About this venue
We are a seasonal venue, open for bookings from June through October. Nestled in the heart of Teller County, The Lost Dutchman Event Center offers a breathtaking setting among the aspens and pines, alongside a serene pond—an idyllic backdrop for any ceremony. Conveniently located just one hour west of Colorado Springs and two hours from Denver, our venue is surrounded by numerous Airbnb options. With affordable pricing and stunning scenery, The Lost Dutchman is the perfect place to make your special day unforgettable!

This space includes a main floor for dining and dancing, a loft with views of the main room, and an outdoor seating area nestled behind the venue with seating outdoors among the aspens, alongside a beautiful pond with rock formations. Also in the outdoor space there is a volleyball court, outdoor fire pit, horseshoe pits and walking path around the pond.

We loved our wedding
We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Lost Dutchman Resort. From the moment we first visited, we knew this was exactly where we wanted to begin our forever. Our experience with The Lost Dutchman Event Center was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we first reached out, their communication was easy, thorough, and incredibly kind. The venue itself is simply beautiful, with a gorgeous lake view that provided the perfect backdrop for our wedding day. The space was clean and cozy, and we felt we got great value for our money. They went above and beyond to make our day special - they let us use some of their leftover pumpkins to complement our decor, and even made a special to-go plate for my husband and I after the reception. The staff was communicative and helpful throughout the entire planning process, and made everything so easy for us, from picking the menu to setup and cleanup. I loved every second of my time at my wedding, and I truly can't say enough good things about The Lost Dutchman Event Center. They helped make our day absolutely perfect.
