    The pre ceremony was amazing, Paula made everything seamless for us. Ceremony day was absolutely perfect. However we’ve had constant troubles with getting our photos and copyrights to our photos. We went the next day to pick out our photos and that team said that we didn’t have any credit for the photo gallery OR our copyrights to 5 images. We picked and paid for the Cherish package which included these two things. Our wedding was 10/31/23 and as of mid november we still do not have those copyrights. We have emailed, called and done all the things we can do and still have not received the images. Everything up until this point was awesome but this is definitely something to watch out for.

    Booked several months before hand and paid in full. Tried contacting my planner multiple times with no reply. I felt like I was going into the ceremony blind. Once I arrived in Vegas I was able to get ahold of someone who confirmed my reservations and I felt a little better. Once arrived it’s a vary fast process with multiple questions before throwing you right into the ceremony. It felt a bit rushed overall for a Vegas wedding. Wish I could have been a bit more prepared. After I was supposed to have a call about photos and was never contacted. I wish they were easier to contact. Overall the Ceremony was beautiful and as expected but my feelings are hurt on some aspects for paying 1900 I feel there are better options

    I’ll give this chapel 3 stars because the ceremony was beautiful and everyone was so friendly and that’s a big thing for me but there were a couple things that we didn’t get even though it was added to the package. We added a car seat for our son in the package even told them which limo we needed it in in the notes and there was no car seat available in either one of the limos. Luckily it was noticed that our planner added petals for the flower girl because we were asked if we had a basket though it was added on to the package and the last thing that was pretty important for our guests coming in was a guest book. They have the option to add it on which we did and never received that was pretty disappointing to know that a bit of money was lost with our ceremony.
