Mountain View Ranch
Mountain View Ranch was the first venue we toured. After that first day, after every other venue we toured, we kept comparing everything to MVR and quickly returned to book. From the beginning, we were in good hands. Not only did everyone we worked with ease our stress, but treated us as if they already knew us. The day of was absolutely perfect. Our day of coordinator, Olivia, was truly phenomenal. There wasn’t a single thing out of place. She even ran around looking for electrolytes for my Mom who fell ill on the day of. Becca, our banquet captain, took care of everything in the evening and was a big reason my pre wedding jitters were erased-she is hilarious. Our servers Luci and Maddie made sure no one was without and Nate set up beautifully. Our bartender Christie perfected our signature drinks! Mountain View Ranch, thanks for everything!

Perfect Venue!
Mountain View Ranch (Willows side) was everything we were looking for in a wedding venue. Nestled in the foothills, it felt like a true destination wedding experience without ever having to leave Colorado. From the moment we toured the property, we knew it was special. Alex was fantastic during our initial tour, and the entire Wedgwood team was wonderful throughout the planning process. They made everything feel organized and stress-free, and we always felt confident that every detail was being taken care of. Our first meeting with Jacky was incredibly helpful and reassured us that everything was on track. We then worked closely with Olivia during our planning meetings, and she was amazing as our day-of coordinator. We chose several of their preferred vendors, including Side Effect Florals, Love & Lens Photography, and DJ Mastro, and couldn't have been happier with our decision. On our wedding day, Olivia, Helen from Love & Lens Photography, and Daniel from DJ Mastro worked seamlessly together to ensure our ceremony and reception ran smoothly. Their professionalism allowed us to relax and truly enjoy every moment. The reception was an absolute blast, and the entire staff that evening helped make our wedding feel perfect. We felt so supported from start to finish, and every guest commented on how beautiful the venue was and how smoothly everything flowed. We would 100% recommend Mountain View Ranch to any couple looking for a stunning Colorado venue with an exceptional team behind it!

Just perfect
This was by far the best day of our lives! This venue is PERFECT, the day of we received so many compliments. The staff is amazing! Kira, Becca, Kirsten, Megan, Nate, Jess and Sebastian thank you guys for the best day ever! It was perfect and we had the best time of our lives. The rain was perfect and the bottle preserving the rain on our special day will always hold something special to us. So thank you guys again, it was amazing!

Best Day of Our Lives
We truly could not have asked for a better wedding experience at Mountain View Ranch. From the moment we arrived through the very end of the night, everything was absolutely incredible. The venue was stunning, everything came together beautifully, and our expectations were honestly surpassed in every way. A huge part of what made our day so special was Krystin. She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process and especially on our wedding day. She made us feel completely taken care of, kept everything running smoothly, and allowed Cassidy and me to simply enjoy the day without worrying about anything. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us. We also want to thank the entire Mountain View/Wedgewood team for making our wedding so memorable. Every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of, the staff was wonderful, and we had such an incredible time celebrating with all of our family and friends. It was truly the wedding we had dreamed about and more. We will always look back on September 3rd as one of the best days of our lives, and we are so thankful to Krystin and everyone at Mountain View Ranch for helping make it so special. From our first conversation with the team at Mountain View Ranch, we knew we'd made the right choice. They were responsive and honest throughout the planning process, and their planning binder kept us organized every step of the way. As a DIY couple, we appreciated how the staff stepped in to help with decorating and turned our vision into reality without taking over. The day of our wedding felt seamless—the team anticipated what we needed before we even asked, keeping us fed, hydrated, and calm when things got hectic. The food options were genuinely impressive and our guests couldn't stop talking about how good everything tasted. We loved how intimate and outdoorsy the venue felt, and the convenient lodging made it easy for everyone to stay the night if they choose to. Mountain View Ranch made our special day exactly what we wanted it to be.
