Illuminations at Arrow Vista Ranch is a rustic outdoor wedding venue in Hartsel, Colorado. Nestled at 9,200 feet in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, the ranch offers breathtaking 360-degree mountain views, towering Ponderosa pines, seasonal wildflowers, and unforgettable Colorado sunsets. The peaceful mountain setting creates the perfect backdrop for a truly unforgettable celebration. We offer two wedding collections: a Saturday Wedding Collection with 14 hours of exclusive venue access, and a Full Weekend Wedding Collection with exclusive access from Friday through Sunday. Both include a 30' x 60' white wedding tent, seating for up to 150 guests, tables and chairs, cocktail tables, a private Bridal Suite, Groom's Quarters, a handcrafted log bar, 6 hours with a TIPS-certified bartender, and access to our on-site campground. With transparent pricing, no hidden venue fees, and the freedom to choose your own vendors, your wedding can be as simple or as customized as you envision.

    Beautiful venue and amazing staff

    We can’t say enough great things about Tyrene and Brian and their dedication to our special day! The decor was stunning and the wedding and reception were amazing! So happy we were able to share our day with family and friends at such a stunning venue! Great for any type of event!

    Peace of mind with this venue

    We found this venue kind of last minute and it was a miracle. The price is low, it is the perfect spot for a mountain wedding, and the owners are very helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Yes! Illuminations does not provide or sell alcohol. You may however bring your own beer, wine and signature drinks. You are required to use one of our TIPS certified bartenders for all alcohol service. The cost of the bartender for 6 hours is included in the cost of the venue rental and the tips made will go to your bartender. No minors under the age of 21 will be permitted to drink alcohol.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.
If Illuminations is unable to fulfill their obligation for any reason, the entire deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation by the couple, one-half of the deposit will be refunded only if we are able to rebook another wedding on that date. Cancellations made within 30 days from the event will forfeit the entire deposit.
Major airports are in Denver (DIA) and Colorado Springs (COS). From DIA to Illuminations is 136 miles. From COS to Illuminations is 86 miles.
Yes, a $1,000,000 policy is required with proof 2 weeks prior to your event.
Yes! You are more than welcome to bring your own food, do a potluck or hire a caterer. Illuminations does not have a kitchen or water for use.
