About this venue
The Oaks is a one-of-a-kind wedding venue nestled in the rolling hills of Castle Rock, Colorado. Just 25 minutes south of Denver, the location boasts stunning natural surroundings with incredible views of the castle-shaped butte in the center of town. Overlooking the 18th hole of the beautiful Plum Creek Golf Course, The Oaks is truly a spectacular destination. The Ballroom boasts two-story vaulted ceilings with massive oak beams and dramatic windows. Our Art Deco-inspired cocktail lounge is sure to impress your guests with its chic design. You'll enjoy two distinct getting ready spaces — a private bridal suite and spa and the groom’s room featuring a state-of-the-art golf simulator. Our full-service approach to weddings will make your planning process and your wedding day easy and fun! We provide in house culinary and bar services, tables and chairs, linens and place settings, service staff and an event day coordinator. We can’t wait to connect with you!

The Best Venue in Colorado!!!
Words truly cannot express just how amazing the Oaks is. Every step of the process was so well organized and thought out. The venue itself is absolutely, down right gorgeous. From the getting ready suites, to the ballroom, to the outdoor ceremony location, and everywhere in between, the entire property created the most beautiful atmosphere for our wedding. Every single guest we talked to had nothing but amazing things to say regarding the venue, the food, and the staff. The communication throughout the entire process was stellar, and staff were always quick to answer any question that popped up during planning. The actual ceremony day could not have been any better. Because of the exceptional service of the Oaks staff, I felt so calm and relaxed during the entire day, for which I cannot thank them enough. More than anything, I would like to thank our coordinator Lily. Lily went above and beyond to make sure that we had the most amazing day. She is such a knowledgeable, caring, and kind individual who really made the entire process so enjoyable, fun, and stress free. I truly cannot say enough good things about Lily and the entire Oaks staff. If you are looking for a wedding venue, I cannot recommend the Oaks enough!!! It was the best decision we could have made and gave us the most amazing wedding experience, better than we could have ever imagined!

The Absolute Best Colorado Venue!
Now that we've had a few days to soak it all in, we just wanted to reach out and say thank you to Alex and the team from the bottom of our hearts. We truly cannot recommend The Oaks enough! Our wedding day was truly everything we ever dreamed it would be—and so much more. Every single detail was absolutely perfect, and we honestly couldn't have imagined a more beautiful, seamless, and joy-filled day. Looking back, there's not one thing we would change. From the very beginning, Alex made us feel so supported, and on our wedding day she and her team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran flawlessly. We were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment because we knew everything was in such capable hands. That is a gift we'll never forget. Please extend our gratitude to everyone at The Oaks. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making our day special. We received countless compliments from our family and friends about the venue, the service, and how smoothly everything flowed. With many mentioning it was the best wedding they have ever attended! Lily, and the entire oaks team, were an absolute dream to work with. To this day we cannot stop talking about how amazing this venue, and everyone who works there is. Not only did Lily, and The Oaks, make the process extremely easy, but they truly are pros and experts within the wedding industry and thought of every last detail. They executed our vision exactly as we imagined and they did so with enthusiasm, kindness, ease, and extreme professionalism. Lily was our coordinator and she answered all of our tons of question quickly and kindly and helped us SO much throughout the process and on our big day. She was so kind and was two steps ahead of us at every point of the process. She had an answer for every question and thought of things we never even considered. She executed our day flawlessly and we truly can’t thank her enough. The Oaks knows how to host a wedding. We were blown away throughout the process but the wedding day truly put the cherry on top. They truly thought of everything from steamers already filled with distilled water in the getting ready rooms, to cold water available for anyone, to appetizers specially set aside for my husband and I, to having dessert packaged up for us to take home. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The service is incredible. There was staff everywhere we looked ready to assist and help in any way necessary. Their food is insanely good, we had a getting ready lunch and a plated dinner and both were 10/10. Everyone was raving about the food! They have executing weddings down to a science in the absolute best way possible. I did not have to worry about one thing the entire day and it was executed with such ease and grace that I was truly blown away. Every additional vendor we booked (photographer, DJ, HMU, floral, etc.) just raved about the Oaks when we told them our venue. They truly are one of a kind and I couldn’t be more thankful for what they did for us. If you are considering booking with The Oaks, you will not regret it!!! I simply cannot recommend or say enough good things about them. Thank you Lily and The Oaks!

Best Day Ever!
Having our wedding at The Oaks was the best decision we made! Justin and his amazing team made our day absolutely incredible! From being in constant communication leading up to our wedding date and being flexible when plans kept changing, to our amazing lunch while getting ready and working seamlessly with our vendors. The attention to detail was mind blowing, everything was better than perfect, our guests are still gushing about how amazing their experience was and hope more of their friends get married at The Oaks just so they can visit again! 10/10, you HAVE to have your wedding at The Oaks at Plum Creek! The food is incredible (all the guests who had the steak said it was the best steak of their life!), the staff is attentive and kind, they help you create your dream wedding and make it happen. You just show up, get married, and have a party! You can't ask for better!

Amazing venue with wonderful staff!!!!
The Oaks venue was truly such a remarkable experience for our wedding!! The Oaks team’s attention to detail is unmatched, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Leading up to the wedding, Alex and Luna were so timely with answering any questions we had. The client resources were thorough and allowed us to put together the final touches. The staff were so incredibly kind and helped with anything we needed. On top of that, the venue itself is so stunning and modern. My bridesmaids had a blast getting ready in the bridal suite, it was huge and the staff always checked in on us. The groomsmen had so much fun with the simulator and playing games, they wish they arrived earlier to enjoy it more. There are truly so many positive things I could say about the Oaks, but the most important thing was our family and friends were beaming with compliments! I cannot thank the Oaks team for everything they did to make our day so special and I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a magical wedding!!
