stellar staff that is highly communicative and organized. We know that our team is always well taken care of there and it is very appreciated how they keep their clients and fellow vendors top of mind throughout the entire event experience. We look forward to our next collaboration together!
A Dream Venue for a Seamless Wedding
The Oaks at Plum Creek is truly one of my favorite venues to work at. Their attention to detail is unmatched - every space feels intentional, well cared for, and thoughtfully designed with both couples and vendors in mind. The staff is consistently professional, friendly, and incredibly organized, which makes such a difference on a wedding day. Everything flows so seamlessly here, from getting ready through the reception, and it creates a calm, enjoyable experience for everyone involved, including vendors. As someone who’s worked many weddings, I can confidently say this venue sets the standard for how smoothly and beautifully a wedding day can run. Couples are in excellent hands at The Oaks at Plum Creek.

Where do I even start? Reading everyone else's reviews it's easy to see that The Oaks at Plum Creek is one of the best wedding venues in Colorado. My wife and I own a DJ & coordination company that frequents The Oaks as well as 100 other venues in Colorado. They always deliver exceptional weddings, are easy to work with, and simply do a better job then most of them. From the outside looking in, it is absolutely stunning and has multiple spaces that give off different, but elegant vibes for several styles of photos. What you don't see is what truly makes this venue special. Let's start with the team. They are absolutely phenomenal and every member has one mission in mind, provide the best possible experience and service to their clients. They are thoughtful, preemptive, and passionate about what they do and it shows. Whether it's a couple getting married, their grandmother, or a random guest. They all get treated like royalty. Then there's the food. Chef Rhett and his team are the best-of-the-best. Every single meal we've had there is truly exceptional. Plus, they have different options to meet (plated, buffet, food stations) every vision. For those looking for a modern, beautiful, and well-managed wedding venue in Colorado, look no further!
