We celebrated our wedding at Church Ranch Event Center in June, and we truly couldn't have chosen a more beautiful venue. It offers the perfect balance of natural beauty, elegant scenery, and convenience, allowing our out-of-state guests to stay close to the city while still experiencing the charm and atmosphere that make Colorado so special. The garden is absolutely breathtaking, with vibrant flowers, tranquil fountains, and a wonderfully private setting that created the perfect backdrop for our ceremony. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly supportive, responsive, and attentive, making what we expected to be a stressful planning process feel seamless and enjoyable. Their thoughtfully curated list of preferred vendors and the many included amenities took so much of the pressure off our shoulders, allowing us to focus on celebrating with our family and friends. Every detail exceeded our expectations, and we are so grateful for the care and professionalism of the entire team. We wholeheartedly recommend Church Ranch Event Center to any couple looking for a stunning venue and an exceptional wedding experience. We truly couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else.

Amazing Venue!!
Amazing venue! Had my wedding here and loved it. Beautiful space inside and out and friendly staff who made it all happen. Our planner was very thorough and our day of coordinator was super on top of things. They did a great job of setting up things as we asked. I love that it's a very intimate and beautiful space, yet in such a good location!

Late September - Mexican Inspired Wedding
We held our Mexican inspired wedding here in late September and the natural beauty of the venue was on full display. As Colorado locals we knew we wanted to take advantage of the perfect outdoor fall weather and colors, and highly recommend this. The outdoor ceremony location was perfect and the garden is beautiful for cocktail hour and letting guests mill about during the event. I have to lead with the outstanding work that our day-of coordinator Olivia did. She single-handedly made the entire wedding party confident that the event was under control, including vendors, timing, venue equipment and staff. Curveballs come up? She didnt even blink. We get overwhelmed by the moment and forget what is supposed to be happening? Olivia got the schedule LOCKED. If I already had a baby I would have trusted her to raise them into a functioning adult. Our only negative on this topic was not being able to be introduced to her earlier! Thank you Olivia you're a superstar!! We brought in external catering, and an external band. Due to this we elected to extend the venue time block both before and after the event to allow them time for set up. If you are bringing in external vendors I highly encourage you to do the same. The Church Ranch staff executed our vision for decor perfectly, although we made many changes throughout the process. The final decor meeting is important, be sure to have all your details prepared, and do not assume the staff will understand the vision from vague descriptions. The selection process was confusing for us, there are a lot of options. I recommend couples ask a lot of questions and take lots of notes, and then share those with the venue team as they have a big team and you may not be working with the same person every time you speak to the team. Church Ranch Event Center was the perfect venue for our wedding day. From the moment we first reached out, the staff was incredibly communicative, friendly, and helpful in answering all of our questions. On the day of, the gorgeous, well-maintained grounds provided the perfect backdrop for our photos, with a great balance of rustic and contemporary elements. Our coordinator was attentive to our every need, ensuring the dinner and reception went off without a hitch. They had ample space for all of our festivities and provided so many beautiful decor elements for us to use.
