Set against the majestic backdrop of the Colorado Rockies, Arcadia Villa Ranch & Retreat creates unforgettable weddings that blend rustic charm and natural elegance in perfect harmony. Our scenic mountain venue offers stunning indoor and outdoor spaces with direct access to the breathtaking Pike National Forest. Our 4,000 sq. ft. event center, scheduled for completion in late Spring 2026, features a spacious grand hall, two cozy fireplaces, private changing suites, restrooms, a shower, full AV capabilities, large-screen TVs, and a large outdoor deck. Guests can also enjoy overnight glamping accommodations and outdoor fire pits—all just steps from nature, ensuring every detail of your celebration is seamlessly accommodated. We offer all-inclusive wedding packages, including optional wellness experiences such as yoga, hiking, sauna, cold plunge, sound baths, and more. Always pet-friendly, our family run ranch provides a warm, welcoming atmosphere surrounded by the beauty of the Rockies.

    Wonderful venue nestled in the Colorado Mountains

    My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Arcadia Villa Ranch & Retreat. Tucked beside Pike National Forest, the venue is surrounded by nature and created a truly enchanting setting for our special event. Steve and Jennifer were warm, attentive, and consistently went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. If you’re looking for an unforgettable place to host a wedding or special celebration, we wholeheartedly recommend Arcadia Villa Ranch & Retreat!

    Memorable Venue in the Colorado Mountains

    The team at Arcadia Villa Ranch & Retreat was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were easy to talk to, very helpful, attentive, kind, and made us feel warmly welcomed throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself was amazing - the highest quality space we could have asked for and an amazing value too. They made our wedding truly memorable by providing outstanding service and being attentive to every detail and request we had. The ceremony site bordering the beautiful Pike National Forest, with towering pines and aspen trees stands, was the perfect backdrop for us to exchange our vows. We're so grateful to the Arcadia Villa team for helping make our special day truly magical.

For our one-day package, we offer 12 hours. For our weekend package, we offer Friday afternoon through Sunday morning.
You may cancel at anytime up to 180 days prior to event at a cost of 25 percent of deposit. If you cancel between 179 days and 61 days, you will be charged 50 percent of the rental cost. For cancellations 60 days prior to event date, you will be charged 100 percent of rental costs.
From Colorado Springs Airport, take US Highway 24 West towards Woodland Park. Continue on US Highway 24 past Woodland Park for approximately 15 miles to Lake George. Turn left on County Road 90 and go approximately one mile. We are on the left at 8140 County Road 90, Lake George, CO 80827.
Yes, we request that you purchase a wedding or special events insurance policy.
We offer use of the venue including a 4000 sq foot covered space with a bridal suite, groom suite, guest restrooms and shower, access to Pike National Forest, fire pits, fireplaces, full lighting package, beverage station, audio plugins for DJ/band, big screen tv, projector and screen, tables, chairs, linens, wedding officiant, and propane heaters for use during cool evenings.
Yes! You may change the date of your wedding one time without charge. If the date is not available, you will need to select another available date.
We are a smoke-free property and smoking is prohibited due to the risk of wildfire in our area.
Yes, we do require a licensed and insured caterer or food truck. We also recommend that you have a bartender or bartending service for your reception. We have a mobile bar available for use. You may use any company of your choice or we are happy to recommend our favorites.

Because we are in a high wildfire risk area, open flames or fireworks of any kind are prohibited. No candles, sparklers or campfires are allowed anywhere on the property. We have gas fireplaces and fire pits available for use. Battery operated candles are encouraged and we have some that are available for you to use if you would like. In order to keep our wildlife and livestock safe, and our cleaners to keep their sanity, we do not allow items such as confetti, glitter, fake flower petals or other difficult to clean items to be used. Real flower petals, wildflower seed, rice and bubbles are welcome.

We’re approximately 1 mile outside of the quaint town of Lake George, Colorado, at 8140 County Road 90, Lake George, CO — and about an hour west of Colorado Springs.
The closest airport is Colorado Springs - just a short 1 hour away. Even Denver International Airport is only 2 hours away and a beautiful drive for your guests.
