About this venue
The Oaks is a one-of-a-kind wedding venue nestled in the rolling hills of Castle Rock, Colorado. Just 25 minutes south of Denver, the location boasts stunning natural surroundings with incredible views of the castle-shaped butte in the center of town. Overlooking the 18th hole of the beautiful Plum Creek Golf Course, The Oaks is truly a spectacular destination. The Ballroom boasts two-story vaulted ceilings with massive oak beams and dramatic windows. Our Art Deco-inspired cocktail lounge is sure to impress your guests with its chic design. You'll enjoy two distinct getting ready spaces — a private bridal suite and spa and the groom’s room featuring a state-of-the-art golf simulator. Our full-service approach to weddings will make your planning process and your wedding day easy and fun! We provide in house culinary and bar services, tables and chairs, linens and place settings, service staff and an event day coordinator. We can’t wait to connect with you!

This is THE Venue
The Oaks was our dream venue and we knew it from the begining. We toured in August 2023 and wanted October 2024- if you know anything about The Oaks you know that was wishful thinking, they were booked that entire year so we waited until May 25, 2025 and it was worth the wait! It's the most beautiful venue I have ever been to (and I used to work in wedding planning so I have seen many venues). Anna was our coordinator and who we worked with throughout the entire process, and she is an absolute dream. She is patient, and so kind. She also was so helpful keeping me on track and answering all of my questions. I will rave about Anna until the end of time! I also love the tasting party that they have, it adds a little something extra to the planning process and is just such a fun night! On the day of, they take such great care of the wedding parties and you genuinely feel like the venue is made for you. From start to finish, every step was amazing with The Oaks! We wish we could do it all over again at The Oaks!

We can’t say enough good things about The Oaks at Plum Creek! From the moment we toured the venue, we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding — and the experience only exceeded our expectations. The venue itself is stunning, with a thoughtful layout that made it easy for all of our guests to feel included in every part of the celebration. Whether it was the ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception, everything flowed seamlessly and comfortably. A huge shoutout to Justin, our day-of coordinator, who was an absolute gem. He kept everything organized and on track without ever making it feel rushed or stressful. His calm, professional, and friendly presence made all the difference — we truly felt like we could trust him with anything, and he delivered above and beyond. Communication leading up to the day was also outstanding. The staff was always quick to respond, clear with details, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. Their recommended vendor list was also a huge plus — it felt like working with one big family of professionals who all knew the venue and worked together beautifully. That level of coordination made the planning process so much easier and more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend The Oaks at Plum Creek. They created a space where we could relax and be fully present in the moment, knowing everything was taken care of. We trusted them completely with our day — and they absolutely delivered.
