The Oaks is a one-of-a-kind wedding venue nestled in the rolling hills of Castle Rock, Colorado. Just 25 minutes south of Denver, the location boasts stunning natural surroundings with incredible views of the castle-shaped butte in the center of town. Overlooking the 18th hole of the beautiful Plum Creek Golf Course, The Oaks is truly a spectacular destination. The Ballroom boasts two-story vaulted ceilings with massive oak beams and dramatic windows. Our Art Deco-inspired cocktail lounge is sure to impress your guests with its chic design. You'll enjoy two distinct getting ready spaces — a private bridal suite and spa and the groom’s room featuring a state-of-the-art golf simulator. Our full-service approach to weddings will make your planning process and your wedding day easy and fun! We provide in house culinary and bar services, tables and chairs, linens and place settings, service staff and an event day coordinator. We can’t wait to connect with you!

1000% YES to the Oaks!!!
Once upon a time there was the most perfect wedding venue called The Oaks - from the staff to the service, the grand foyer, the suites, the food, the drinks, the party....just....1,000%. If you are thinking about booking it, please do snag that date ASAP as they become fully booked. It's not their fault they're so popular... I got married recently and was lucky enough to snag our date for 2025 in the summer of 2024, and things could not have been more perfect from the initial visit with ALEX LEIGH until the very last sendoff. Alex, (you rock!!!!!) our coordinator, was the one who helped all of our dreams come true.. She was truly the heart and soul of our wedding day and the fairy godmother of weddings. Forgot a lint brush? She has it. Bobby pins? Check. Don't know how to fill out your wedding license or where to stand at the ceremony? Yes she can do that too. At one point in the night she delivered me champagne and even helped me adjust and bustle my dress. Hello- this girl has it all. Alex literally coached us throughout so we could make the day as flawless as possible. Nothing was ever too much and she has the patience of a saint throughout the entire planning process, she was a dream to work with. For a bride who planned her entire wedding herself, who thought she thought of everything, ALEX was the one who was one step ahead of my Type A behind that night!! She truly never ever missed a beat for a good 15 months of our planning process. She had wonderful recommendations from decor to vendors (they have an amazing list of preferred vendors), to in-house food. From the very beginning, her friendly and approachable demeanor made planning feel so easy and enjoyable. She always made time to answer questions, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure every little detail was handled perfectly. I also appreciated the thoughtful service the Oaks provided. An A staffing group helps your day go smoothly with packing and unpacking your car, they truly delivered white glove service which was highly valued and fairly priced. ZANDER particularly stuck out to all of us offering golf cart rides down the hill for some guests to serving us appetizers when we sat down because we had missed them. Literally he was always so smiley and nice, I just appreciated the entire staff so much that day. They should be praised!! The day's timeline ran seamlessly, every vendor was exactly where they needed to be, and the entire day flowed effortlessly thanks to their impeccable organization and calm, confident presence. At our tasting earlier this year, Luna Justin and Anna were also sooo welcoming! Staff and leadership are amazing!! It's getting harder and harder to find exceptional service in 2025 but the Oaks nails it. Chef Rhett also delivered incredible food for us all, the gouda mac and cheese and steaks?! TO DIE FOR! Delicious! The place is a perfect blank slate to add your own flair and they will allow you to craft your dream day however you'd like! I felt completely at ease knowing Alex and team were managing everything behind the scenes, which allowed me to be fully present and just enjoy the day. Truly a class act, Alex combines professionalism, warmth, and top-tier management skills in a way that truly sets her apart. We love you Alex!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Oaks is such a perfect place to get married! It truly has the best of both worlds, with beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces that make it easy to adapt no matter the weather. The getting ready rooms are spacious and full of personality, making the whole morning feel relaxed and fun. The entire team is incredibly accommodating and wonderful to work with- both for couples and vendors. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I cannot say enough great things about this venue. My husband and I got married here this past weekend and everything was spectacular from start to finish. The oaks was the last venue we toured when planning a wedding, but we knew as soon as we walked in it would be the one! The staff are so accommodating and kind. They answered all our questions along the way. They have various meal and bar options and all the food is fantastic! Not to mention the grounds are breath taking! The bridal and groom suites are as large as air bnbs and so stunning! The grooms suite even has a golf simulator haha. I loved having an outside patio to retreat to during the chaos. We got the venue day buy out which allowed us to come in at 10am and guys at 12 get hair and make up done early, eat, drink, and lounge for hours while getting ready. The cocktail hour and ballroom overlook beautiful Colorado mountain scenery, golf course, and the town of castle rock. The reception/bar area is so fun and sleek. All our guests raved about how amazing the service and food was. Justin was our 30 day coordinator and so easy to work with. He helped us with all our decor drop off and load up at end of night. He answered all of our many questions with ease. I can’t recommend him enough. Please if you are even considering it , book this place for your wedding! You will not be sorry! also a perk is if you stay at the Inverness Hilton on a block they offer shuttle service to and from for free!

The Oaks was our dream venue and we knew it from the begining. We toured in August 2023 and wanted October 2024- if you know anything about The Oaks you know that was wishful thinking, they were booked that entire year so we waited until May 25, 2025 and it was worth the wait! It's the most beautiful venue I have ever been to (and I used to work in wedding planning so I have seen many venues). Anna was our coordinator and who we worked with throughout the entire process, and she is an absolute dream. She is patient, and so kind. She also was so helpful keeping me on track and answering all of my questions. I will rave about Anna until the end of time! I also love the tasting party that they have, it adds a little something extra to the planning process and is just such a fun night! On the day of, they take such great care of the wedding parties and you genuinely feel like the venue is made for you. From start to finish, every step was amazing with The Oaks! We wish we could do it all over again at The Oaks!
