Beautiful but..,
First I want to start off with how beautiful the location is! Wow! It is breathtaking! The staff was fantastic! From our original coordinator, Maddie, to Abby, Aiden, Mikayla, Fierce, Neveah, Nate, Jolene, & Layton! Every single staff member was outstanding. The scenery is unlike anything we’ve ever seen, and our guests traveled from all over the country—and even internationally—to celebrate with us. Now for the tough truth. I absolutely did not want to be negative because the night was magical, however, there was certainly a BIG issue that was not disclosed to us nor were there any preventative measures taken to make sure that we & our guest were considered & taken care of. Apparently, the air conditioner was not working. At no time did anyone tell us until we were all dying & drenched in sweat asking for some air flow. The doors could not be opened to let air in due to the noise ordinance. Everyone was drenched! As you can imagine, the smell of sweaty people only got worse as the night went on. By the end of the night, my husband’s clothes were completely saturated in sweat. He was basically stripped down to just his shirt & pants. As the bride, I felt uncomfortable and miserable, physically, when I should have been enjoying every last moment of our reception. What can one do in a situation where there is no rescheduling? We had to push through it but we felt completely disrespected by wedgewood. To make matters worse, we found out that this was not a new problem & there were zero preventative measures taken. When you’re investing thousands of dollars into one of the most important days of your life, you expect transparency and reasonable contingency planning. To put that into perspective, we were quoted 500 per hour just to gain early access to the bridal suite for hair and makeup. Wedgewood charges a pretty penny for a room that costs nothing to have access to, yet they could not take measures to make sure that we were all comfortable & not stuck in a hot stinky sauna all night? With the premium prices Wedgewood charges, we believe guests and couples should be able to expect that major facility issues—especially one affecting everyone’s comfort and safety—are either disclosed in advance or addressed with meaningful backup plans. People were having to step outside just to breathe & regulate body temperature. This wasn’t a minor inconvenience. Our best man and his pregnant wife had to leave early because the heat became too much for her. One of my bridesmaids, also, left early because she could not enjoy the dance floor since it was too hot & the stench was, understandably getting worse. This is just the people from the wedding party. We haven’t started to hear back from the other guests who left early, as well. This will not take away from the magic that was shared that night with all of our friends, family, & loved ones. It was a once in a lifetime experience for us, there are no redos. I just wish Wedgewood would have cared enough to treat it as such. We should have been able to be fully comfortable & fully present instead of just tolerating uncomfortable conditions on one of the most special nights of our lives.

Mountain View Ranch by Wedgewood
It is cheesy but true: our wedding day was perfect and everything we hoped for and more. The Wedgewood planning process is perfectly set up to make you feel confident and excited for your big day. Tasks and planning milestones are paced well to make the journey enjoyable. Everyone we spoke with was knowledgeable, flexible, and kind. Working with weddings comes with pressure and Wedgewood delivered. I had a lot of decor and DIY stuff and our team handled it perfectly, going above and beyond. Everything looked how I envisioned without the stress of setting it up and tearing it down myself. The day ran so smoothly and was stress free. My husband and I have said multiple times we wouldn't change a thing and it is true. Caryn, Mikayla, Maddie, Kassie, Neveah, Fierce, Nate, Steph, and Layton are fantastic. Plus the venue and location is stunning. Would recommend to anyone!

The Willows - 10/10
I am so so glad I chose the Willows venue and couldn't have dreamed of a better wedding day. Maddie was an absolutely amazing coordinator and answered all my questions the months leading up and provided me with whatever I needed. Her and Becca, the banquet captain, made the day run so smooth where i was never stressed or anything. They constantly checked in and went above and beyond to ask if there was anything I needed and it made me feel very appreciated. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and they did so well with setting up the decorations with where I asked. Couldn't recommend this venue enough!!!

Willows Venue
We got married at the Willows venue in June 2026 and it could not have been more perfect! Not only is the area absolutely beautiful, from the very beginning of our planning process the entire staff was so helpful and supportive. On our wedding day, both my husband and I were stress and worry free, because of how professional our entire staff was! If anything went wrong, we had no idea! Callie, Maddie, Lila, Sebastian, and Layton were so great and attentive during our reception, and Twisty Christy was an amazing bartender! However, Maleah and Maddie deserve a special shoutout- Maleah is an incredibly attentive and kind young lady who acted as our banquet coordinator. She was always asking if we needed anything, and our drinks were always refilled when we turned away for a moment. She also made cleanup so easy for us. Maddie was our coordinator, and our entire family was impressed with how professional and experienced she is! We got to know her from our tour at the very beginning, and throughout the entire process she was supportive of our vision and held our hands when we needed her to! If you want a stress free wedding day, I recommend booking here!

We were extremely happy with the venue and the support from early planning stages, through the entirety of the ceremony/reception. As the bride and groom, most of our interactions involved Abby and Aiden, but we heard positive things about everyone on staff. Before and during the ceremony, Abby was very organized and kept everything on schedule. Aiden did a phenomenal job coordinating our reception as banquet captain and was great at managing the small details that made the celebration special. Would recommend this venue to everyone!
