About this venue
Casa Vista is an 11-bedroom private mountain estate on six acres near Fraser and Winter Park, about 90 minutes from Denver. The estate sleeps up to 36 overnight guests and hosts weddings and events for up to 250 day guests. Venue rental includes the entire house, a 40-by-80-foot covered tent, dance floor, lighting, sound system, tables, benches, linens, dinnerware, glassware, silverware, outdoor games, and the Love Shack with two event restrooms. Couples choose their own caterer and vendors. Music ends at 9:45 PM. Summer weddings have 120 onsite parking spaces, with no street parking. Weekday weddings are $6,000; May and October weekends are $10,000; June through September weekends are $15,000. Nearby homes are available for $3,500 for three nights each. Casa Vista spending of at least $15,000 includes the entire Belize house at no additional lodging cost.

I was the MOH for a wedding here, and it was honestly a wonderful experience. I helped plan a lot, so I got to see firsthand how amazing this venue was from both the guest and logistics side. What really stood out was the flexibility. The B&G were able to use their own vendors and create a wedding the way THEY wanted it, while still getting use of plenty of supplies to cut down on costs for the things that mattered less. The place was so cute too with lots of space and fantastic views. We had plenty of privacy with awesome mountain views, but still got to be close to town if we wanted to get away from family for a minute lol. Overall, I highly recommend!

I have stayed at Casa Vista 3 times now and I will definitely be back! This house accommodates large groups very easily. We hosted a retreat with 12 people here and it was perfect. Everyone had their own room and the industrial sized kitchen and laundry room made it easy to cook and clean for everyone. Thank you Will and Casa Vista, be back soon!

Great wedding venue with spectacular 360 views. Accommodations are very nice. Some rooms are a little small and lack closet space while others have plenty of room. The main kitchen was large with plenty of dishes and utensils for a large group. There's a smaller, but still spacious, kitchen on the other end of the house. The upstairs game room is average but fun. The grounds were great with plenty for adults and children to do outside. Overall, I give it a 4.75
