Our magical day at the Willows

Our wedding at Wedgewood Weddings at The Willows in Pine, Colorado was absolutely perfect from start to finish. When we began venue hunting, The Willows was our very first stop — and it ended up being our last. We had three other tours scheduled that day, but the moment we stepped onto the property and met the team, we were completely sold. The venue’s breathtaking beauty, combined with the warmth and professionalism of the staff, made it clear that this was exactly where we wanted to say “I do.” The planning process was unbelievably easy and completely stress-free. I felt so confident that everything was being handled, which allowed me to truly enjoy the journey leading up to the big day. On our wedding day, every detail came together beautifully, and our guests could not stop raving about how stunning the venue was, how amazing the food tasted, and how smoothly everything ran. The food was phenomenal — so many guests told us it was the best wedding meal they’d ever had. The included vendors Wedgewood works with were equally incredible. Our officiant delivered a heartfelt, memorable ceremony, and Cakes Amore made the most delicious carrot cake we’ve ever had — it was a huge hit with everyone! A heartfelt thank you to the amazing Wedgewood team who went above and beyond for us: • Caryn, our wonderful coordinator, who made sure everything ran flawlessly and let us simply enjoy every moment. • Aiden, our attentive banquet captain, who ensured every detail was perfect. • Kyle, our friendly and caring server, who made our guests feel so well looked after. • Sebastian, who worked behind the scenes in prep to make sure everything was perfect. • Christy, our fantastic bartender, who kept drinks flowing and everyone smiling. • Hunter and Kevin, our hardworking dishwashers, whose behind-the-scenes efforts made everything run seamlessly. We can’t imagine having gotten married anywhere else. Wedgewood at The Willows exceeded every single expectation and gave us a wedding day we will cherish forever.

I could not have been happier with our experience with Wedgewood. The venue is beautiful and we received a lot of compliments on it. Most importantly, in the days after the wedding, my husband and I haven’t stopped talking about how incredible the staff was. I work in corporate events and have worked with a lot of vendors throughout the years, and I was SO impressed with the team. Our coordinator, Janell, was incredible from the beginning. She offered me plenty of extra calls to take care of all of my concerns and always reassured me that she would handle everything. I had full faith that she would take care of every detail, and she did. On top of all of my intricate decor requests (including coming in hours early to iron all of the linens), she managed to wrangle our crazy family and friends to keep everything on time. The decor looked perfect and the timeline went flawlessly. Our banquet caption, Becca, soon became our wedding party’s favorite person of the night. She made our night so special - there were a lot of moments where she went above and beyond to check in on us and kept our wedding party having fun. Our friends and family commented on how great the servers, Carrie, Andrea, and Marley were throughout the night. They also commented how great the bartenders, Dylan and Jess, were. There wasn’t one drink that they couldn’t make! Our wedding party made the comment that they wanted to be friends with the Wedgewood staff after the wedding! Everyone was very impressed with the food, thanks to Nate and Kevin. We are truly so appreciative of every staff member - the day went off without a hitch and I truly believe it’s because of the organization of the Wedgewood team. There was no idea that they couldn’t make happen and it made our day magical.

We are so glad we went with Wedgewood Weddings!! Both the ceremony and venue site are gorgeous and the onsite team is amazing. We went with this location (Willows) to enjoy the cozy Mountain scenery and peaceful stream near the ceremony site. The venue itself is nestled in pine trees and provides the perfect setting for a Colorado wedding celebration. We loved everything about it. On our wedding day, it rained a lot and our team was on top of it. They shifted the schedule around without breaking a sweat, and made sure our guests were comfortable and happy before the ceremony. I want to personally shout out our team for that day, because they went above an beyond: Courtney was our wedding coordinator and she made us feel so comfortable! Truly helped us with all our needs, even last minute tasks, she was on it. We didn’t have any stress that day, because we had her. She is a gem and anyone who gets her as their coordinator will be very lucky. Becca was our banquet captain. She anticipated our needs before we even knew we had one. She’d pop up stealthily and appeared with whatever we unknowingly needed and then would get back to her other tasks. She kept our party going strong and made sure everyone had a great time. I also have nothing to say but great things about the rest of the crew. Abby (Captain in training), Andrea (Server), Jess (Bartender), Sebastian (Prep), Hunter (Dish) - you were all phenomenal. I may be biased, but our wedding felt like the smoothest one I have been too, and it’s thanks to you all holding down the fort. Thank you all for making our day so special!

First I want to thank you all for all the planning and effort you all put in for making our day special! Alex, you were a superstar all day, even when my dress didn’t fit, you had everything to make sure it did! Thank you for being a huge support for us all day! You went above and beyond to find celiac friendly desserts at the store when our baker forgot them. Abby, thank you for fixing my brothers vest when he ripped it, you helped make our day feel less stressful because if anything went wrong we didn’t know about it! Aiden, your service is exceptional, we felt like royalty in your care! We never had to ask for anything, you already had it ready, even at the end of the night Steve and I stayed to talk with you for a whole hour, just to decompress after a busy day. Thank you for everything! Service team, I have never been to a wedding where each guest was so well cared for, all of you did an amazing job in making it guests feel seen! (Reid, Mikayla, Lila,Markley, Will, Sebastian, Kevin, Dylan, and Jessica) I have attached the comment card here for you! I also texted pictures of our wedding, feel free to use these in any regard, as we would love to come up and see them posted one day! PS, one of my bridesmaids took the white hanger from the bridal suite, we can return it if needed!! She thought it was ours!
