Then you add the ceremony and venue price for the season and day of the week you're considering. Finally, you'll add your state tax and service charge. This will give you a ballpark range, which our team will help you hone as you customize your package. As you can see, we include all the big-ticket items like the venue, the decor, and the catering so your wedding budget can work harder. Plus, your wedding vendors are trusted and familiar with your venue. Your guests will be amazed with how you pulled it off... but you'll know how easy it really was. Booking with Stallion Mountain Wedgewood was the best choice we made. We chose this for a destination wedding, so we technically booked sight unseen. Their team is the most kind and helpful bunch and they had answers for every question that I could think of, and answers to things I hadn't thought of yet either! They helped us pick from their docket of vetted vendors they've worked with before and eliminated so much stress of picking a vendor in an area we didn't live. All the planning came together easily and they had the perfect guide to make sure every step was taken care, along with phone appointments to keep us on track. We ended up choosing Fig Willow photography, DJ Francisco, ACS Floral, and Stevee Danielle Hair Makeup, all through the recommendations of the Stallion Mountain team. Every single vendor was outstanding quality and we couldn't be more happy with the results. Our rehearsal and day-of coordinator, Liz, was an absolute angel on earth and handled every part with grace and ease. She had great advice and insight to offer at every step. She managed tricky family dynamics perfectly. Our banquet coordinator, Rachel, alongside the staff of Sierra & Karina, handled the rest of the night perfectly. Our bartenders, Constantine & Jasmine, were great at managing the lines and keeping the mood lively. Everyone's coordinated efforts really showed and made sure that we could have the most perfect day. The team at Stallion Mountain was dedicated to us and our special day. We are so thrilled with the day we accomplished because of them.

The venue is beautifully maintained, with stunning views that provided a picturesque backdrop for our wedding photos. The facilities are top-notch, with ample space for our guests to mingle and enjoy themselves. Our wedding coordinator, Bianca Palacios, was an absolute gem. She was fabulous throughout the entire process, from the initial planning stages to the final execution on the day. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for our wedding made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect, and we couldn't be more grateful for her hard work and dedication. Francisco, our DJ, was fantastic. He played a great selection of music that catered to all tastes and kept everyone on the dance floor all night long. His energy and enthusiasm were infectious, and he played a significant role in creating a fun and lively atmosphere. The bartender was also exceptional. He made sure everyone was happy, serving a variety of delicious drinks with a smile. His friendly demeanor and excellent service contributed to the overall positive vibe of the event. What truly set Stallion Mountain apart, however, were the smallest details. From the beautifully arranged table settings to the tasteful decorations, every aspect of the venue was meticulously planned and executed. I can’t say enough good things about this venue and company. Every person I encountered was so helpful and kind, I had some anxiety about planning from across the country (I live in NC) but they eased my fears and made our day completely perfect. The food was amazing, DJ was awesome and really kept the party moving. Also, you can personalize your wedding 100% which is priceless. 10 out of 10 with Wedgewood weddings at stallion mountain.
